I am encountering challenges with the implementation of "user.endpoint.lastPurchasedEntity" using the Web SDK via tags in Adobe Target. My approach involves creating a new XDM (Experience Data Model) object and integrating it within a 'send event' function.Within this XDM object in the 'send event', I am including several key elements:'priceTotal' and 'purchaseID' within the commerce field.Setting the 'purchases' value to 1.Integrating an identity map.Adding 'productListItems'. Despite closely following the Adobe documentation (Adobe Experience League), I am not seeing the desired result. The 'lastPurchasedEntity' is not being reflected in the user profile as it did when I was using at.js, where parameters such as orderId, orderTotal, and productPurchasedId were passed effortlessly. I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on setting up these features correctly using the Web SDK.Thank you very much for your assistance.

Which part of a project linked to a request triggers email notifications? I've updated the routing rule in the project and submitted a test request but it didn't change the group that was notified. Is it from the 'people' or somewhere else too? Thanks!

Hi,   We are planning to migrate a part of the whole site into AEM and assess the abilities to use Adobe's Search. Below are the questions I'm looking to get answered:   Does Adobe Search have the capability to use Metadata and Predictive search capabilities? Since the whole site won't be in AEM, Can it do a site-wide search outside of AEM too? Considering the whole site migrated to AEM, can it provide all these feasibilities of Metadata and Predictive search capabilities? Thanks in advance!!   -Manasa

As a new user with full permissions, I've run into a problem where the top menu seems to disappear when I navigate to the Recommendations page. Additionally, none of the items in the sidebar menu are clickable.To add to the difficulty, when I attempt to create a Recommendation activity, the page fails to load entirely. This has been a persistent issue from the first time I accessed this environment. I've verified that I have the appropriate permissions, but the problem persists.Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved?

I am testing a new experience for our logged-in section. When a customer logs in, 10% of traffic is going to see a new version of the homepage. I am setting up the test to redirect to new URL which is all good. However, the customer can opt to navigate to the control version of the homepage. I'm concerned that if they try to do that, the redirect will come into play again. Is there a way to use a profile script to ensure the customer only sees the test version once per session? Thanks in advance...profile scripts are my Kryptonite! 😞 

Does anyone know if we can use offer decisions within the in-app channel that’s part of a journey? When I look at the in-app message interface within a journey, it’s not showing offer decisions, rather it’s only showing profile attributes.

Hi All, We are trying to deliver a test using server side delivery API - Everything points to the test being delivered correctly. We are able to see the Visitors for both Experience A and Experience B. We checked internally in our elastic tool analytics reporting and verified both the experiences are getting traffic. However, we are not able to see any movement on Conversion Rate. We used Adobe Target as the reporting source and used conversion metric of a page view with URL contains condition. What could be the reason why we don't see any changes in the conversion rate? If it helps, we have implemented Target using Adobe Launch through the Target extension.  

Hello. I am looking at a Smart List of "Inactives" that doesn't match what shows in the Activity Log for a customer. The first line of the Smart List is "Was Delivered Email" with the parameters of "is any" and "in past 6 months". Another parameter is "Not Opened Email".However when I look at the Activity Log for a person who appears on the Smart List, it shows they DID open the email.Has anyone else had an issue like this? Can someone suggest what I might be missing? Thank you in advance.

In data prep do we have any function using which we can check only if input string follow any regex pattern then only it gets ingested to AEP else it should show null value.

Hi, How do we exactly fetch the journey status (i.e., whether it is live, stopped, draft, etc) through the query service in AJO? What is the field name which should be called for fetching the status? I am trying to fetch all the live journeys but not able to find the field name through which I can filter out the ones which are live or draft or stopped.

Is there any easy way to restore the relationship of components (projects, calculated metrics, segments) that were orphaned when a user was deleted in Analytics? I had an access issue with one of the Adobe orgs I support.  I'm now able to get back in, but all the components I owned previously are owned by "Unknown User".  I've been able to access and edit the components using component IDs and the method in this blog.  But I can't find them easily in the UI.

Does anyone have any experience setting up the source connectors and accounts via the apis? Ive managed to script and create the schemas in their entirety, but looking at the documentation its pointing to flow control apis? ive looked through there and cannot find a way to extract the current setup (apart from there not being specific steps to extract the source connections and accounts, I'm also getting an internal error 500, which is basically server side failure, even with sys admin priviledges). thanks in advance

Hi,  We have analytics data ingested in AEP where evar33 is ingested as ECID and evar14 is ingested as leadClassID, we have a separate profile schema where we have ingested leadID and LeadClassID.  Based on leadClassID as the identity we would expect profiles to stitch together, but however we are noticing that some of the profiles are stitched but some of the profiles are not stitching. Profile stitch based on leadClassID is happening intermittently. Does anyone know any probable reason or cause for this issue ?  Thanks,

I have an Adobe XT experience where there are two experiences.  Region1 - which is a zip code based Audience and Region2, everyone else.I tried adding my home zipcode into the targeting of Region1, but it didn't load.  The ?mboxEdit='MBOX NAME' didn't work. Is there another way to make sure the XT is loading correctly for site users?

We have developed a custom metadata schema in AEM Assets. I would like to share the AEM Assets schema with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Bridge so that I can populate the defined schema in the asset properties and have those properties get auto updated when the asset is loaded to AEM Assets. We have some automated processes used to load assets into folders that are not manually maintained by any users. Getting the metadata created and loaded to an asset from the outset would support data standardizations. Some additional insight into this inquiry and potential product request.We have custom metadata schema fields created including "Product type" and "Customer type" fields. These are the custom fields that we would like to include on the native asset so that they are included in the full asset lifecycle. We are using the standard metadata fields like "Title" and "Description" to help support the asset understanding.Our automation is a passing of files from a product MDM tool to AEM
