Hi, I am looking for a way to include sent push notification deliveries in the Recipient view. To be more precise, I want to put them along with email and SMS deliveries in Recipient input form, in the Deliveries 'tab':I have checked the Recipient input folder, but couldn't find element that excludes push deliveries from this view. How does it can be achieve? Thanks,Dominik

Does anyone know if disabling the "Open tracking" on a delivery template will remove all code/pixels or whatever is related to the open tracking in the template? Or is the open tracking still happening in the background, and then it is just not possible to retrieve data when running the standard tracking workflow?(I am aware that the open tracking is useless after Apple and Google changes years back)  

Hi folks,I have Content Fragments configured via the Configuration "global"Wrench -> General -> Configuration Browser I have some content fragment models created via the Content Fragment Models button. They are enabled.In the URL bar, I see the location of these models is.<IP address>/libs/dam/cfm/models/console/content/models.html/conf/global/settings/dam/cfm/models My user group has jcr:all permissions for this location. I have an Assets directory called "ContentFragments".I have edited its Properties, CloudServices tab,  "Cloud Configuration" property to /conf/globalIf I try creating Content Fragments in here though, I am not offered any Content Fragment models to choose. The only place I can create a Content Fragment is directly in Assets -> Files and the only Model I'm offered is a Simple Fragment which is deprecated.(I didn't create this model.) Any ideas?thanksFiona  

Hi there,  I have added targeting mapping as recipient table for my delivery. However, I want to personalize the delivery other than recipient table attributes.  For ex: I want to include a VIP number to the email delivery where the VIP column is not present in the recipient table. When i tried adding targetdata it says undefined. Please suggest.  

Hi, I need some advice with something that looks easy, but I got stuck. I need to create a segment that will include visits that have an Entry page containing /p/ (product page) AND VarX = "marketplace". I want to see only those visits, where the entry page was a product page of a specific type. I built a Visit segment with a Hit container inside that includes those 2 conditions. However I kept seeing product pages of the other type as well, when applying the segment.I think that this is because Entry Page persists through the visit, and when the user goes to the next pages that might not be "marketplace" product, it still records it. Could you please recommend how to build this segment properly? Thanks,Kate

Hi,consider i have created a web application and a schema for it.Web page have name, age and email and a submit button. when he fills the form and submit it, data is getting added in schema successfully.But in schema i want an additional column like "registered time". In that, schema automatically wants to take the date and time of the data entered into data schema.is that possible? First, we created an Integration App for OAuth from our console and generated a pair of public and private keys for asymmetric encryption. Subsequently, we used the Customer ID and User ID from the app to create a JWT token, which was then signed with the private key. Hello,In our AEM Cloud Manager program we currently have Advanced Networking settings configured with "networkinfrastructure" set to "kind": "flexiblePortEgress" along with 2 "portforewards" configured. We need to enable a dedicated IP address for our program's "networkinfrastructure" so we will need to change the "kind" setting to "kind": "dedicatedEgressIp", based from this documentation Dedicated egress IP addressSince we are hosting dev, stage, production environments from this same Program, is there any risk in changing the "networkingrastructure" to "kind": "dedicatedEgressIp"?Any tips or lookouts is appreciated. TIA

My team is using Chili Piper to route and book meetings. We're having a hard time building Bizible reporting within Salesforce on meetings (booked, attended and no shows) specific to the Chili Piper integration as well as the SF Tasks/Opportunities created when a meeting is booked. Does anyone have any best practices or resources for this?

Hello! I have an interesting issue, i am running into this formatting issue where when i am forwarding a Marketo email.   The email template has a two-column article design (Image on the right and Copy on the left) for both - the desktop and the same is the design for the mobile 9instead of for mobile we usually have the image on the top and the copy in below). The image is showing up twice on both desktop and mobile when I forward or reply to from my Outlook desktop app.   Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Please share if anyone has a resolution. Hello , When scanning one of our JavaScript libraries We find the flaw is reported in the code below, as System leak by the static code analyzer $("#id).append(jsonObject.id); // system leak $("#id).text(jsonObject.id); //System leak  On analysis, we find that the above code is reported as a flaw due it the use of the .append and .text function in jQuery stating that the above is System leak.   Please suggest the suitable fix to address this issue. Regards,Srinivas 

We have a scenario where a servlet call is failing with 'com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter isValidRequest: empty CSRF token - rejecting'Some research into this lead us to this stack overflow post where it is indicated that including granite.csrf.standalone clientlib in your code will handle the CSRF headers. After including this we are still seeing the same CSRF error. Appending '?debugClientLibs=true' to our URL and searching for granite.csrf.standalone, we can see it loaded in correctly. Yet the CSRF is still not handled.We have a workaround by manually grabbing /libs/granite/csrf/token.json, and submitting that in a 'CSRF-Token' header with the request. My question is how we can get the granite CSRF library to automatically handle this? Has anyone else had success with this method?AEM version: 2021.11.6023.20211111T113531Z-211000

Hi Team, For one of our recent bulk email campaign, we are able to see SENT status for our own ORG based outlook emails IDs but not received to our INBOX(able to receive the same campaign email to our Gmail IDs). After sometime, we have executed the same delivery again to our ORG email IDs and we have received the same email to our INBOX. No issue if we executed the same for 2 -3 times.Emails were not delivered to JUNK box too during the first time. We don't see any issue in the  deliverable management as well.What could be the issue for not receiving when we executed during first time in bulk even the status shows as sent?

I already passed ADO-601 RT-CDP Technical Practitioner and was preparing for ADO - 600 which is AEP Technical Foundation and planning to book a slot.  But now both the exams are offline for redesigning and will be relaunch on 15th Jan, 2024. Earlier I had to get for 601 and 600 clear to get the master certification as 601 alone will not give you any certification. But after redesigning each exam will have its own certification.  But what will happen to my 601 pass- it currently has no certification.I have to spent again an additional $250 for taking the already passed (In Sept, 2023) ADO0-601? 

HiI am trying to sync the data that is on inSMS schema on Message Center ( Execution instance) to Marketing Instance. I am trying to update the Technical Sync Workflow to add a SOAP Task to do that but seems to not working well. Is this the correct approach or anyone has done this differently? we need to inSMS data ( the Reply from the sms) for sending some follow up text to the users. Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated. thanks 

I am wondering why the tokens through API should be passed as POST x-www-form-urlencoded ONLY, and not as JSON. This brings many issues. One issue, among others, is when you encode the URL the "value" lenght must be short and nearly just plain text, not URL and/or HTML, otherwise you will pass the 2048 character limit that some services like Google has for URLFetch, leaving this end point nearly usless.I did try compressing the URL through gzip, shortening the URL thoroug few services, but the Marketo end point refuses to accept those, so the question is why , why not to accept a JSON payload?

Hi all! We currently handle events with the Marketo/Zoom integration, and I'd like to know if anyone knows of a way to get live real-time attendance data from the Zoom webinar. I'm looking to incorporate a "Trouble joining?" email to go out to the people who have not yet joined the webinar 10sh minutes after it has started but for that, I would need Zoom to provide me the list of no-shows DURING the event. I know there's an attendance report you can download, but it ONLY becomes available after the webinar has ended. Has anyone been able to make this work? I know you could technically see the participants' names in real-time, extract that, and then match names/email addresses from the registrants' list to identify those as the attendees to email the rest (non-attendees), but I would love an easier way to do it, if possible.  Thanks guys!

Hello, I'm trying to change the value of a field coming from an integration and appended via Custom Object and I wanted to turn it into a date field, as I would need to use the on or before/on or after criteria - but it's currently with the following format: YEAR/DAY_MONTH (example: 2023/01_08).   To do so, I thought to create a triggered smart campaign with a data change flow step that would call a velocity script token to change the format to ISO, and then add it to a custom field.
