Hi All, Unable to see "Auto-start workflow" option on asset folders in Local AEMaaCs SDK. Looks like this feature is not enabled on any local set up its available on the Cloud Service Instance. Anyone can you let me know, how to configure custom workflow on folder for development activity as it involves lot of back and forth code fixes would happen based on test result. Requirement to trigger custom workflow (post processing workflow) configured on the folder where assets upload happen. When upload of asset complete needs to auto-trigger custom workflow for updating custom metadata on assets.Can you share your thoughts around it.

So in my sample nodes, no1 and 3 will be included. Node5 is not included.   How can I do it?   I looked at the nodes and there's nothing in the node properties that can help me. Hi! I'm a front end content manager trying to determine the best way to build an accordion. I have one already built using page layout/visualizer components. I would like to fill individual accordion tabs with reusable content on different pages in a future state. In my current accordion construction the content in each tab is more than just text and is a combination of images, video, and in some cases nested accordions, and is generally more complex than just text. I've looked at CONTENT FRAGMENTS, however since they're just text based it seems that they don't quite fit the bill since I won't have the control over the layout as I did building the entire accordion on the page via the visualizer. Is there a full Rich Text editor available in CONTENT FRAGMENT where I can add HTML?  It may just be turned off for me, which I can request access from my dev team?Can EXPERIENCE FRAGMENTS be used to fill a accordion tab(s)? We are trying to get new refresh_token and access_token using existing refresh_token. Every time it returns the same refresh_token but less validity left. After sometime refresh_token will be not valid anymore.Can someone suggest how to generate new refresh_token with more validity. Note :- We have scheduled job which runs every 12hrs to generate new refresh_token and access_token using existing refresh_token

Good day!  We have a website with a third party hosted page inside of an iframe.We have full code access to the page within the iframe.We want to trigger Adobe Data Collection Tag rules both in the parent page, and on the iframe embedded page.We see that the Adobe Experience Platform tag is loading within the iframeWe do not see any of the tag rules fire from the iframe.In this post, the accepted answer described changing settings in the Adobe Analytics extension in the Data Collection property. However, none of those settings are available in the Adobe Analytics Extension, v. 1.9.3So, how do we fire Adobe Data Collection Tag Property Rules inside of an iframe? Thank you in advance! Will England

I need help pulling a specific information for a column for one of our job roles. What would I use as a text mode in order to pull "Creative Project Manager" job role from our database? I am pulling a project report to know which PM's are on which project without having to go into each project. 

Is there a way to globally customize the widgets within the new home screen? It doesn't seem like you can but perhaps I'm missing something... I LOVE the new home screen but it will not work for all of our users with the "out of the box" settings, and 99% of them will never customize it themselves.

We are creating an automatic proof workflow and the designer who is uploading the proof becomes the author when selecting the automatic workflow. The issue is that it is asking them to approve it. I know I can change the workflow template so the person who uploads it is listed as reviewer, but does that limit that person from doing things that typically an author can do? For example, add a new stage later or add a new version of the proof? What is the difference between these two roles?

Hi there, We do a full upload of profiles into AEP daily. Recently we modified our profile logic in our CRM, refactored our schema & datasets, and started pushing the new batches. As a result of the refactoring, there are many unwanted profiles from before that we want to completely remove. What are some of the ways to completely delete those profiles (We are talking about millions, so it would be hard to manually delete them one by one)? This is what I have learned so far, hoping if someone can confirm if these are true:1) During the refactoring, I disabled the old dataset from "Enabled for profile", then deleted the dataset hoping it would remove the profiles - it actually doesn't. Apparently the dataset needs to be deleted when in "Enabled for Profile" state, it is only then the profiles in the profiles will be deleted <--is this true? 2) The only way to delete the profiles associated with the old dataset is to delete the old dataset entirely, and recreate&nbsp

Hi everyone I am trying to truncate the contents of a custom table in the Adobe Campaign database. I created that table to hold a set of data that is imported on a daily basis from an external file,but I need to truncate it before loading the data set. I know I could use the Update activity to delete records, but that requires an input. I could build that input by querying all data in the target table first and pass it to the Update activity, then the Update activity would delete the records from the incoming population. However, it would be much more efficient to just truncate the full table. Can someone provide guidance on how to do it? CheersHugo

I am trying to create an AEM linked folder at either the Program level or Task level, but always get the "Oops, Something Went Wrong" message. I can do it at the Project level, but I have assets that are campaign-wide (Program) and task-specific. Linking folders to those specific document locations would be much preferred. Is this a known issue? PS. I hate the flippant "Oops Something Went Wrong" message. So much
