Hi, I created a journey that sends both email (2 different email messages) and SMS, placing them in the same flow. If the email fails, does it affect the SMS action? The SMS is set to run in parallel since I prefer not to use conditions in this case.   Thanks in advance

Coming from the Financial Services sector where our sales/engagement cycles tend to be months long. It takes prospects a while to decide to speak with us, let alone become a client. Our Marketing Channel Expiration is set to 1 day currently, which makes no sense given the context. What is the recommended Marketing Channel Expiration for Financial Services. I suspect a month at least, if not longer, but I'd like to hear recommendations.

Can I delete documents from a request queue and not lose them in their respective issues/requests. Or a related question: Do the documents I see listed in a request queue take up additional space on the server over and above the same documents residing in their respective issues/requests? How can I create an expense report that filters by Portfolio? Currently, both Expenses and Portfolio don't talk to each other. I've tried and thought about:1. Tried adding the portfolio filter manually via text mode - didn't work2. Thought about adding a custom field on a project level so I can filter via that. I don't think this would be a viable option as we have a ton of forms used across my team Any other ideas?

Hello everyone, i am currently trying Universal Editor an stuck upon an issue. I have a two models "home" and "news". "Home" has a mutlilist content fragment reference of "news".  Now i want to display the News in a container and add new News in Universal editor. I've been trying to figure out why my token containing velocity script is prompting an error message in my email when attemptimg to "Approve and Close". The script within the token is supposed to take the first Name token reference and Capitalize the name using the following script:#set($firstName = $lead.FirstName) #set($formattedFirstName = $firstName.toLowerCase().substring(0,1).toUpperCase() + $firstName.toLowerCase().substring(1)) ${formattedFirstName}No matter how I try to implement the script, wheather directly into the email (breaking it from the template) or applying the script to a custom token. Does anyone have any input into why this is happening?

After Email 1 was delivered and the campaign was aborted, we’re now looking to resume the same campaign to send the remaining emails. However, using “Run Now” doesn’t seem to restart the campaign from where it left off. Is there a way to configure it so that the campaign continues from the point where it was stopped?

HelloI am trying to add line breaks to SMS messages.We’ve had a bespoke solution created to send SMS messages.On the Marketo end, it is a webhook that sends the information to another platform. All internal systems/platforms.The SMS values to send can be held in a Token on the program or a Person Field.  2 different webhooks have been set up that can use one or other.Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add a line break, to the SMS messages?I have tried using some HTML in the message, I have tried creating tokens with code. These have not worked.I have created a token that just has spaces in, this works to some extent, but as phones can be different sizes I don’t think it will look professional.Thank you in advance if anyone has a solution.

Hi Adobe Community,   So, my team has 2 lookup tables that we have created. We want to establish a relationship on the same profile enabled field and both of these datasets. So we were able to create a relationship with the first table but when we tried to create a relationship with the second table, we don't see a way to do it in the UI (see below). Is it possible to create a relationship between the same profile enabled field and 2 different datasets? Anyone have any ideas?     Thanks, Nick

DataFlow is running successfully, and it requires further changes in the mapping to add/remove fields. I have seen most of the people create new dataFlow , disable and delete the old dataFlow. is this a good practice to keep creating new dataFlow for any changes and abandon the old dataFlow. Does adobe not provide an option to update existing dataFlow ?

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) where the same anonymous user (ECID) is being associated with multiple ECIDs across sessions (multiple Person IDs) — even when using the same browser and device. Here's my configuration:"Identity Map" data element type defined by Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension. Storage Duration: "None".ECID stored in another field for debugging purposes ("identities.ecid.id"). This field is populated by a data element with Storage Duration: "Visitor". Hi,I've seen many posts and read through all the Adobe docs. on the Mobile SDK but for me, there is a gap in knowledge once it gets down to Tags/Launch and how to create data elements that need custom code to access data from the mobile app (not just built-in Lifecycle info). And how the rules should be structured as well as how to use Assurance to test the code? I've seen pieces but nothing that takes a developer from end-to-end completely. It's crazy, Adobe doesn't even have a class covering the Mobile SDK. Does anyone know of any resources that lay everything out or any third-party organizations that teach the Mobile SDK? As I mentioned, the docs. touch on most of this but not enough to be able to do an implementation. My particular areas of interest are: 1) how to create data elements/rules that return specific data from the mobile app.2) How to test with Assurance (I've seen the docs. but still leaves a bunch of questions). Thanks!  Thanks!

Hello,I am using the AEM Assets events from Adobe I/O on assets in the AEM cloud dev instance as shown here. However, it seems like the Assets Deleted and Asset Metadata Updated events do not register when I perform those actions on an asset in the mapped AEM cloud instance as shown here. These events also do not show up in the trace logs as shown below.  However, when I trigger the sample events directly from Adobe I/O as shown below, I do see both the events getting triggered with some sample requests. But it does not work for events on actual assets in the cloud dev instance. If anyone is facing this issue, please let me know any resolutions for this.

Once data is ingested into dataLake, it create a profile in profile store. when we query the profile using ECID or other namespace, we do see unique profile-id associated with the record. now does this profile-id changes under any circumstance for that particular profile ? if yes, what are those scenario ? is this profile-id present in any dataset, if we need to query it using queryService ?

Hi, I’m trying to build a master table of campaigns and journeys (including campaign ID/name and journey ID/name) using the ajo_entity_dataset. However, I’ve run into an issue: there’s a journey whose name we recently updated (the current journey has the "v2" name, while the other two entries show the old names). Unfortunately, I can’t find a reliable way to filter for only the current journey name. The only timestamp field I found is lastModifiedAt, but it shows the same timestamp for all three records, so it doesn’t help me isolate the latest version.Is there another field available that would let me keep only the current journey with its updated name?Thanks for your help!
