Curious to know how are others using the Resource Pool?  We have one Resource Pool established for the sole purpose of using the Planner, but I need help understanding the benefits of the Resource Pool.   We are moving from a generally centralized team to decentralized teams.  Are resource pools role specific, team specific, template specific, group/company specific?   How does adding pools or not having pools in projects/templates make a difference in the resource planner area? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.   Thank you,Melanie

Is anyone aware of character counts being a usable feature? I have a user wondering if it is possible to have Workfront count the number of characters in fields and display this information. All I seem to be able to find is related to character restrictions/limts.Thanks!

I am facing some error when adding contextual attributes in if condition while trying to do some personalization in email with in a journey. Any idea on what could be the resolution for this ? 

If there is an ingestion of 5000 records - with each record have at-least one primary ID but one particular ID namespace shows 3000 records what can be possible reason?  XDM validation failed (Can this be said with certainity) or Dataset or schema not Profile enable (then how come partial ingestion happened) or Namespace is not compatible with Identity Graph or Identity Service does not consume records having just one identity (It needs to have at-least two I believe)    

Hi,we are calling an API using servlet, Our AEM Instance in 6.5.5, we are successfully able to call the servlet and send the CRSF Token in the author instance. However, In the Publisher instance, we are getting an empty response from the /libs/granite/csrf/token.json, how can we validate or authenticate the POST request to get the CRSF token value in AEM Publisher.

Hello,I'm using Brand Portal in AEMaaCS to give access to our external users to some assets in AEM. I have added the users in product profile(Brand Portal) through the admin console and given the Viewer & Editor access to them. However, when user open the brand portal link, they are not able to see the shared/contribution folder. Only when I give them product administrator access then only, they are able to see the folders. As per my understanding the users should be able to see with viewer rights, I can't give them admin rights. Looking out for some support on this. If there is any other configuration that is required to give them viewing/downloading access?

I have looked at AEP document and videos in Experience League - documentation and Videos ... .But these info are like of all over the places and some says in Beta.... for a stable phase - is there one single table that anyone can share for all supported types - (Json, Parquet, CSV, TSV, Blob etc. by Import and Export (Streaming, Batch and Edge) and also by source and destination type - like Cloud Storage, Adobe Applications (AAM, Analytics etc.), By Connection/Destination Type - (Web SDK, HTTP API, Source Connector, Edge Server API) 

Hello! Wanted to see if anyone has any workaround they use in order to get a custom form value on one task to another. The use here is that we want to have users enter information in a task-level custom form (instead of project-level for user experience), but need that same value on to show on another task through a calculated field. Is there any calculated field examples you have used? Not 100% sure this is possible with the hierarchy of the system, but wanted to check anyway!

Hi, I am currently implementing AEP Web SDK extension on Tags new property and need to map the evars, props and events back to previous Adobe Analytics reporting suite. This is because there are other websites linked to the report and we are working in phases. Could you please share the steps on how I would go about to make sure I don't use wrongly the evars , pops and events? Do I have to map each and everyone of the evars, props and events in the processing rules?Examples: evar 1 = page name                   evar 10 = link interaction I am not familiar with the scripts if need to custom code.@dwright-adobe , not sure if you have the answer.Thanks.

hello ,I'm creating an input form and I'd like the window to refresh when I click on a button.

This seems too simple to ask but I just cannot find the solution! I have inherited the SA role from a previous employee who created 99% of the custom fields and now I would like to create a new hybrid custom form from two existing custom forms, using the same custom fields.When I try to duplicate a custom field from form 1 into the hybrid form, the 'apply' box is ghosted. The field is shared sitewide and I am named as Admin.What am I missing? I feel it is something really obvious.

 We recently ran an Engagement program with 7 emails sent to 6000 people. Wed like to repeat our nurture campaign and send it to those that didn’t open the emails in the first wave of sends. Is this something that is possible? For example if 1000 people didn't open Email #1 they can be picked up again with another program.

If I recall there is a "min. numbers of time" in the filter of "Clicked Link in Email", today I found it has gone. How can I get this function back or any suggestion that I can get the list of people who have min. clicked my email for at least 5 times last month?Here I can find "Min. Hi Everyone, I've tried creating a package of a page using the CRXDE, but I found out that some properties are not being added on it's jcr:content. Which configuration affects this behavior or is there an msm action that involved in these (as I see the same property on cq.wcm.msm.action.excludedprops of the ContentUpdateActionFactory.cfg.json)?

After migrating to cloud version from AEM 6.5 we noticed, AEM Assets views 'view type' preference is not preserved with each folder.Previously users were able to go to a folder in assets view and set the view preference as List view go to another folder and set the view preference as Card View and when come back to previous folder is view type will switch back to List view, as it remembered the previous preference. Our users preferring this behavior and found very helpful. But after migrating to new AEM cloud version they complain missing this behavior completely and they have to set the view preference every time they switch to a folder.Is this a bug or is there a way to configure the behavior. 

Is there a way that AEM can systematically enforce file naming conventions for digital assets?  We have a naming convention but users aren't always following it.  Thanks.

I am trying to use the alert activity but I am getting an error saying that the record does not exist in database. I have added the operator to the workflow execution group.I have attached the error screenshot. 

We want to fetch emailid and formid of the emails and forms that belong to a particular smart campaign using the smartcampaignid. Is there a way to do this using the API? I looked through the documentation and could not find anything that works. Something like this Asset - Marketo Developers endpoint but with a filter parameter for smartcampaignid.   Thanks!

Hi, I want to call an external datasource from AJO and pass the list of all products so that i can get the availability of the products from the external system. I read the document for making a post call to the external sources and doing the same thing as mentioned in the document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/data-source-journeys/external-data-sources.html?lang=en However i am not able to pass  dynamic variables to the post API. Did anyone tried passing list of dynamic variables to an API on AJO @akshaaga @anuhya-y @satheeskannak @_manoj_kumar_  Thanks in advance,  Arpan
