We are implementing AJO on mobile app. While testing the push functionality via Assurance we are not seeing push getting delivered on Android. Works fine on iOS. There are no errors and the Test Results panel is all green. Any pointers why this is happening? 

So my team had an interesting scenario where they wanted to have relationships with a project and an issue or a task and issue.  We all know this equates to setting the status of the issue with whatever it has a relationship with - task, or project - okay check. We are good there. The ASK Okay, but what if I had a field (custom field) that when set, the relationship was broken and the issue was closed? Is this possible with Fusion? Cheers,D___D

When I'm trying, the tags are getting trained successfully but it is not automatically applying tags to the relevant assets. Also, whenever I'm uploading new assets the tags are not getting assigned automatically.   I'm following all the steps mentioned here, but it's not working: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/smart-tags.html?lang=en   Here is the setting of my "Asset Processing" under "Properties" of the folder    is there anything else that I have to do ? any other settings that I have to enable ?

How can I move tasks to another.I have successfully got a list of task ids to moveI have the target projectIDI currently have tried using update record, setting the projectID to the targetThe update record module does not error.But the task is not moved. Can someone point me to an example of moving a task?

When using Adobe Assets, Our Creative teams prefer to use a nested folder structure for each project. Looking for guidance on setting up a folder containing child folders as a project folder template. This is currently being done by a series of steps:• Copy the new master project folder template (containing multiple empty child folders)• Paste the copied master folder template• Move and rename the copied master folder template so it becomes the new project Users complain this is too many steps and it's easy to lose the master project template folder by forgetting to copy/paste before moving/renaming.I would like to reduce the steps, ideally, providing a form to complete the new project folder name so that the copy/paste/move actions are done in the background.

Hi Team, Is there any roadmap to depreciate HTL in the near future and replace it with React JS? I heard it from multiple channels. This information would be really helpful for the customers planning new implementations using HTL.

We currently use several links (see a few examples below) to training on Experience League for our new users to get started on how to do their work in the tool. We have another instance coming up where we are onboarding several new teams into the tool, and I was checking to see if what we have would work. However, when I clicked on the training links, it still uses the old Home experience which I feel will be very confusing for new users. Our company is looking to switch from Box to an internal server for file storage. Since we will no longer be able to link documents to projects from a cloud provider, are we able to purchase more storage within Workfront? I can see us using up the current storage quota quickly if/when we make this switch.  If not, what is the best way to handle this situation? Thank you!

I have a report under /var/reports in AEMaaCS and I want it to be part of deployments so that I need not to install the package every time a deployment happens to certain environment. How can I do that? Where to put it?

Hi All, In case of deployment pipeline get stuck during deploy to environment step in aem as a cloud service , there is no way to cancel it by self. Only way is to raise the adobe support ticket as of now. Did anyone else faced the same or an other alternate approach to handle this scenario.   Thanks

 Is there a documentation around the limitations of New assets UI (Cloud Service) compared to the old one. Any documentation or key pointers around this would help. Customer team is looking to move to the Asset View ( New UI ) and are looking for limitations in the New UI.

Hi all,i've a requirement to upload assets to a remote ftp server. (AEM as a Cloud Service)I basically added a servlet to be able to call the action from the Asset UI. Then i'm using the Job Manager to create a async job to make the call the FTP server.My question is regarding the FTP dependency, i mean what library should use for the ftp connection. I tried with Apache Commons Net but there is not a bundle for this library.I've embedded the jar but I've an error,org.apache.commons.net.ftp at startup level 20 but no packages export them for that startup level.   Any opinion or comment is welcome. Thanks in advance

Hi All,We are currently experiencing a peculiar issue with HTML5 form rendering.When attempting to render an XDP as HTML, it appears to go into a continuous loading loop and fails to display the form. Strangely, this issue only occurs in our AMS environment, whereas it works correctly when we attempt the same operation on our local 6.5 environment.Additionally, the "Preview as HTML" function is also not working in AMS environment. We have already reviewed our configurations and compared them between the AMS and local environments, but have been unable to identify the root cause of this issue.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Hi I have a requirement of creating Content Fragment variations automatically while creating content fragment based on Content ModelAs of now authors need to create CF and then varations. But we want some variations to be present when they open the CF after creating. It was achievable with Content Fragment templates, but it is deprecated and not suitable for out use case.Another way is to achieve it with Java by Event Listener. We are looking for better OOTB approach by avoiding Java. If there any better OOTB approach, please let me know.  

When I try to create a review task, no task is created. I'll walk through my steps:1. Select "create review task: 2. Fill out the "create review task" form and assign the task to an existing project "review training repository topic."3. Click "create." I get a dialogue that says "success! Review task 'test review' has been created. "4. When I go to the project, no review has been created. No one on the project receives a notification either. Any idea why a review task is not created? 

Hi All,Have AEMaaCS in local environment, try to upload Assets through Asset api as per Adobe suggestion 3 step process i.e. initiate upload, binary upload and complete upload by following below.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/admin/developer-reference-material-apis.html?lang=en#asset-uploadAfter initiation of asset upload usually need to receive response with upload token and URI details, but when try from local AEMaaCS environment do not receive those in response. Can anyone let know how to get token, URI details in response on local AEMaaCS environment. Is anything missing here to configure in process let us know. 

Hi,The functionality to update Status from "Sent" to "Received on Mobile" used to work.It suddenly stopped working. We raised this with Adobe team as well.  We checked in nms:providerMsgId, and the status is showing as "Received on Mobile". But the same status is not getting updated in Delivery logs. Did anyone face this issue. Is there any script or workflow which is being used in Back end to check this status and update it? Any documentation for this will help. We checked from SMS Vendor the data is coming from their side and getting updated in NMSProvider but not in Delivery logs Thanks,Krishna

I think I know the answer to this but wanted to ask in case I've missed anything. Is it possible to run a report within Marketo that will produce all email activity that happened on a specific date? I am aware that you can specify a report for all activity related to sends on a specific date, but I am instead looking for user activity (with email) on a date rather than specifying the send date. Is this possible? I am aware that you can get this information via the API but we are trying to align/cross-check our API extracts which is why I am looking for a way to do this in the front end.
