Hi there, As part of our data hygiene best practice, we are looking to delete dataset batches that were ingested more than 30 days ago to keep our storage usage optimized and low. I've tried going into each dataset and just create a request via delete batch api to remove those batches, but that's a very manual work.  With the new data life cycle feature, that doesn't my purpose as I don't want to delete the entire dataset. What are some recommendations? Thanks

I created a custom site but i am not able to create a page from this site, unless i create ir by crxlite, but i am not able to see components in those pages. Can anyone guide me what should i do 

Hi,Workfront Noob here. Is it possible to add more filter options to the Advanced Search? I would like to use the 'Team functionality for jobs assigned to my team. It would be great to then use Advanced Search, see 'Team' in the list and then filter by my team name.ThanksSean 

Hello all!  I have launched an A/B test of the subject line. Where can I view the statistics for each of the emails? In the dashboard, I can see the number of opens and deliveries for each version, but not the percentages. I know I could calculate it manually based on the info in the dashboard... however, I was hoping to be able to see it in a report. Also,  can I find out which individuals received each of the versions? Thanks! 🙂

Hi, how to debug this error? I was tasked with adding a new column to a table. So I:1.- Modified the XML of the schema to add this new column (attribute).2.- Updated DB Structure.3.- Configure fields on the Load activity.4.- Add the new field in the Update activity (Destination and Source Expression).What does it mean? Edit: I didn't find the reason. But exporting the pacakge , that was working from Production to Development, solve this.

HiMy objective is to create a scheduler service that check all pages in a specific location in the content tree and verifies is the tags on these pages still exist. The reason for this task is that if a tag, which is referenced on a page is deleted, the reference remains in the property of the corresponding page. What would be a preferred way to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I'm having trouble embedding the same form twice on a page. I'd like to have a lightbox open on a button click near the top of the page and the form embedded on the bottom.I am close to making it work but the bottom form appears twice. Any ideas? Thanks!

I was wondering if someone could help me with my workspace.I am getting a lot of page name / page URL that are unspecified (as occurences/visits/page view). Tracking is working fine so I'm wondering from where it does come from a timing problem ?I've attached the screenshot here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We are implementing AJO on mobile app. While testing the push functionality via Assurance we are not seeing push getting delivered on Android. Works fine on iOS. There are no errors and the Test Results panel is all green. Any pointers why this is happening? 

So my team had an interesting scenario where they wanted to have relationships with a project and an issue or a task and issue.  We all know this equates to setting the status of the issue with whatever it has a relationship with - task, or project - okay check. We are good there. The ASK Okay, but what if I had a field (custom field) that when set, the relationship was broken and the issue was closed? Is this possible with Fusion? Cheers,D___D

When I'm trying, the tags are getting trained successfully but it is not automatically applying tags to the relevant assets. When using Adobe Assets, Our Creative teams prefer to use a nested folder structure for each project. Looking for guidance on setting up a folder containing child folders as a project folder template. This is currently being done by a series of steps:• Copy the new master project folder template (containing multiple empty child folders)• Paste the copied master folder template• Move and rename the copied master folder template so it becomes the new project Users complain this is too many steps and it's easy to lose the master project template folder by forgetting to copy/paste before moving/renaming.I would like to reduce the steps, ideally, providing a form to complete the new project folder name so that the copy/paste/move actions are done in the background.

Hi Team, Is there any roadmap to depreciate HTL in the near future and replace it with React JS? I heard it from multiple channels. This information would be really helpful for the customers planning new implementations using HTL.

We currently use several links (see a few examples below) to training on Experience League for our new users to get started on how to do their work in the tool. We have another instance coming up where we are onboarding several new teams into the tool, and I was checking to see if what we have would work. However, when I clicked on the training links, it still uses the old Home experience which I feel will be very confusing for new users. Our company is looking to switch from Box to an internal server for file storage. Since we will no longer be able to link documents to projects from a cloud provider, are we able to purchase more storage within Workfront? I can see us using up the current storage quota quickly if/when we make this switch.  If not, what is the best way to handle this situation? Thank you!

I have a report under /var/reports in AEMaaCS and I want it to be part of deployments so that I need not to install the package every time a deployment happens to certain environment. How can I do that? Where to put it?

Hi All, In case of deployment pipeline get stuck during deploy to environment step in aem as a cloud service , there is no way to cancel it by self. Only way is to raise the adobe support ticket as of now. Did anyone else faced the same or an other alternate approach to handle this scenario.   Thanks
