Hi All,I'm trying to use the page versionhistory functionality available in AEM. However, when I'm creating the page version of a specific page, the node structure of the parent nodes is not entirely getting created under the /tmp/versionhistory. For instance: I'm creating the version of page under /content/we-retail/us/en which is having the following node structure:The node structure created under the temp/versionhistory node is as follows:The image node available under content/we-retail/jcr:content is not available in the similar hierarchy under /tmp/versionhistory node structure.Could you please let me know how can I generate the same node strucute

I send out regular emails to users about use tips and notices. I generate my email list by downloading the users csv from the Admin Console of Workspace then filtering on the resulting file, mostly for groups in the product configurations column. This works well enough most of the time. However, sometimes I would like to breakdown the users by line of business (which is generally not reflected by our permission groups). There is no field available in the user account set up other than name. Any thoughts on how to do this?

Hi Community, I created an experience targeting with 3 experiences in my activity and have a CTA image that navigates to a registration page. I am curious how I would evaluate the success of my registration from these 3 experiences. As far as I know, I can only select selectors from my experience pages not from the navigated registration page. Any thoughts? @alexbishop @pratheeparunraj 

I changed the custom terminology for Projects to Tactics. However, the new terminology isn't being reflected in the system fully. Note: I have assigned this Layout Template to myself.  

Is there any reason why the tasks on the workfront home screen show 0 due, when I know I have some due. Where is this information being pulled from? 

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way users can bulk edit tasks assigned to them (preferably from a report, if possible)? We have some users who are assigned multiple language/ translation tasks for different countries. We have these tasks broken up by each country because there are instances where only certain languages are needed and the ones not needed are removed by the Project Manager during setup.  As such, on certain projects some of our users will be assigned to 3-8 tasks, which they are usually working on simultaneously and what they would like is a way to bulk update these tasks (mark as in progress, change the percent complete, mark as complete, etc.) instead of having to go into each individual task to update.  I've tried a couple different reports/ settings in Workfront, but can't get it to work. FYI, this would be for users with Worker/ Plan licenses who have minimum of contribute access to the projects where these tasks live. Any insights on how

Hi, We are beginning discussions within internal governance about migrating Workfront authentication into the Adobe admin console. For those who made the change, what was your users' overall experience?   Reason I ask: Currently, authentication into Workfront is instantaneous. If you're logged in via CVS/Aetna VPN, SSO authentication happens without the user needing to do a thing. If you don't have an account, you have an account provisioned via auto-provisioning. Depending upon parameters set in Azure, the user is assigned basic user access/layout template/etc. via Fusion.  My fear: This is going to confuse all of our users. Yes yes, we would plan to have comms for weeks ahead of the transition. Yes, we would mention it during any meeting involving Workfront. But as everyone knows, you can lead a user to an announcement but you can't make him read. 😂   Please let us know that it will be okay. #joking #actuallynotjoking   -j

No adaptive forms used here.I am trying to create a report that will list all the form templates in /content/dam/formsanddocuments/ folder with last modified date, title of the form that is available in /content/dam/formsanddocuments/<formname>.xdp/jcr:content/metadata's title property.Any suggestion on how this report list can be displayed in a different system website? Thanks,Leena   

Has anyone else noticed that changes made to asset names, after being saved, don't change the naming of that asset in the sidebar nav? Also, just noticed today that smart campaigns don't "light up" when activated now either. You have to refresh the page to see the change. Is this a bug (or maybe just me?), or has something changed with the product that's making this permanent?

Hi  I need help in understanding how Marketo generates report for Landing page. I have an existing Landing Page, now my client wants me to create a new Landing Page with different Template and use the existing landing page URL. If I used existing URL for newly created Landing Page and try to generate report by the end of the quarter, will I get 2 reports for old and new landing page separate.?  Please give me a solution for this situation where I can get single report. What I am looking for is a way to put a marker or arrow on a line graph in Workspace on a specific date when a process changed to show visually what the results are after the change.  Is there a way to do that in Adobe Analytics?

Does AEM could as a service has a built-in DAM ?  Does Adobe charge seperately for AEM Sites andAEM Assets ? unlike in AEM standalone it was having only one license for AEM which has both sites and assets.
