Dear allplease see the attached Files (XML as the original how it is direct from LifeCycle Designer – and reader.pdf as it is after saving the PDF as a Reader Extended PDF).As you see, the items that can be added and Removed (Products with dropdown lists and textboxes), are shown 5 times after saving with the extensions. but initially it should be shown only once.Also when manually removing the 4 other "products" and save as new filled in file, the boxes appear again when reopening.WHY? i cant figure it out and like to avoid to build the entire form again.TIAAndrea

Getting this message in Audience properties when i try to create a audience for the dataset which is enable and added to the profile. Anyone experience this issue ? we have 2 profile schema created and identity also been set. not able to see the data in segment.Also within the audience filed setting we have two options called 'Show only fields with data' and 'Show full XDM schema'. my profile fields are visible only when i enable 'Show full XDM schema' . Is this something related to this ?  Able to see the data in query services, profile and dataset enabled , merge policies are set , primary identity is set ,  still not showing the data in segments. Has anyone had any success with using the option "Enable filtering of recipients who will receive the attachment" in a delivery template?I am trying to use one delivery template that should have an attached file for only some of the recipients receiving the delivery.It looks like it is possible according to the documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/sending-emails/attaching-files.html?lang=enI am just not sure how to "define a recipient selection script", which is what according to the documentation is needed. 

I'm using Fusion to post notes to timesheet objects within Fusion.  At the moment, I'm using /attask/api/v16.0/NOTE to push plain-formatted notes, but want to upgrade those to rich text. I've seen the instructions at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-api/api-general-information/rich-text-field-api.html?lang=en, but cannot figure out how to translate those to the NOTE object. I've also grabbed the XHR requests made by the Workfront UI and have been able to reproduce using that -- however, I'd much prefer to NOT use something like this since it's a private API and "fragile" as a result.  It does indicate that doing this is possible, though. Can someone guide me on how to best achieve a rich text note from the API? Thank you!

Hello Team, I am new to AEM. I need to integrate Adobe AEM Assets with Workfront for a basic use case.I have no prior experience in setting up AEM CaaS and Assets as a Cloud Service. I have access to the admin console and see the Cloud Manager application. My questions are:Can someone please guide me to the documentation or step-by-step process of how to integrate and set up this?Do I need a local AEM setup on my system for this or this can be achieved without it? If yes, how can I set up this? Can this be achieved by configuration or do we need to write code for it currently my technical team people are on vacation and unfortunately they will not be back before this use case timeline finishes.Thanks in advance, 

Is there a way to add a column view that will list out the documents that are saved in a project template? I created a template report and have it filtered to only show templates were it has documents, but is there a way to get the view to list the names of those documents? Also, is there a way to show is the project template has document folders? And a column view that will show the names of these document folders if they are in the project template? THANK YOU!

Hello everyone,  When we export reports in Excel, the entry date values show format as date HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. However, the seconds do not show in the report columns in Workfront. Can someone help with the syntax to show the entire timestamp for the date field? @csatscale 

has anyone had when your Kanban board for a team is broken - no longer automatically moving to the correct category/ status on the board. When a team changes the request status, it's not reflecting to the same status on the Kanban board and vice versa. For example, one request which status I have changed to 'in progress' but its staying in the 'new' column on the Kanboard board. It was previously working.  

As far as I know my UTM implementation in AA is correctly done. However, if I draw a report of page name -> page URL, the UTM URLs are listed as if they are a different URLs for that page. Technically this makes sense, but this behavior is different in Google Analytics, which leads to confusion for users experienced in GA. Because in GA the URLs containing UTM tags are all unified under the page URL. Is that possible to achieve in AA too? I am getting the SFTP server setup to receive data from the data warehouse requests. Our corporate policy requires us to whitelist the ip address. Are there specific ip ranges for the datacenter where our orgis setup. I would prefer to whitelist only the required ip on the SFTP server. 

Our company relocated a little while ago. When we updated the address in our email templates, we noticed that the changes were applied to new emails using the templates, but when we approved older emails using the templates, the address was not changed. The problem seems to be that address is within a mktEditable or Editable class <div> tag.   In a post shared with me by Marketo Support, it said I could dissociate the HTML from the mktoEditable class, so that the update can be made across all our emails, however, in another document (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/marketo-success-series-email-templates/ba-p/314007) it was pointed out that: "only text that has been defined in a mktoText module will carry over into the text version of your email. Below is the body content (syntax similar to that described on developers.marketo.com).   Also, can we add JavaScript code to the Rich Text field using API? É possível hospedar páginas no AEM? Digo, tenho diversas landings hospedadas no Sharepoint e não gostaria de ter de refazê-las, eu gostaria de baixar os arquivos de HTML, CSS, JS e imagens/arquivos do Sharepoint, e colocá-los no AEM. É possível fazer isso de alguma forma? Obrigada!
