Hi all,  I am looking for some help on a campaign I am looking to set up. We want to be able to change the content in the hero banner of our homepage for returning users based on the previous URL set they last viewed.  For example it is their second visit and the last page they viewed was a product page for pets. I want to now show them a specific message relating to pets on our home page.  Setting up the content I am comfortable with but its the targeting and audience setup that confuses me.  I know that I will need to use the returningVisitor under visitor profile in the create and audience section. My question is what do I combine it with? Another question is what activity type would I use in target, would it still be an a/b test?My understanding is that this would be personalisation? For example we may have 5 pages relating to pets so how can I target users that were previously on these pages? Thanks in advance.

Getting this error trying to activate an audience to AWS S3 bucket.  Anyone experience this issue?  Permissions for writing to bucket have all been verified. 

I created my adobe account at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/landing/analytics-university/ with my work account, and today I was given access to the actual environment where I will be working however when I log into the environment where I will be working I am automatically redirected to Adobe Analytics University Student Sandbox, I am trying to log out of the organization but I do not have the option in the profile manager, I also have no way to contact or open a ticket in support, could someone help me to log out of Adobe Analytics University Student Sandbox?

Hi all!We are creating a POC for the footer component and we have created a custom component in which it takes in the root path of the user and it displays the children and grandchildren pages (2 levels). We have done this so the author won't need to author all the child pages individually. One of the requirements is to give the author an option to remove pages (grandchildren) for the footer component without removing the page from the project structure which we have managed to do. Another requirement is for the author to add pages which aren't present in that root (without actually creating a page in the project structure) by just having to add/author the page title and link. Is this requirement possible to achieve? What would be an appropriate way to structure the dialog to decide which column the author wants to add the grandchild to?Thank you and apologies if the description is confusing.

Hi All,I have a requirement to build a latest article component which can be used across the many other site.So I just thought of  creating a servlet which will query all the article under a path(/content/geo/article) which can be controlled by author and send me a JSON response.Considering the caching startegy I need to pass the parameters as selectors .(Passing as query parameter will not allow me to cache the json until some new article is created)For Example /bin.article.<limit>.<offset>.json .Now I need to pass the pagepath lets say  /content/geo/article to servlet .Am not able to pass it as selector.Can anyone suggest me a solution for this.Thanks,Sambasivaraja.

Hello Community - I have a servlet which is registered with the path. I wanted to pass some path parameters in the servlet path like the below.www.company.com/apps/test/product/value1/value2I will invoke this servlet based on user action not based on resourceType. I am not able to retrieve the path parameters. I tried with the below. Is there any way to retrieve the values? Can someone tell me the way to retrieve the values?req.getRequestPathInfo().getSuffix();req.getResource().getPath(); 

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to AEM. I'm a .NET developer and doesn't have a significant experience in Java. Our company moved from using Sitecore to AEM and one of our requirements is to be able to download a .mov file from DAM Portal (Assetshare commons) and retain it's extension. I am looking for a way where I can ignore some of the transitive dependencies to be a part of OSGI bundle.

Hi Team, We recently upgraded our AEM environments to 6.5.17 from 6.5.7 .Now when we try to bulk publish content fragments the reference.json is called and that runs for a long time bringing the instance down. Does anybody faced this issue post service pack upgrade? I see there are many UI changes with the CF publish, Save and Close options.  Thanks,Midhun 

Hi All,  My company transitioned from Google Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics in July 2023. In Google Analytics, I recorded unique page views, not total page views. How can I find unique views in CJA? Alternatively, is there a way to find unique visitors? I have seen older questions on this platform that attempt to answer my question, but the features mentioned are no longer available in CJA. 

We have external developers creating a microsite for us but for some reason the Marketo forms we've created for them are not redirecting to the ungated version of the site and instead just display a thank you message, even though the form is set to redirect. I'm guessing there's a conflict with some other code on the site they've created but is anyone able to see what it may be from this link? Thanks

Hello, good afternoon. I need help with a custom component, I have created a table type "Datatable" in which I want all the users of the system to be loaded.I have it developing and working in the local and author environments, but in the publish environment it doesn't work.I have tried to develop the servlet in 2 ways to get the data: 1.- Through JCR-SQL2, which works in author and local, but in publish it does not return anything.2.- Going through the nodes manually (/home/users) and showing the users of those nodes, but it doesn't work in the publish environment either. My question is, is there a way to get that data out? Or are they restricted? Thank you.

Hi, We have 10 different domains for our website, all the countries selection and redirection is happening fine apart from one country. that too only in Dispatcher URL. Author and Publish instances are redirecting fine. we have checked Dispatcher rules, there are lot of rules written, so couldn't understand which rule is causing this issue. Can anyone help us to understand or resolve this issue please. Thanks in advance.!  

Hi Team, I am using AEM as a cloud service and want to  migrate user permissions to higher AEM environments i.e. QA, Stage, Prod. I am aware about  ACS commons ACL packager but we will mostly likely not have permissions to deploy packages on the higher environments. Can you suggest some possible solutions? Also, can we deploy these permissions as part of code deployment? Thanks
