I have a few questions regarding the data ingestion , when we upload the data to the AEP in the form of csv file and lets say it has duplicate records , so how does AEP detects , if not then how that can be done.

Hello everyone,  When we export reports in Excel, the entry date values show format as date HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. However, the seconds do not show in the report columns in Workfront. Can someone help with the syntax to show the entire timestamp for the date field? @csatscale 

has anyone had when your Kanban board for a team is broken - no longer automatically moving to the correct category/ status on the board. When a team changes the request status, it's not reflecting to the same status on the Kanban board and vice versa. For example, one request which status I have changed to 'in progress' but its staying in the 'new' column on the Kanboard board. It was previously working.  

As far as I know my UTM implementation in AA is correctly done. However, if I draw a report of page name -> page URL, the UTM URLs are listed as if they are a different URLs for that page. Technically this makes sense, but this behavior is different in Google Analytics, which leads to confusion for users experienced in GA. Because in GA the URLs containing UTM tags are all unified under the page URL. Is that possible to achieve in AA too? I am getting the SFTP server setup to receive data from the data warehouse requests. Our corporate policy requires us to whitelist the ip address. Are there specific ip ranges for the datacenter where our orgis setup. I would prefer to whitelist only the required ip on the SFTP server. 

Our company relocated a little while ago. When we updated the address in our email templates, we noticed that the changes were applied to new emails using the templates, but when we approved older emails using the templates, the address was not changed. The problem seems to be that address is within a mktEditable or Editable class <div> tag.   In a post shared with me by Marketo Support, it said I could dissociate the HTML from the mktoEditable class, so that the update can be made across all our emails, however, in another document (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/marketo-success-series-email-templates/ba-p/314007) it was pointed out that: "only text that has been defined in a mktoText module will carry over into the text version of your email. Hello, Community members!   I am trying to add a Rich Text field in a Marketo form using API but it's throwing "System error" code 611. The content type used is multipart/form-data. Below is the body content (syntax similar to that described on developers.marketo.com).   Also, can we add JavaScript code to the Rich Text field using API? Hi all,  I am looking for some help on a campaign I am looking to set up. We want to be able to change the content in the hero banner of our homepage for returning users based on the previous URL set they last viewed.  For example it is their second visit and the last page they viewed was a product page for pets. I want to now show them a specific message relating to pets on our home page.  Setting up the content I am comfortable with but its the targeting and audience setup that confuses me.  I know that I will need to use the returningVisitor under visitor profile in the create and audience section. My question is what do I combine it with? Another question is what activity type would I use in target, would it still be an a/b test?My understanding is that this would be personalisation? For example we may have 5 pages relating to pets so how can I target users that were previously on these pages? Thanks in advance.

Hi all!We are creating a POC for the footer component and we have created a custom component in which it takes in the root path of the user and it displays the children and grandchildren pages (2 levels). We have done this so the author won't need to author all the child pages individually. One of the requirements is to give the author an option to remove pages (grandchildren) for the footer component without removing the page from the project structure which we have managed to do. Another requirement is for the author to add pages which aren't present in that root (without actually creating a page in the project structure) by just having to add/author the page title and link. Is this requirement possible to achieve? What would be an appropriate way to structure the dialog to decide which column the author wants to add the grandchild to?Thank you and apologies if the description is confusing.

Hi All,I have a requirement to build a latest article component which can be used across the many other site.So I just thought of  creating a servlet which will query all the article under a path(/content/geo/article) which can be controlled by author and send me a JSON response.Considering the caching startegy I need to pass the parameters as selectors .(Passing as query parameter will not allow me to cache the json until some new article is created)For Example /bin.article.<limit>.<offset>.json .Now I need to pass the pagepath lets say  /content/geo/article to servlet .Am not able to pass it as selector.Can anyone suggest me a solution for this.Thanks,Sambasivaraja.

Hello Community - I have a servlet which is registered with the path. I wanted to pass some path parameters in the servlet path like the below.www.company.com/apps/test/product/value1/value2I will invoke this servlet based on user action not based on resourceType. I am not able to retrieve the path parameters. I tried with the below. Is there any way to retrieve the values? Can someone tell me the way to retrieve the values?req.getRequestPathInfo().getSuffix();req.getResource().getPath(); 

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to AEM. I'm a .NET developer and doesn't have a significant experience in Java. Our company moved from using Sitecore to AEM and one of our requirements is to be able to download a .mov file from DAM Portal (Assetshare commons) and retain it's extension. What happens is the file gets renamed into a .qt file. How can I accomplish this in AEM?Thanks in advance.  Edit:  I saw this  https://github.com/adobe/asset-share-commons/issues/670 Is there a way we can override the default mimetypes?
