A new employee joined a department of ~20 users, most with Planner access. I set up this new user as a Planner, with groups matching others in the department. Every few days, through no intervention of mine or the other admins, the employee's access is set to Worker. I've changed it back to Planner three times since the initial setup on 22 June. We are within our Planner license limits. What is causing this employees access to be changed?

According to the post below it is possible to allow writing to account level fields. I created a new user (ID=a0001) in my local AEM and both functions give me the same value (which is a0001). The Adobe reference document is not very clear on the distinction. Thanks EDIT: I had a look in CRX/DE for the properties of a0002 user and rep:principleName and rep:authorizableId has the same value.  String principalName = userProperties.getPrincipalName(); String authorizableID = userProperties.getAuthorizableID();   

Hello I'm trying to clone the 'Launch Approval' Workflow to create 'Group 1 Launch Approval Workflow' Currently 'Launch Approval' is tied to asset property 'Review Status' I would like to create 'Group 1 Review Status' on the metadata schema and tie that to our cloned 'Group 1 Launch Approval Workflow'. I'm able to create 'Group 1 Launch Workflow'. However I am unable to create a field in meta data that ties to our 'Group 1 Launch Approval Workflow'. I have searched for documentation on this functionality, and have searched in the questions on this forum but have not found anything sufficient. Thank you

In the data that I have I see unspecified for "days since last used" dimension for 96% of the data, why is that? Even for pages, there is an unknown category. Could somebody explain why this could happen and any resolutions on how to read the data with this information?

Hi, I need to attach an external file to Adobe Analytics so that I can create a segmentation that doesn't already exist in the data captured in the platform. How can I do that? Or could I connect the platform to Tableau? Or could I make custom segments in the Adobe to get that information by the cuts I want?

Hi there, Is there a possibility in Adobe Analytics to sort the "Time Parting Day" dimension in week's Sequence (eg: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and so on)? At my end, the data gets sorted in descending order based on my metrics. But I prefer it in week's sequence. 

The session is combination of post_visid_high, post_visid_low, visit_num and hit_time_gmt. we are generating session using these 4 attributes. But we see there's been multiple user-agents associated with the same session generated with above attributes. Note: we are using user-agent attributes from adobe to derive the device type (SMARTPHONE, DESKTOP, IOS etc)what could be the reason of multiple user-agents associated with the same session id?Thanks.

how to provide visibility access of fragments in ACS to other users, As I am working on 1 fragment but others not able to see that fragments ?

After configuring the pages and Experience Fragment tree, as per the documentation, I noticed that changing language does not start the language change. in the sense that if I am in the English language and I move into the Italian language the footer that is located in Experience Fragment, I always return to the English language. I did several tests I tried on a project of WIKED sensa spa but native and li the localization of the Experience Fragment works perfectly, things that does not happen in a project with SPA

Update: All my previous detective work (which I'll leave below) seems to be a dead end. The issue now seems to be, if I place a carousel in a tab and that tab is NOT active on load... the content doesn't load.  We are using GlideJS and I am currently exploring if because the content of the carousel isn't visible, the JS doesn't fire.  And when you click the tab, the carousel is empty. Still seems to be image related... so yeah.  Dunno if this is still an AEM question.  But feel free to keep reading if you're interested.  I have created an OOTB carousel with 3 slides.  I place it into a two tab component. I am using AEM ArcheType 41 and AEM Core Components v2.21.0. I inherited Image Core Component and found that React Component HTML not match with Core Component HTML. To resolve the issue, I tried to overwrite React Component but got typing error in Typescript - "Unresolved Variable srcset".Although srcset is available on Sling Model, it is missing at React Typescript interface. For now, I added new interface which extends Core Component ImageV2Model.What would be the best practices here? Hi, In scheduled campaigns in some workflows we are using File transfer activity and in some workflows we using the readlist  activity. Some time workflows are getting into error state and we are getting error notifications, Is there a way to get an unique notification for this type of error.(we are getting several notification so that we are missing it) Can anyone help on this. Thanks & regards Gowtham raj 

Hi community members, We have an AEM Sites with AMS licence. Recently we have procured AEM Assets with AMS license for our increased number of assets and size. I wanted to understand what options we have for integrating AEM Sites with AEM Assets so that all our assets are stored in AEM Assets and we consume them in AEM Sites. Few things to consider, we already have lots of assets in AEM sites. So probably migration is also required for AEM Assets. A possible solution I encountered is connected assets. Are there any other integration options?  Our overall idea is to manage all assets in AEM Assets. Is this a good idea? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Apologies for the very generic name, the question is sort of complicated. I currently am running AEM 6.5 but hoping we will upgrade to a full DAM system and/or AEM in the cloud. Is there anything I should be keeping in mind as I write a file structure for assets? I'd like to future-proof my file system by doing anything that might be important for a cloud DAM now on basic 6.5 if it's possible. More work now, but hopefully must less work later. I've read all the documentation for both platforms, I would love to hear any tips based on real-world usage. Thanks in advance!

I need to format a date in an email, but is not working, is this only working for adobe campaign classic and not standard? I tried formating in the query activity but didnt work, so I thought I tried in the email html body but doesnt work either,?
