Hello, We are working with one of our clients to implement analytics tracking on the site they own but they will use the same domain as us (lets take ".adobe.com" for example). Below are the examples of how our main site and the client site will technically look:www.adobe.comwww.client.adobe.comBasically, it will be a sub domain of our site. However, they can only implement tracking events using App Measurement Javascript implementation due to several reasons, while our main site runs on Adobe Web SDK. Our goal is to maintain a single ECID across both our main site (runs on Web SDK) and the client site (App Measurement JS), so user journeys can be analyzed end-to-end in Analytics. Note: Both will share same Org ID and TrackingServer (Edge Domain in this case). What I’ve learned so far:• Web SDK creates and stores its ECID on the Edge Network and saves it client-side in the kndctr__identity cookie.• AppMeasurement / ECID Service stores its ECID client-side in the AMCV_@Ad

Hi, We frequently encounter sync errors from records that have moved to a status further in the status progression in SF, but remain in the previous status in Marketo, triggering a validation error for statuses that should not be allowed to move backwards. For example, a lead was created in Salesforce as Pre-Qualified, updated to MQL in Marketo, then updated to Working (which is a status further in the progression than MQL). When the sync took place, it triggered the validation error: "FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Lead Status should not be moved backward (other than Unqualified or Nurture). Sales Ops can make the change if necessary." How can I prevent this from happening?

Hello!  I'm working on a scenario that will automate our project closure process, we have a Project Summary Details form on all of our projects that needs to the data mapped before we can close the project.  Im currently in the mapping stage of the scenario and keep running into this issue:my first module is a Watch Record module that watches for projects that are marked 100% complete, followed by a read record module to get the information from that project, and then a search Task module to search for a certain task within the results of the watch module and keep getting an error result: Missing value of required parameter 'ID'.  I've tested this two ways, 1 targeting the watch record module and second targeting the read a record module, as they both output an IDand neither of them work when tested. Any assistance is appreciated, thank you!     

Hi Everyone,We need to send both online and offline events from our web and mobile channels to META, Google and TikTok. Currently, we have separate a different integration for each platform. I was watching the Event Forward Tutorial but I still have a few open questions:1) Edge API - My company already uses a Tag Manager, and there's some internal bureaucracy from our global team regarding the implentation of WEB and Mobile SDKs. Can I forward events to third-party destinations using the Edge API instead. 2) Unknown users - Do I need to create a new profile for every unknown user whose information I collect from my website?3) Offline events - Can I also send offline events through the Edge API coming from AEP, to complement my online events?

Hi everyone,I am facing an issue with AEM - Dynamic Media (Scene7) integration in our AEM as a Cloud Service environment.Our Dynamic Media configuration under Tools -> Cloud Services -> Dynamic Media Configuration is set to “Publish assets to Dynamic Media server: Immediate”, meaning assets should be uploaded to DM as soon as they’re added to AEM DAM.However, we’re noticing the following behavior:Problem DescriptionWhen we upload assets manually via the AEM DAM UI, everything works fine.The asset syncs to Dynamic Media immediately.Scene7 renditions and public URLs are generated successfully.When we upload assets programmatically (via custom backend code) - using APIs such as: initiateUpload.json(Upload API)AssetManager.createAsset(...) resourceResolver.commit(); the asset gets stored correctly in AEM DAM,but it does NOT trigger the Dynamic Media upload process.As a result, assets uploaded via the backend do not appear in Scene7,and DM renditions/public URLs are missing.

We have several large request queues that are not published.  We realized that the permissions functionality* varies slightly for the entered by user between non-published and published request queues, and we prefer the way it works on published queues. Is there anything I need to watch out for if I switch our queues to "Publish as Help Request Queue"?  Nothing else in the queue needs to change. Hi all, I have an urgent request and would appreciate a quick response. We need to expire or delete old records from both individual profile and custom class datasets in AEP. The records should be removed from both the Profile Store and the Data Lake, and this process should be automated on a schedule - for example, deleting any records older than 30 days. How can this be done in AEP? My understanding is that the data retention policy only works for experience event datasets. Thanks

I have a ACP mobile sdk implementation using trackState and trackAction calls. Now the devs are sending data using "&&products": ";Category: infinite;Product: 160GB, Talk & Text - Plus;Quantity: 1;Price: 75.0". How do i populate it up in Adobe analytics? I tried mapping it to an eVar using processing rules but when in context data variable i typed : &&products it turned the value into products and it is not working.  Please Suggest me the best solution as it is urgent 

Hi team,We’re seeing an issue where HTML injected via {{{context.messageBody}}} overflows on mobile devices. AJO wraps the content in containers with fixed width and transform: scale(), which breaks responsive designs that work fine with other providers. Attempts to override via CSS or viewport meta tags are ineffective.Can you provide a way to disable this scaling wrapper or send the injected HTML “as-is” so that responsive CSS works correctly? This would allow transactional emails to render properly on mobile apps like Gmail and Outlook.Thanks,Tapan

In the event of an outage in the East region, will Adobe automatically pick up the file from a mirrored S3 bucket in the West region (assuming it's configured)? Just trying to confirm if Adobe has any built-in failover or redundancy mechanisms for S3 file ingestion across regions. Thanks in advance!Indra

We have following persisted query: http://localhost:4502/graphql/execute.json/test-project/get-articles-by-path%3BstartsWith%3D%2Fcontent%2Fdam%2Ftest-project The GraphQL query has the parameter "startsWith" which takes a path like this:  query getArticlesByPath($startsWith: ID!) { articleCfmList(filter: { _path: { _expressions: [ { value: $startsWith _operator: STARTS_WITH }] } }) { items { ...   It works perfectly fine on author and publisher but when sending the same request to the dispatcher it will not send the request correctly to the publisher because the encoded path is not correctly transmitted.We have tried it with directive AllowEncodedSlashes NoDecodebut it didn't help. What is the correct dispatcher setting for these kind of parameters?

Hi everyone,I have a scenario where 10 files are available in an SFTP location, and I’d like to load all of them into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) at once. However, these files don’t all have the same number of fields — some contain additional or fewer fields than others.My questions are:Can all 10 files be ingested into AEP in a single load?How does AEP handle files with different field counts or mismatched schemas?Is there a best practice or recommended approach for handling such variations during ingestion?  Thank You

My campaigns are not updating the status icon when they do run until I click back onto it. It changes to show the clock when it is scheduled, but will not change to the green checkmark to note it was run until I click back on it after it was run.This also means that those campaigns, that are already run but showing the clock still, appear in campaign inspector. Does this happen for anyone else, or is it just me?

If we configure 3 emails in a journey using content experiment (Treatment A,B,C) and the action node is the same but still it delivers 3 separate mails randomly to the intended audience.I want to how will we find the reports about each variants separtely ? Like which variant (A,B,C) had highest Opens, Clicks etc using AJO or CJA ?

 When clicking the 3 dots in the repository I have the option to download the topic as a PDF. Where are the settings for this option and where in the DAM does the generated PDF get saved? 

My company has 500 journals and campaigns in its instance, which send various text messages and emails to potential clients. I need to somehow manage the "Grace Time," meaning I need a feature that blocks the sending of text messages and emails from a given campaign/journal because a client (a single profile) has already received a message from another journal. How do I do this? 

is there an API to query "select * from datasetName" or any other complex query to get the response of SQL result ?
