We have a multi-tenant setup in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) with four tenants. One of our clients, who is an admin in the PROD environment, is currently receiving inbox notifications for all four tenants. However, the client wants to receive notifications only for their specific tenant/project. We have tried updating our client permissions from AEM Admin to our project specific admin group that has resulted in receiving only assigned notifications, that is notifications with his name only.Requirement: Configure inbox notifications to be tenant-specific, so the client receives notifications only for their assigned project/tenant.Expected Outcome: The client should receive notifications only for their respective tenant, reducing noise and improving notification relevance.Please let me know if there is option to create tenant specific inbox notifications groups in AEMasCS.

Hi, I accidentally found a youtube video where this person explains how AEM DAM can be connected to the Bridge using AEM Desktop tool. Seems like the tool is no longer available and has since been replaced by the Adobe Asset Link. I did my reading and found out that the link between Bridge and AEM DAM is no longer available... how disappointing...  Was AEM Desktop Tool the only way AEM DAM linked with Bridge? Is this feature still available using a different title perhaps? I work with 6.5 onprem AEM DAM and think that the process of image and metadata management would be greatly simplified in my case if there was a link mentioned earlier.  Many thanks 🙂

Hi , I  have tried the PDF Rasterizer  steps in my local environment suggested by Adobe. As part of this activity there are some certain steps have been included as per PDF Rasterizer  and updated the existing Update Asset workflow and preventing the thumbnail and web rendition generation for PDF by default . Renditions and thumbnail should be generated by including the customs steps (PDF Rasterizer Handler) as per the article but it is not happening. Has anyone experienced this issue? Please suggest. Thank You.  

Hey All,So... I have an evar dimension with lots of customer classifications in place.  It's a monthly automation/feed setup in data sources that sends about 12 columns/classifications of user/visitor attributes (think like customer account data).  I found out that this automation is missing some important classifications for our customers, so I want to do a manual import of about 5-10 more classifications.  Does anyone know if this can break the automated data sources data that is coming in?  Curious because whenever you create new sub-classifications or sub-dimensions, it updates the template for that evar (with about 5-10 more classifiations).  I wasn't sure if it will mess up the template for that evar for data sources and hope this makes sense!  When I do the classificaiton import manually, I'll leave all the other columns blank (existing/older classifications) so it doesn't touch any of those and overwrite by accident.  That said, I just wasn't

I am trying to create a report in Adobe Analytics for SEO performance and I was wondering if tracking Entry Page dimension with Visits, Bounce Rate and Time Spent per Visit is it more accurate than tracking Page Name dimension with Visits, Bounce Rate and Time Spent per Visit. I am looking only at Organic Search Marketing Channel and only at specific pages (they need to contain specific words) - for these purposes I have created 2 segments. However, is it better/accurate to track Entry Page or Page Name?

First forum post from a longt-ime Eloqua users trying to convert to Marketo!  To simplify life I am looking to build a program that can handle lots of different forms, and conditionally run flow steps.  The first step is an 'always' step, and it's to take the 18 digit SFDC Campaign ID and write it to a person field, along with the status. The Add to Campaign flow step is then configured with the lead tokens for those two fields - and it works like a dream.   Now for the other flows steps. If form includes hidden fields to indicate if an email should be sent, and another to define which email should be sent, then execute that flow step - using the 'data' in the form to identify the email.    The first part is straightforward, set up the form with a Boolean Field called sendEmail checked to true. The second, include a hidden field called emailToSend and pass a value to identify the email. On a program we have zero issue to add a Flow Step call

Hi ,We are working on profile capping in a recurring journey. Profile capping should also work on a recurring journey which means the counter should get reset to zero .But from the adobe documentation i came to know that , When profile cap is defined on a recurring journey, the counter does not reset after each recurrence.The counter applies only to the selected journey version. The counter resets to zero when the journey is duplicated or when a new version is created. After a reset, the entering profiles take the nominal path again until the counter limit is reached.So, is it possible to reset the counter so that in a recurring journey profile limit will work . ThanksUsha

In Condition activity, we have to split EML population Vs not EML population.Here attribute exclusionType is String Array storing multiple values like EML, AMB, EFG etc and customerAttributes is Object.We need to split the audience based on exclusionType=EML and others.We tried with below condition but it seems like the profile whoever having first position(index) stating as EML is only fetching in condition. It means if any profile having exclusionType=EML on 2nd or 3rd or so forth position, is not at all coming.Advanced Expression using as:#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._abc.customerAttributes.exclusionType} == ['EML']Please help here - we need to check EML value at any position in exclusionType attribute.

This is a two part question. I am trying to use nowWithDelta to compare todays date to another date field and the difference between the two dates should be a second field (integer). My two questions are: 1. Is it possible to do arithmetic within nowWithDelta or is there another way to achieve this? nowWithDelta(10-7,"days"). 2. Is it possible to use a field within nowWithDelta or is there another way to achieve this? nowWithDelta(#field, "days") The end goal is to create an expression that does the following. Within Adobe Tags, when setting up the Web SDK extension, we have default options for consent. Three default models (in, out and pending) as well as a configurable object to configure with more in-depth level.My question is regarding the "pending" option, which is stated to queue the calls until user gives consent and then act based on consent given, either by sending calls with opt-in or discarding them with opt-out. The issue I'm facing that regardless of if I use the default "pending" option, or define a custom consent object that uses the pending values, calls triggered before opt-in and should be queued are never sent. Is this expected behavior or am I missing something?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to change the interface language in Workfront from English to Korean, but I can’t seem to find the option anywhere in my account settings.I’ve checked under my profile > Details, and also clicked on the top-right Setup menu, but the only things I see are “Job Roles” and “Review and Approval.” No language or locale settings are available to me.Do I need admin access to change the language? Or is there a specific menu I might be missing?Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Hello,I am automating the pulldown of various Adobe Analytics elements through "https://analytics.adobe.io/api/" API calls. I noticed a few weeks ago that I started to get "Too Many Requests" errors when running the pulldown script.I saw a previous post here: "https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform/api-error-429-too-many-requests/m-p/668236#M4443" that states that the issue may be related to a certain threshold on calls allowed to be made within a certain period of time. I can guarantee that I am not making many calls per minute in this script. The script is making an API call to Adobe Analytics about every 10 seconds.Has there been an update to the amount of calls allowed to the API within a window of time? Is there a way to modify the amount of allowed API calls?
