Hi I'm implementing the following configuration regarding the sitemap and use absolute urls.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/seo/sitemaps.html?lang=en#absolute-sitemap-urls They are showing that you can add it on the /etc/map/https or /etc/map/http depending on your protocol.These sling mappings are also used to rewrite the links on the page. If you configure your domain name in the sling mapping that one is used everywhere (DEV, STG, PRD).In the documentation they only mention that you can target the publish by using the map.publish. If I follow the same approach as on the config with the runmodes I would have the following structure/etc /map /https /map.publish /https /map.publish.dev /https /map.publish.stage /https /map.publish.prod /https But the sling mappings that are configured over here aren't taken in consideration (the one from the map.publish) is everywhere usedI took a lo

Hi,Our team tries to update our tracking code classification and the processing rules as well, but we also want to keep our retroactive data.We have two options: 1.Edit the conversion classification in the existing report suites as well as the rule set (concerned about losing retroactive data). 2.Duplicate both related report suites and tracking code rule set, and make changes to the copies.My question: 1.Which option would you recommend?2.If I go with the second method, is it possible to have the new rule set as a second Tracking Code Dimension in workspace. Greetings! I'm interested in a Project Report, where a project is suppressed if a User's tasks are longer have active in that project. Can I do that with a Project Report? Or, will it need to be a Task Report?  Here's a screenshot of my current filters in the Project Report. TY! Deb

I'm new to my company and trying to figure something out. We have a contract vendor that's created a UTM stamping function for us based on form fills/links/email clicks (on a priority system). This information is desired to have in SFDC, so they created synced fields on the Lead/Contact objects for this.However, the stamping function is slow - so much so that we have had to turn of the Program level SFDC Sync in order to let the UTM stamping function finish updating before the SFDC sync happens, in order to get the information across correctly.The vendor is telling us that all of this - including the smart campaign driven, "manual" SFDC sync - is best practice, and I'd like community input on this, as well as if there are better solutions out there for capturing UTM Tracked Medium/Source values. Thanks for any insight!

Ok So I just spent an hour trying to create monthly copies of our projects to save in a folder.  I know i can adjust filters and export into PDF's and have them but we have insights sections for adding text and I want to be able to preserve old copies for future use.   So I was hitting copy/save as on an existing project and renaming them to the proper month.  From there I was adjusting my filters for each project to be monthly specific on my free form tables/data sources.  Well an hour into this, I realized that ANY time i changed a filter or date range on a free form table for my dashboard that that filter then applied across ALL copies/saved as versions of this project.  I'm ready to pull my hair out over this.  Is this really how this product is supposed to function? Or am I hitting an issue?I need to be able to create copies that are separate from the original that doesnt have the filters linked to the original - IE i make a change to januar

I have found similar article aem-adding-a-touchui-quick-action-to-asset-cardsAs mentioned in article i have overlayed the file "/libs/dam/gui/coral/components/admin/contentrenderer/card/asset/quickActions.jsp" and to check i have added :  <coral-quickactions-item icon=”link” class=”foundation-collection-action” data-foundation-collection-action=’{“action”: “cq.wcm.copy”}’><%= xssAPI.encodeForHTML(i18n.get(“Copy link”)) %></coral-quickactions-item>  to check the functionality but it is not working. Hello! I've recently imported the Workfront Usage Dashboard but am having difficulty locating a clear explanation for the audit types on report UD#7 Activity Over the Last 12 Months. The audit types that are not clear include: Combined Entry, General Edit, and Scope Change. HiWondering if anybody has had the experience (and a solution!) for an individual's Interactive Proof to be missing elements of the website that is in the proof? For example, there are entire blocks of copy missing from his proof, as though they don't exist, the proof just compresses the page and eliminates that box. It is only this one person who can't see the entire web page in the proof, and he is able to view the web page itself properly, and also can view proof perfectly on a different laptop. So it seems like it is something about his particular laptop that is causing an issue with the Interactive Proof Viewer app. We will reach out to IT but this is out of their wheelhouse, and they grimace every time we come to them with a Workfront issue. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Is there a way to see how many visits it takes a user to purchase? We are looking for a way to determine visits per order. We want to count the number of visits per visitor that did order.

Hi, I have a query about data layer implementation, more specifically the Adobe Client Data Layer as recommended for new and / or restructured data layer. In brief... is there any benefit to using the object name adobeDataLayer? We have existing data layers which use a different object name (digitalData) and it would be simpler to keep the object name (i.e. window.digitalData = window.digitalData || []😉  ... but would doing this cause us problems or increase technical debt elsewhere down the line? Thanks!

Hello, If an eVar is set to a particular value, e.g. eVar132="some-value" and then later in the visit, this same evar132 is explicitly set to "some-value", will this be counted as two instances of the eVar, even though their values are the same? I ask because some of my eVars have what seem to me to be wildly inflated instance counts. These variables are set to a single value per visit and not changed.  Thanks. mp

Occasionally, a new version of an image (.SVG) uploaded to AEM Guides (v 4.02) does not show as updated in the browser/thumbnail view (the old version shows). I've heard there is a "Reprocess Asset" option in Guides that could potentially fix this issue; however, I do not see this option. Is this option something that needs to be configured so it's visible in Guides? If so, how to configure?

Hi all, I want to be able to add all active users to a task for a company social event, but it appears you can't assign to a group, just a team. I don't want to use the teams option as they will go out of date for future events, so won't contain all staff.Is there a way of applying all active users to a task without listing them all one by one please?ThanksMatt

Hi All,   I have a complicated workflow, which starts with an external signal. The Workflow has multiple end points and Jumps.   We need to determine, if any activity is running when the External Signal receives a call, if already aby activity within the workflow is already running, then we need to wait, till all the activities and completed and process the record.   Using isRunning, as there are multiple end points, multiple combinations to reset the variable exist, which is throwing of the purpose of that. Is there any other way to determine the running of tasks for this purpose   Regards, DG        

If we have new InDesign files being uploaded to the DAM does the DAM do any relationship association with the linked assets automatically or does that have to be done manually? Example: I work on a file for a brochure. I link to assets in the DAM through the InDesign plugin but there are 2 more images I purchase form Getty as well for the brochure. I package that file and upload the package to the DAM. When I upload it the DAM knows 2 of those assets already exist in the DAM because I linked to them from the file through the integration but does the DAM have the ability to add the 2 new Getty images to the DAM and create the relationship to the files in InDesign so when it is checked out next it is not trying to link from the desktop anymore? Or when I check out the file do I now have to relink them to the assets in the DAM?

Hi ACS CommunityWe currently have a campaign that uses a recurring delivery and is aggregated daily. As a result, the child delivery's label starts with a date.For example - [2023/02/06] Recuring Send with PersonalizationWe also have an export workflow that sends this data to our SAS tables. I selected both Label (deliverylabel) and Label (Label) under heterogenenous resource(parent) and the date appears under both. I'm wondering is there a function that i can use to exclude everything but the label "Recuring Send with Personalization"?Hope I've made sense.Cheers,Mo

Hi,How to prevent the workflow or email delivery from running on a local public holiday?I know this can be easily done in Classic, but is Standard able to do the same?Say if I have a workflow starts with a scheduler that set to run several times weekly excluding weekends, how do i add extra checkpoints to pause the email sending if it's a public holiday?the only way I can think of, is to list down all the public holiday dates, then compare with workflow entry date, then pass to a waiting step if date matches.is there a smarter way to do it, like in Classic?
