We are trying to import Luma sample data into AEP. We have developed an event schema called "Luma Offline Purchase Event Schema (Demo)" which includes the Commerce Details, Luma Identity ExperienceEvent, and AEP Web SDK ExperienceEvent field groups. The Loyalty ID is set as the primary identity in this event schema. Both the schema and dataset have Profile enabled. For this schema, we have created a dataset named "Luma Offline Purchase Data" and successfully ingested the data. However, we encountered an issue where the array of objects, specifically the fields SKU and quantity within the "productListItems[]" array, are not being mapped properly. Marketoを使い始めたばかりのため、初歩的な質問かもしれませんがよろしくお願いします。   オリジナルのテンプレートを作りましたが、テンプレート内の画像が一部のメーラーで表示されません。また、同じメールであってもアプリケーションから開いた場合は表示されず、ブラウザで見ると表示される場合もあります（Outlookです）。Marketoに最初から用意されているテンプレートの場合は表示されているため、おそらくテンプレートに問題があるのかと思いますが、こういった場合どういう原因が考えられるでしょうか。なお、画像以外のテキストなどには問題がありません。 ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ I'm new to Marketo, so I'm sorry if this is a basic question.   I made an original template, but the images in the template are not displayed in some mailers. Also, even if it is the same email, it may not be displayed when opened from an application, but displayed when viewed in a browser (Outlook). Since it is displayed in the case of the template provided from Marketo, I think there is probably a problem with the template, but what can be the cause in this case? In addition, there is no problem with texts other than images.

I am trying to make a few page properties field read-only for a select group of users under a group.I can show/hide those fields based on the Granite Render Condition, but my requirement is to show the fields in a disabled way. I can do it via a JS and then fire a servlet to determine the group and disable these fields. But I am trying to understand if there is a clean way to do it, similar to Granite Render Condition.@arunpatidar 

We are trying to see if we can pull SMS/other channel delivery content also from AEM by building a custom code(js and jssp) to show the result of SMS templates from a particular folder in AEM(which is not the same as Email) and then read and insert the same into a delivery(again by code). I tried halfway by creating methods and functions where we could call the custom path of AEM and try to list that content while we synchronize the delivery, however facing issues to pull the content. Anyone has tried similar case?

Hi All, We are using Adobe campaign classic V8 and want to send sms. But when we try to send sms by querying on recipient schema we get the below error I am already using routing as sms  Also ,the targeting dimension always comes as email not mobile phone. I have already entered both email and Phone no from 'Profiles & Target'. Please help me in getting rid of the error. [an observation: The mobile no always get saved in '1234 234 123' format with gaps automatically. Could this be the issue.]

Hello I see a discrepancy in the welcome email quantity. We are sending a high volume of new welcome emails when our 3-month new emails are very low.The welcome email is sent as a transactional email via ACC; after analyzing the quantity sent out from ACC, It appears that we are sending more than the expected amount, with should not be the case. I.e., we sound out ten welcome emails, and it shows we sent out 30. I appreciate the insight. Thank you

Hello, Could any one provide inputs how to customize code rule editor in AEM 6.5 adaptive form. Requirement:- 1>We have form config values mentioned in the FORM using code rule editor2>We don't want authors to change the data entered  , if they try to change any value mentioned in the form rules ,then it must show an error message to authors . Any code samples on this will be helpful. Thanks,Srinivas

Hi WF Fusion Community,I have a data store set up, with a field called "PrvAssetStartDate", which is a date Type (in my data structure).The data being stored in this field comes in with the following format (from the source in Salesforce) YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2023-05-01) I want it to stay in this format, but after it gets inserted to the data store, it is transformed into this: May 1, 2023 12:00 AM I tried using the formatdate and parsedate functions in the field mapping within the data store module, but they net the same result when the record data is stored in the data store (May 1, 2023 12:00 AM).Is it not possible to apply a date format within a data store field, where the data store field Type is Date? Thanks!  

Hi, I'm wondering what the best practices are when dealing with translation of internal links (content paths) in page content.E.g. translation from NL to FR > /content/www-site-be/NL/page > /content/www-site-be/FR/page  We noticed that the language copy (create structure only) workflow updates the content paths in components but only if they refer to subpages.So for the example above if on the nl/page there is a link to NL/page/subpage, the path is updated to FR/page/subpage after the language copy, but a link NL/other-page/subpage remains the same > then the language parameter is not updated from NL to FR. Is this expected behaviour of the language copy workflow? We want to avoid that authors have to manually update internal links after the translation proces.We have a human translation set up using a bootstrap connector. So wondering how and where we best set up this logic and how others go about this. Thanks in advance for your input!

Hello,I am using Datalayer to pull up my different site section pages of the website for reporting. However, not sure why my home page and search page are coming up for all the segments even though the home page and search page are not tagged with that data object. For example, I have a product category called "Revolve" which has 1000 pages and I am using a data layer to pull all those pages via launch DOM-ready configurations in a manner that every time "Revolve" page category pages are loaded then launch will look into my data layer if the data object called product category = "Revolve" exists then it will pass that product category info to my merchandising eVar(which I am using as segment to all pages that belongs to page category "Revolve")  However, I am facing an issue that my home page and my search pages are coming for this segment even though they are not tagged with data object {product category = "Revolve"} Any thoughts on this kind of issue? Thanks,JS

Hello,Recently, our team noticed that our Data Collection Tags libraries are not being built to our Stage Publish site when building the library to the Staging environment. The library, however, is being built to our Stage Author site. Previously, the library would be successfully built to both sites. This issue is slowing down UAT of new Tags Rules.I am able to verify this by observing the Launch files post-build from the Sources section of my browser's dev tools.We are using an Akamai Host. Upon talking with relevant team members, nothing has changed recently with our Property, Host, or Staging Environment.Looking at our host and environments, it seems there are not many configuration options for an Akamai host connection. Is there a way we can restore the connection to Stage Publish for the Tags Staging environment? Any guidance is greatly appreciated!Thank you,Corrinne

Hi, I'm interested in using a tag management solution for Adobe Analytics, and Target looks like a good option, at least for web. However, I'm working with mobile native apps.I can't find any detailed documentation on how to dynamically manage tags for native apps. What I'm looking for specifically is how the data in the app (perhaps in the form of a data layer) is exposed from the app code to Target. For example, I want to remotely configure track actions to fire on the pages I'm interested in, with added context data surfaced by the app. If it's a web page this seems to be possible by accessing data objects contained on the page, and then the Target UI allows nice configuration of rules, events, etc. The documentation I've found so far (Add Adobe Analytics) implies that even if I implement the Experience Cloud SDK, Target and Analytics, the track states and actions still need to be hard coded in the app code. We are seeing counts that are drastically different as one system is using eVar for page name tracking and another system is using prop for page name tracking. Regarding page name tracking, which is preferred, eVar or prop? Why? 

I am currently trying to add the options within my sites Page properties -> Advanced Tab where it allows the user to define robots tags as well as the checkbox for generating a sitemap. Right now my templates do not have these options anywhere and I want to add these to my template dialog so I can utilize them. Where does this code live in Adobe docs or github repos so I can reference it to place it in my templates?
