Hello Team,We are using AEM 6.5 Server (Not on Cloud). For AEM Author Server Users Authentication, we use SAML. On AEM Author Server, we got a requirement to connect to external application API. We will host our API and External Server (not AEM Server and not in same Domain) will provide the JSON content. We will consume the JSON content from the API and put in our JCR repository and dynamically replicate/publish the content.Could you please provide the approach and steps for Authentication of API? Do we need Authorization (using SAML SSO) to external Server as well and use JWT token on the top of it for Authentication? Could you please provide example code (if possible JAVA) as well? Thanks.

Hi there - when I break down both Display Click Through and Display View Through marketing channels, with the Marketing Channel Detail dimension, I am seeing the following patterns on observation of data for the past 6-months. For reference, the value of "Referring Domain" has been used for both Click and View throughs. Display Click Throughs:Approx. 84% of all occurrences are labelled "None" - any ideas why?I am expecting to see the domain of the website where the ad was clicked - instead I am seeing a lot of what appear to be ad network domains, which doesn't appear particularly useful. Hi     I have a requirement where I want to render a component/page programatically. Something similar like https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/accessing-final-rendered-html-of-component-through-service/m-p/165883    If I give the path , I should be able get the final HTML for that page or component node. I remember doing this with HTMLPreProcessor or something similar long back in CQ5.4 . But I am not sure how to acheive it now. Anyone have a sample code !?   ThanksVeena

We have Salesforce synced with Marketo Engage. In Salesforce, the leads that come from Marketo are going into the system as blank. This is only happening on to the Marketo leads, so I assume there is something I need to fix on the Marketo admin side. Any advice as to how I can have proper lead attribution between the two systems?

Hello Dear Community, I have a click-based success event that triggers when somebody clicks on the cookie acceptance button on my website. Same time, We do have DOM-ready eVars that capture various digital data for us to understand the customer journey with every page load. One of the eVar is using our 3rd party extension to identify the most engaged website visitors. Keeping these scenarios in mind, I want to confirm if it is the right practice if I try to pull a click-based success event against DOM-ready eVar for understanding who are those people who clicked on my cookie acceptance button. Or should I map separate new eVars in the same click event rule to capture my most engaged web visitors?  I do understand that 2nd option is more correct but then why my DOM-ready eVar is also showing me results of engaged visitors against the click event when I am pulling it in the freedom table

We have a require to do some operations on the copied component. So for that we have written a listener(aftercopy event).Using aftercopy property after copying and pasting the component we are able to capture only the source component path only and not the copied component path. Hello All, I am working on a project that has multiple websites(AEM Cloud). I am implementing URL shortening and have created a LinkTransformImpl file for this purpose. In my implementation, I am iterating over the attributes of an href tag and checking for the presence of a linkTransform attribute. For one of the websites in my project (industrial-transformation), when I print the value of attributes.getValue(i) on our dev server, it prints /language-masters/en/home.html, but on my local environment, it prints the correct path starting from /content/industrial-transformation/language-master/. Hi,I have an AEM component in which I'm trying to add two nested multifields. The component has two variations that are chosen with a drop down menu under "Choose Variation" (Image-Text Listing and Document Listing). Each variation contains a nested multifield. The Image-Text Listing renders correctly in the authoring UI: https://ibb.co/DYBySjf However, when you select the Document Listing variation from the drop down menu, it renders incorrectly in the authoring UI like this: https://ibb.co/qkMWJM1  (Sorry these imgbb links look like spam; I'm not sure how to upload an image to this forum.)The "Document Listing Fields" is a multifield (sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/foundation/form/multifield") that's rendering not in the correct place. But the "Image Text Listing Fields" multifield in the first image is rendering properly. Both have the exact same xml structure; the only difference is that the Document Listing multifield comes after the Image-

Hi ,I have some data preparation that needs to be done while ingesting activity data from a source via streaming API's. Specifically, I am looking to set the eventType as "online.seller.event" if the person associated with the event is an online seller, and as "online.buyer.event" if the person associated with the event is an online buyer. However, information on whether the person is an online buyer or seller is only available in the profile dataset and is not present in the event table in the source system. I was wondering if there is a way to perform this calculation on-the-fly using the data-prep functions in AEP. Perhaps by querying the profile dataset associated with the ECID and setting the eventType to "online.buyer.event" if the person is an online buyer.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you may have on this matter. My users have noticed a different filter applied to various portfolios and programs they interact with. The filter is the new version with all of the advanced options. We really just need a universal view for everyone to be set at "filter all projects they have access to". When they click on a program and only see projects they own by default or projects that are active by default, it's confusing. Do I change the filter view somewhere in the layout templates?

Geez - this is hard to describe but I'll do my best, hopefully someone will catch my drift here.I am the Creative Director and I send multi-project fulfillment/distributions to our print vendor. We have individual projects for pieces like a brochure, a flyer, and a card, that are each on their own project. Let's say the flyer and brochure have been approved and the task to load final print files has been completed on those 2 projects, but the card isn't approved yet. Right now, I just wait and keep checking back to see when the card is approved and print ready (which I have a queue for that). But just "remembering" that there are 3 projects needed to "come together" is hard to do. We enter a separate project for the fulfilment details and tasks, so basically, I have the fulfillment project assigned to me, awaiting the 3 print projects needed to print and fulfill. We need to analyse a sequence of events that a user engages in. Use case: number of users who see a banner as the immediate next hit after landing on a page. Page view should be hit x and banner impression should be hit x+1. How can I get this information out on Data warehouse? For us time stamp is not working as multple banners can be shown in the same time stamp, we want to know the exact hit number. Thanks in advance for any advise. Also, why do we not maintain hit depth as a Dimension in Adobe. Any reasons?  Edit: After trying an iteration with Data feed, realized that the tsv file generated for even a day is huge (close to 3.5 GB), plus the data too is very complicated to process. Much easier with Data warehouse. Hoever, sequential analysis wont be possible on DWH. That will probably be limited to workspace. Personally I do not see any cross platform analysis where hit id will be required. Will use timestamp instead(even though in seconds)

Hi, We are ingesting a Batch data from Snowflake source into CDP, with a frequency of every 3 hours. Is there a possibility to Evaluate a Batch segment (profiles are created using this snowflake data)  more than once a day? I can see that we specify a time for daily Batch Segment evaluation to happen, and then the next evaluation happens the next day same time. Is there a possibility to set evaluation time say every 3 hours or xyz hours? Please suggest.  Thanks.
