We're trying to build an engagement program and we have 3 variables. We want to cater to the audiences based on persona as well as industry, as well as have it based on Awareness, Consideration, Evaluation. What's the best way to achieve this?  We have segmentations setup for personas and the industry, but trying to understand if we should be splitting the setup into 3 separate engagement programs and how to best organize it. We have single AEM Cloud Program and we have a requirement to have 2 projects (multi-brand) with site-a and site-b. Both the sites would have some common components, services and few distinct as well. Since AEM Cloud deployment is a docker image based, what is the recommended approach where different teams can work with different release cycles? Adobe suggests Git Submodule https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/managing-code/cloud-manager-repositories.html?lang=en#git-submodule-support but is there any disadvantage of using this approach? Any suggestion? Thank you!

How can I only allow administrators access to the Source Edit button in the RTE? (AEM 6.5) Is there a permission I can use?I am trying to avoid turning it on and off from the template.

We discovered that there is no way to hide a field unless it is not in use.  We have hundreds of campaigns that use certain segmentation fields that we need to get rid of.  Is there anything out there that can automate the process, or do we need to clean these out manually one by one so that the field can no longer be used?  Any help would be appreciated.

We have an agency managing our Google Adword account. We don't have admin access to the account - I assume because it'd give us access to other client accounts etc. What are our options for getting Marketo lists into the Adwords account? All I can think of is: Have agency add me as admin to the Adword account. Don't see this happening. Create a new Adwords account that we administer, and add agency as an admin. Assume agency will have some issues with this approach as well. ??

Hello Experts !I have a question regarding feasibility of a requirement. Requirement is to provide option to user to set a metadata at the time of asset upload (AEM 6.0 Coral UI)Like below, user can select if an image is HD or not and a custom attribute can be set with asset.[img]Image.png[/img]My Questions :I know file upload happens after clicking on upload button here and if a file is quite big then it might take some time to upload. Once file is uploaded : "DAM Update Asset" workflow gets called to generate thumbnail, renditions and xmp metadata extraction. How can i save this temp metadata till the time asset get uploaded and then set as attribute (is there any negative impact like several users uploading assets at the same time)Also, i would really appreciate if somebody can provide me direction on customization this feature : What should be best way to do it, how should i start this customization (file to be customized)If its not recommended to customize out of box file up-loade

Hi team,Recently I did the batch data ingestion with enabling the incremental load. Once the incremental load work as on daily basis for each batch ID against the records get ingested into the dataset but all records only reflect under the New Profile Fragments as new records and Zero records reflect in Existing Profile Fragments as existing record or modified existing record. (Specific to XDM-ExperienceEvent Class Dataset)As per source daily new updated records count is low but in AEP getting the different count what could be the reason.All mapping is correct.Below snaps for your reference. Regards,Sandip Surse 

Taking a look at the adobe documentation, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/assets/managing/preparing-assets-for-translation.html?lang=en, it does not mention anything about experience fragments Just making it up, I assume that the DAM assets structure should be similar to experience fragments, and should be structured in a particular way to enable translations for the translations framework. I have a multitant AEM environment where I have /content/experience-fragments/my-site and /content/experience-fragments/my-site-2 if I structure my hierarchy like/content/experience-fragments/my-site/en/content/experience-fragments/my-site/fr/content/experience-fragments/my-site/de /content/experience-fragments/my-site-2/en/content/experience-fragments/my-site-2/fr/content/experience-fragments/my-site-2/de will the translations framework still work as expected?

hi, we have links on our website that don't have a href. For example the download button on https://www.barco.com/eu-en/support/software/r33050093 We're trying to capture clicks on that button/link in Marketo, but this doesn't show up in the Activity Log as  'Clicked Link on Webpage'.Any idea how to track these?   Thank you

I want to be able to add a custom form that has required fields to a task for another user to go in and complete.  When I add the custom form and click save, I get an error saying the required questions in the form were not completed.  I do not want to include the task with the custom form in a project template. Any ideas?

Hi All, I my project i want to replace "HelveticaNeueLTPro-Medium.ttf" and "HelveticaNeueLTPro-MediumItalic.ttf" with "Open Sans Medium" and "Open Sans MediumItalic" all extension like ( .eot,.otf,.svg,.ttf,.woff,.woff2). I have check on google for this but i didn't find, Please any one know from where i can found this font load.I want to replace at " /clientlibs/clientlib-base/resources/fonts" these all HelveticaNeueLTPro to Open Sans with all extension type.  Please let me it is possible to do same for "Open Sans" font or not. Thanks.

I am currently facing an issue with an email template design for all mac recipients who are receiving emails in their outlook app.   Issue Statement: The email template has modules with 2 columns. One for image and the other for copy(text). For all PC users and mac users (outlook browser – mail.outlook.com), the email design looks good.   Whereas for mac users with outlook app, here are the 2 issues we are seeing:   The images are showing on the left instead of right (which is how it should display)   The text copy are all left aligned (text wrapped below the image) and are showing at below the image for each module.   Here is a screenshot:       These 2 issues are being displayed only for modules which have image. Hi All, I have a sluggish instance. The initial checks basically showed that campaigns were processing through backlogs normally. Being an online platform, different queues have different priority levels and all of those seemed to be moving normally. There are no unnecessary trigger campaigns, no complex smart lists, or anything like which can be responsible for the slow performance.  We are in discussion with the support team on this and they are looking into this issue. In the meantime, I am hoping to get some ideas/thoughts/solutions from community experts to resolve this issue.   TIA

Hello all, I've been running into an issue with getting the 'else' portion of a block of code to fire in one of my activities and wanted to see if anyone had any insight or could point me in the right direction. I have experience as a front-end dev so am somewhat familiar with JS, but admittedly have not kept up with it as I've moved into a full-time A/B testing role, so I'm definitely rusty.Basically we're trying to get our content to change in Target based on a variable value. The custom code in Target does fire, however it fires even if the variable value is incorrect. Hello, good afternoon. I am having some problems to be able to modify the header depending on whether a user is logged in or not. I have 2 experiences fragments, one for anonymous user (Header) and another experience fragment for logged in users. The thing is that I don't know what is the best way to make it work, I have tried to make requests to the /system/sling/info.sessionInfo.json file and change the header depending on the response, but in the Cloud environment it doesn't exists or the path is different. Besides, I don't think that way of doing it is very safe. Can someone guide me a little on this topic?Thank you so much.

As a system admin, I have been receiving queries from project managers regarding projects that have multiple Go Live milestone dates. For instance, in an integration deployment project, there may be different Go Live dates based on the region. For example: Go Live in UK in Jan, Go Live in US in Feb, Go Live in JPN in Mar etc.However, a project milestone path typically has only one milestone (example only 1 Go Live), which is confusing when PMs want to mark multiple Go Lives.I am curious to know how you handle such situations in your organization. Do you create additional milestones (example: Go Live 1, Go Live 2 etc), or do you have a workaround? Because the number is not fixed, it's really hard to say. Any insights or best practices that you have implemented would be greatly appreciated.Milestones in our instance:

Hi All,   Here is the scenario: In Drift, we have 83,690 contacts, but 76,452 are identified as having a Marketo cookie, and their email being known. Changing filters to known name reduces this pool to 22,481 contacts. This, however, is the number of known contacts we have in Drift. We’re looking to identify the unknown site visitors in Drift using Marketo cookies. Drift populates the names or email addresses of cookied visitors, and if they are not known they will just be shown as “Site Visitor” instead. Since the number of known contacts in Drift is less than a fourth of our total known contacts in Marketo (over 400k), we’re speculating that there are a great number of site visitors who should be getting identified by their Marketo cookie through the Drift <-> Marketo integration but are not.   Is this a Marketo issue or Drift issue? How drift is supposed to work? How Drift gets data from Marketo?   TIA
