Hi,I can see the launch page load rule is firing twice in the debugger on one page load. I have put two Event: Window loaded and Data Element Change. If both the events are met, then the server call is firing twice. Please suggest if i should remove one of the event from the rule or there is another workaround. Hi!I'm trying to send a weekly automated report via Scheduled project to external user, but for some reason the user does not receive the report. Scheduled project works fine for internal users, also for my personal gmail account. What could be possible reasons for this? Could you help me with this? br, Lauri 

Hello everyone, we are facing an issue where we see 2 different behaviors as we are streaming millions of payloads to our downstream Kinesis instance:Case 1: Every time an attribute and/or segment status change it triggers multiple payloads for each instance.For E.g. qualifying for 2 different segments triggers 2 different payloads; any change to 3 attributes triggers 3 different payloads.Case 2: There is an update in 2 different segments but AEP only streams 1 single payload with both the updates.Is this an expected behavior? If yes, what drives these differences in the JSON payloads while streaming?

Hello-I'm using the Querybuilder API to retrieve my AEM sites pages filtering with the path query parameter. I'm wondering if the Querybuilder API is also available for the cloud version, AEMaaCS. I am aware of the headless ability but I'm not able to follow the documentation on a simple endpoint like Querybuilder to get this same data for AEMaaCS.

We would like to use the Workload Balancer for resourcing but it seems challenging to do so without first setting up a project. Is there a way you are currently using the WB from that perspective? There's  many variables to a project, including review points and project type.  There has to be an easier way.

We have on-premise AEM 6.5 running on JBoss EAP which currently uses NAS for storing files. For a newer AEM installation being planned, the customer wants to use Dell EMC 's S3 storage service. Can AEM use the Amazon S3 connector to save data in this storage service?

Hi Marketo Nation!    I have use case where my business has multiple MIDs tied to a single contact record- this affects the trigger automated campaigns that we've created. If there's a contact record with multiple active opportunities at once, Marketo will pull the latest opportunity info tied to that contact record. Is there a way to use velocity scripting that can help Marketo select the correct opportunity for a specific trigger campaign?     Thank you!!

Hello. I have created segmentation for an email (dynamic content) and have discovered that the images in the snippet I've created for the footer are cutoff when the email is delivered to an Outlook email address. I've seen suggestions that include adjusting the HTML code, but am unable to do so because of dynamic content.Does anyone have suggestions on how to work around this? How to adjust the html code when your email uses dynamic content.   Thank you in advance.

We have a multi-tenant website, and in particular, we are working on 1 project specifically. This project was created using the AEM Maven Archetype. This project was pretty much worked on for an entire year. Now we are focusing on searchability. We have a couple of Apache Lucene indexing rules, but where should we store the configuration to be installed into the AEM environment per code deployment?ui.appsui.core ui.contentui.config?We think it should be ui.config, but what should the node structure look like?

Hi All, I have a requirement to choose a DAM Folder path which can contain n number of assets and each asset may or may not be tagged in its asset properties. I have to fetch the superset of tags of all assets under the folder using query manager API. Can anybody help with this ?

My AEM 65 is connected to Magento using CIF addon and when i use CIF core components on aem pages "add to cart" which is part of "product" cif core component and "mini cart" components are not working at all.I also see all the data like SKU, Variants, Quantity are picked up properly in JS.I don't see any errors in browser console or aem error logs.Any help to check the issue.

We are trying to create composite multifield's as data types within content fragments to address some of our business requirements. The challenge here is we need to enable RTE plugin-in's for some of the text within multifield and not able to do with OOTB or custom implementation. Here is what we tried, 1. Tried using resource type granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/textarea from the dialog which is referred from custom implementation but RTE plugin's to style the content is not available here.2. If we try using resource type dam/cfm/admin/components/authoring/contenteditor/multieditor within our custom multifield it doesn't work since it's out of cfm3. Tried using resource type cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/richtext from the dialog which is referred from custom implementation, RTE plugin's works here  to style the content but the content is not getting stored or retrieved and throwing below console error. impl.js:1148 Uncaught Type

I don't know if I even have the correct 'community' to ask this question.  I am new to marketing, a late bloomer, but enjoy the design aspect and learning.  I am working with a friend who sells ads for a mailer postcard.  He has asked if I could help put it together for his new printer.  Some of the files come to me as a pdf, some as a jpeg, some as word.  I have been using Publisher for my main template, and then Acrobat to convert the files to a jpeg to insert and turning back to a pdf for the printer.  I subscribed to Acrobat thinking maybe I should be creating it there instead of Publisher.  I am going through online classes to learn Acrobat, and am beginning to think maybe that isn't the appropriate app to use.  I have already done 3 postcards, and his printer says they weren't done correctly, first saying I needed to flatten it, then convert RGB to CMYK (I figured out both of those). Someone else mentioned raster vs vector, which I know not

Hi All, We have some smart lists which utilizes "Residency Graduation Year" as a filter. In this filter we manually input the year as per the data requirements. For say, we want a list of records who have completed the Residency Graduation last year (2022). Here is the snapshot of smart list for reference: Likewise, we need to categorize for the records who have completed it in the previous years or who will be completing in the upcoming years. For this I have created smart list for every graduation record year date (Example for 1 year ago, for 2 years ago, 1 years from now, 2 years from now and so on...).   Question - I know that we cannot apply a formula in a smart list but can we create an automation leveraging Marketo which helps in updating all these smart lists automatically whenever the Calendar year changes ?        

we have multiple env. created , for example NGT. but by default we have only 3. How i can create report using this additional NGT data. how i can show data from only this environment.  

Good day!!   Just a quick question, ive posted a couple weeks ago issues with my clients running Adobe and Foxit and that it was causing some issues.   I was thinking, would if be possible to add javascript code to the PDF as it opens and tell the PDF to force/open using "Acrobat Reader DC"??  and if they don't have it, i can break the script or just have it open with their default PDF viewer, but i could then write a little message letting them know that performance might be affected.   I don't know if that's doable, but it could help by pass the issue of having multiple PDF software's installed on a machine and forcing them to just use the right one... Hi again,   One more big issue that as come up as late, i get the following error message on a form i created and once they press ok, the form bugs out.   "This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available... contact the author...."   My process is, i create forms in LiveCycle designer, pass then thru the server to get signatures and extended added to them and post them live for my clients.   We have a growing number of folks that use Foxit Pro, and i know it doesn't play nice with Adobe. Is this problem related solely to that, or.... something else and is it fixable at all?    Any ideas at all here??   Thx so much again,   Patrick      

Is there any workaround now available to get Monthly Unique Visitors by day now in new workspace. I have tried various methods such as dividing unique visitors into total unique visitors etc. which gives a close enough breakdown to get it to match the monthly figure but it will not work for our upload to our MI.With the old report we could upload daily information into our MI tool as far back as 2021 but my workarounds work on a total level not monthly. Hoping there's something we can do to get around this.
