How do you input data to a time sheet? 

Hello, this is my first question here, but have been using the forum for almost two years now!Some experienced developers with React and AEM can tell me what are the pros and cons when considering implementing a SPA?I mean we lose something in SEO?is AMP mandatory when talking about Google News and some other Google features?What do you have experienced with SSR, is mandatory when talking about these points?I appreciate any help and clarification about this and some other points!thanks in advance!best regards,Ribeiro

Hi WF Community,Is it possible for a user to filter a task report to omit tasks where they marked their part as Done on the task? This is different than changing the Status field to complete. There's a Done button on tasks, and when multiple assignees belong to a task, each of them can use the Done button to mark their part done. This doesn't change the Status field value.Thanks.Nick

I imported a list of people who registered for an event, only that when I was mapping the fields (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, etc...) I forgot to import the "notes" field referring to people.   Is it possible to import this list again and add this field to the program or am I duplicating people?   Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to add the Unsub web app to the Survey web app. I have tried the below steps:1. create an option with the internal name of the unsub web app 2. defined the var to fetch it in Webapp using the following code. var intName = getOption('optionInternalName');ctx. vars.webappInternalName = intName; 3. then, I used this code to obtain the unsub page in my survey web app <a href="<%= ctx.vars.intName %>" data-nl-type="entranalLink"> So, the Survey Webapp is working but the unsub link is not working. Hi there, I'm using the AEM Assets module in an Workfront Fusion scenario and I am trying to connect to an AEM Cloud instance. I am following this guide: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/generating-access-tokens-for-server-side-apis.html#the-server-to-server-flow After I click on the 'Create new technical account' button, the page opens up, then I can see a spinning wheel and then I am getting this error: (HTTP 504) An error occurred attempting to load the provided log.Please check the URL and ensure it is reachable. Can you please let me know what could cause this?Thank you,Ana

Hi,We are trying to implement the ACS Commons Image Transformer in a few components.Our URL looks something like:/content/dam/project/Banner.jpg.transform/hero-banner-tall/image.png In our author environment, we are able to see the image with the correct Content-Type: image/png. However, on our dispatchers, we see the images with Content-Type: text/html and get a 404.Any ideas will be appreciated. RegardsRuchi

Hello Workfront Community:I'm working on completing my first kickstart form to upload new users. There are 2 columns (which are optional) that I would like to complete and want to make sure I'm entering the data correctly. The form references "SetTimeZone". How should the time zone be formatted? Also, "SetScheduleID", should I be entering the schedule name as it appears in Workfront? Thanks in advance

Is there a way to embed a Work on It button in a task report?

Hi,   I just tried one of my emails to check the spam score and it's showing a -3 negative score.    It identified a Javascript tag which could be dangerous, but I'm not sure why is there and if it can be removed. <script type="text/javascript"> Mkto.validateField = function(fld) { return true; } </script> It looks like a validation for a form, but this is an email. Do you guys know what is it and if it can be removed?   I want to avoid being filtered into the junk/spam folder.

Hi Team, Would like to understand best practices about Online Backup using JMX. curl -u admin:admin -X POST http://localhost:4502/system/console/jmx/com.adobe.granite:type=Repository/op/startBackup/java.lang.String?target=/mnt/crx-online-backup/01052023/backup.zip Using above command, I am taking backup at this location:/mnt/crx-online-backup/01052023/backup.zip Since it it prod/Stage env, repo size as of now is 15 GB which will keep growing over period of time. 1) Should we take backup weekly in different folders based on date and time naming convention. It means every week, Repo will grow just double in size. How we can manage this? Manually deleting older back ups? 2) OR shall we take back up at a fixed location so every new backup overwrites old one.  Is it safe? e.g. while taking new backup and progress is 60%, at that time instance got corrupted due to any reason so what happens? My old safe backup will remain as it is till progress is 100%

We have recently restructured some of our teams in our company. Currently, we have only ever had 1 business in Workfront. As part of the restructure, some teams have been combined over 2 separate businesses and Workfront will now be a shared service for both businesses. The problem we are running into is that a few teams have 1 manager that oversees both business teams. For example, a Copywriter manager is now overseeing Business A and Business B.   I have looked at the Companies feature but am not sure it will work for my use case given the rules around managers.   Has anyone used Groups to help differentiate the teams and what they are able to see in the system but have them all in 1 overarching group versus having companies? Also, if there are any pros/cons that can be shared that would be awesome.   Thank you in advance for any advice!

Hello -- We are attempting to configure AEM Assets for our internal light users in AEMaaCS. These users will have surfing/read-only access to all assets in the DAM. Is there a way to limit the options these users have available to select from on screen? We don't want them to go into any other areas of AEM, such as AEM Guides (on the home screen) or any other folder but Files or Collections on the Assets home screen. We also do not want them to be able to see all the options on the Assets menu bar. We only want them to be able to see the options highlighted in the red box for each of the screens. I have configured a user group for these users and set up ACEs. Any help is appreciated. AEM home screen:Assets home screen:Assets menu bar:
