I am trying to use an Audience Manager segment for retargeting purposes within Facebook. To achieve this I followed the steps outlined here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/integrating-third-party/facebook-wca-integration.html   I believe everything is set up correctly (am I missing something here?). A custom audience has been set up in Facebook using this audience, and it has been assigned to a live Facebook Ad Campaign - yet the Facebook ad platform is saying that no impressions have been served up.   Have I got something wrong with my set up below?   DIL  ECID version 5.2   Destination has been set up as follows Base and Secure URL's are both:https://www.facebook.com/tr/?id=MY_PIXEL_ID&ev=Adobe-Audience-Manager-Segment&cd[segID]=%ALIAS%&noscript=1 In reality, MY_PIXEL_ID is the fb pixel id... Hi, I am a bit confused with the conception of New Visitors in Adobe that says "exclude visitors with more than one visit". In this case I have Number of Visits and number of Unique Visitors equal. What if I want to know: in a period chosen (2 month) how many visitors came to my site for the first time and what happened to them, did they return during these two month (more than two visits), how many times... When I apply "New Visitors" segment I have only those that came for the first time and don't return anymore during 2 months period. Please if you have any idea I would appreciate it very much.Thanks,Ani

I have multiple queries in JCR-SQL2 and are currently separated in multiple ACS commons reports. This is not very user friendly as we need to go through different reports to look for the data. I was wondering if there's any way to merge these reports into one?

I have a dita topic which has a paragraph element having below attributes <p id="p1" otherprops="otherprops-value" platform=" platform-value" product="product-value">Topic2 first paragraph</p> When I generate aem site for the dita topic. I can see platform and product attribute getting added on the html element as data-platform=" platform-value" data-product="product-value" but otherprops attribute doesn't gets added. <div class="p wrapper"><div data-platform=" platform-value" data-product="product-value" id="GUID-4d2c4a5e-69bf-4217-9a6f-64b6581c0ed3_t2p1" class="p"><div style="display: inline;">Topic2 first paragraph</div></div></div>   How can I enable otherprops also to be added as an attribute to element of the generated html? @divrajsingh

Hello,when I look at the campaign standard it looks to me as if the back bone is the same as campaign classic. Is there a way you can run both on the same instance?Like add capabilities like add custom activities and technical workflows or custom segments in campaign classic and then using standard version to build campaigns etc. Marcel

Hi all,Adobe documentaion is stating that use Adobe IO runtime+ Graph QL to configure third party API endpoints and filterout response data and expose GRAPH QL API's to AEM components to call vai React/Angular( Ajax), But there is no option to download Adobe IO runtime for local AEM 6.5 instance to test sample third party REST API's by configuring API's endpoints in GraphQL.Can someone help if any one have done this external API testing in local AEM instance 6.5 using Adobe IO runtime + Graph QL? Hi everyone. We have a lead scoring model set up which, in general, is working really well. However, we saw an issue arise the other day. For context, we -50 points for leads whose company doesn't meet a certain revenue threshold or if that threshold is null.   Our new lead got created and then our lead scoring model kicked in before our lead enrichment tool could populate the revenue figures. Our lead obviously then got negative scored and then abandoned and a hot lead wasn't routed correctly.   My question is, wouldn't it make more sense to have a lead scoring program fire on a campaign request trigger as opposed to a person created trigger? This would let our data enrichment tool go about it's business and once it's finished, THEN send the lead over for lead scoring?   Any input would be greatly appreciated

We are have missing salesforce account information for several accounts. I have been tasked with creating an email with a form to send to contacts who we need information from. 1.) The information on the form needs to be synced to the account in salesforce. Is this possible? Other research says that accounts are the one type that only flow into Marketo (though this can be bypassed through support) 2.) Would you recommend that bypass, or is there a better way this can be accomplished? 3.) Assuming the connection is there to accounts, will the information automatically be added to the account, or will it be brought in as a lead?   Thanks!

Hello!   The admin whose Zoom account was authenticating the connection between Zoom and Marketo left our company. We have re-authenticated the zoom api connection via launchpoint but receiving this error any time we try to connect a webinar to our webinar program in Marketo. I have followed the steps laid out here to no avail. does anyone have troubleshooting tips?

If we are merging a whole bunch of report suites into one global instance (using virtual report suites to parse out different BUs/websites), what are my options in ensuring that historical data stays as intact as possible? During this re-implementation, we'll be cleaning up and combining report suites, focusing on creating 1 consistent implementation framework across many global properties.  We're aware that as we are re-imagining our report suite structure to a single suite, this data migration process would dovetail nicely with a transition to CJA. But until that happens, we plan on using the new Analytics suite as a data source sending to CJA (as opposed to a Web SDK/data streams direct-to-CJA data collection). That way, the analytics rework is useful and we won’t need to re-do anything on potential tool integration. Are these my options for combing and retaining historical data?1. Housing it with Adobe somehow (what costs are associated with this option)2.

Is the quick calculated metrics no longer available? cannot seem to find it when click right on a metric.  What is the best function to create a monthly average visits. I would like to create to compare against 2022's monthly averages. But hopefully have a metric that can shift depending on the timeframe dimension I drop down so it is not only stuck to 2022.

The documentation says it shows the the amount of time that passed between hits for a given dimension item and If the hit doesn’t have a subsequent hit, do not include it in this metric. I'm not quite sure I understand this! Does it make sense to have "Average Time on Site " metric for Month or Day or OS? Or it only makes sense to have it with Page?

I'd like to build a freeform table that returns the percentage change from the prior period in the table.Expected results would be something like my screenshot below that shows the Week period in rows and then the Visits metric as a field. The custom metric would then show the percentage lift or fall from the prior period used (week in this case).Bonus if I could change the period from Day, Week, or Month and have the metric know this, but having separate metrics for standard date periods is no biggie. I am wondering How I can best track the user clicks happening on Cookie "Accept" button on my website. Is there a special way I should use it or a general clicked element tracking?This "Accept" button stays unless the user hit it and I want to check how many users have clicked it to enable cookies in their browsers.  Thanks

Hi, I'm just trying to create a live copy of my English language masters site and put it in a /us/en directory, but it's giving me this error: "Can not establish Relation from /content/mysite/language-masters/en -> /content/mysite/us/en/jcr:content: would be circular"   I'm trying to make a live copy of mysite/language-masters/en and put it in mysite/us/en. Any ideas about why this isn't working?
