Hi- I'm trying to compare two dates in a Workfront report via conditional formatting.  Whenever the target launch date is less than the Planned Completion Date, the background for the Target Launch date item should be in red. When the report loads, the background for the dates that are less than AND equal to are in red. Has anyone created a report to analyze where someone is spending their time week over week and/or month over month? I want to analyze time taken on certain types of projects each week. I'm wondering what others have done and how they have accomplished it.

I am working on creating Workfront templates for the Architectural Planning team for a retail company.  At this company, the day that the store opens is the GO date and everything leading up to that is discussed in the manner of "it has to be done by -9" meaning nine weeks before the GO date.So my question is, is there a way to set up the Workfront times to reflect that?  Currently when I look at a timeline it shows week 1 for the first week of the project, but I would like it to say -35 in order to align with the vocabulary used at our company.

I'm looking for a way to give a user access to view Marketing Activities without allowing any PII to be visible. I've tried setting up a custom role that does not include database access but I am concerned that data is still visible in program "member" tab. Any suggestions on what I can do to achieve the above would be awesome!Thanks in advance.

I have a custom form used for project intake. Among other things, the person filling out the form must select the Portfolio and the Program. After they have selected the Portfolio, I would like the Program list to only allow them to see/choose the Programs that are aligned with that respective Portfolio. Currently they see all Programs in the dropdown, no matter which Portfolio it is aligned to. I believe I would need to set this on the Filter of the Program field, however I'm not sure what the Text Mode code should look like. I know this code doesn't work, but I'm imagining it's something along these lines: isActive=trueisActive_Mod=eqportfolioID=$$portfolioIDportfolioID_Mod=in Any help is appreciated.

We added a new portfolio "D" for a select group of new projects. A project that exists under an existing portfolio "A" has had IT time tracked for the last 2 months under portfolio "A" but is now considered under portfolio "D". We are trying not to impact the IT time tracked. Can we/should we move the project from portfolio "A" to "D"  - will it maintain the IT hours already tracked?   Or do we need to keep the project under portfolio "A", close the project & create a new project under portfolio "D"?

This may be a unique situation I have, but I’m looking for a way to notify user groups when the status of an issue in a request queue gets changed. In other words, I need one group to get notified when the request comes in “New” but then I need another Group to get notified when the status gets changed to say “In Review”.   Is this something that could be done or do I need to think of another way about this?

Hi! Does anyone have recommendations for methods using marketo or salesforce to track attribution for leads who attend multiple events per year? We aren't sure if we should attribute the pipeline to the most recent event, the first event, or split between the multiple events and I'm not sure if there are other tools that we could be using to better help us with multi-touch attribution tracking. Right now we use marketo (for forms to track attendees), salesforce (reports), and a google sheet and just count the pipeline under the first event someone attends. 

Hi, has anyone had the issue of the download stuck at 30% in Workspace? When I click "Download Items as CSV (Segments)", the download starts but once it gets to 30%, nothing happens and the download never finishes.  Thanks. -Peter

HiSince Friday last week I have been experiencing issues when copying data from a table in workspace, to then go and paste that data else where (e.g. into a powerpoint document).The issue seems to be a lag or delay in workspace (no issues microsoft side), whereby selecting the rows on the table to copy, then using Control+C to copy those cells as a few seconds delay now, whereas it really didnt before Friday. This is across different pre saved workspaces

Hi Team, I'm facing the data issue. I have recently implemented Adobe Analytics for site and its live now . We are able to see the data in Dev report suite. Unfortunately, there is no data in the production report suite. I could see the image request in network tab and I tired multiple debugger to validate the calls and they are fine. but there is not data in the report suite configured the variable they are also enabled state.   Help is highly appreciated !! Thanks!krishna

I have a map migrated from another CCMS with a couple hundred topicrefs. Within these are the occasional conref, targeting an element in one of several topics that are not included in the map as topicrefs.To follow best practices, I want to find all of these conrefs in the map--in whichever topic they may appear--and link these conref targets as "processing-role=resource-only". I can't seem to find a way to search inside the map for these... does anyone know how I can do that?

All of us know Marketo automatically Merges (De-duplicates) records when created with the same email ID. But then, there are scenarios where the leads will be created as duplicates and are not merged even though they have the same Email- address. Let’s check out the scenarios and how to merge them.   Scenario 1: The leads coming through Form fill out.
