Hi, I would like to write test cases for sling delegation pattern. I did find a few articles which pointed me in the right direction but I'm still unable to get the core components properties. how to convert the static template to an editable template. all my templates it will be build on jsp. please is there any way to convert? I know aem modulation tools it will convert only pages and components etc.

Hi, I am bringing in data from Adobe Analytics as a streaming source connector into CDP AEP. I have created a segment in AEP - only with Adobe Analytics data --> segment audience include Form abandon users->audience with event exists: Form Start    AND audience with event does not exists: Form Submit      Although these events will be captured as two seperate event records in Adobe Analytics, while creating a segment in AEP with these audience, I am able to see segment member. How is Adobe Analytics events working in this case? in the same Adobe Analytics cookies events, how are we able to track both together in AEP?  Hope this makes sense.

WE can block access to the entire site using AEM Cloud Managers IP whitelisting feature. The business wants to hide only specific directories of content. We can do this via dispatcher config, but this requires a release cycle (which is 2-4 weeks), so if they want to add/remove an IP, or protect a new folder, its a long wait. Is there any in built way to do something like this in AEM cloud? We could create a servlet filter for all pages, create a settings page that allows content editors to administer the IPs and folders list, then the servlet checks this for every request which comes in, but we are worried this will affect performance.

We are currently working with the security team to review possible threats and ways to mitigate them. Our implementation uses the Js files.I'm wondering if it is possible for users to hack the file and mess the data. If it's possible, what are some possible ways to mitigate such threats?Thanks!

When trying to submit a container that has the Action Type selected as ‘Mail’, and then viewing it as published from the editor, the mail gets successfully sent to the email I specified in the authoring dialog. However, when I visit the actual published page and try to submit the same mail, it doesn’t send. I will note that the published version of my page has a redirected, shortened URL, so not sure if that would cause an issue. I also have the Day CQ Mail Service SMTP address configured in the console.

Hi smart community members, can someone possibly help me? We are getting an influx of Contact Sales form submissions with fake data. They all have different company names, person names, countries. Emails are made-up, not known domains like gmail etc. Honeypot field for them is empty, they are all submitted within minutes of each other (not a the same exact time) and inferred city/country/company are different, even though it feels like the same person/people did it.    Does anyone have a suggestion on what else I should check for and try?    If this is not a bot, then reCaptcha will not help. What might they (whoever they are) be trying to do?   Thank you in advance

Unit test fails with messageorg.apache.sling.testing.mock.osgi.NoScrMetadataException: No OSGi SCR metadata found for class   I have written a unit test using OSGi-mock-junit5 but when I try to build the project(mvn clean install), I get the failure message "org.apache.sling.testing.mock.osgi.NoScrMetadataException: No OSGi SCR metadata found for class" I found similar post  https://cqdump.wordpress.com/2019/01/14/writing-unit-tests-for-aem-part-2-maven-setup/ & followed the steps to fix it but it's still the same issue. anyone has got any idea?Thanks in advance!

I'm working with some form embeds that have Global Validation Rules applied that restrict which email domains are allowed to submit the form. This is working as it should.   We'd like to use an email verification service's API as a second layer of validation on these forms only on the addresses that make it past the Global Validation Rules. I have this setup using the onValidate method but it fires every time, even if the email address doesn't validate with the Global Validation Rules.   Is there any way to run custom validation only after all other validations have passed? I am grouping 2 paths for a query, and the results that come back always display results from the first path first, then followed by the second path, regardless of the jcr:score.My goal is to have combined results, sorted by jcr:score.Results always come back in this way, with results ordered by jcr:score within the path. I'm attempting to use the JSON exporter to retrieve the contents of a content fragment as JSON but have encountered a few issues. Would you have advice on how best to directly retrieve the content of a content fragment in JSON format? Note that I am not accessing a page which contains the content fragment, I am attempting to directly access the content fragment itself. 1. Accessing "../my-fragment.json" returns the basic jcr info, but ../my-fragment.model.json throws a '400 (Bad Request)' error. Is something wrong, or is that expected? 2.
