Hi, I have fixed data import by importing the correct rows and added couple ~empty~ to fields that had incorrect data.Still in the report those incorrect values are being reported with 0 instances.They are not present in the data when I export it but they are in the report. Any hints how to get them out? Thanks!

Hi Experts, I have created unsubscription list. Used that list in landing page and used that landing page in email.On last thrusday i ran journey and targeted 6 profiles. All 6 profiles received email and all clicked on unsubscription link and there records got stored in unsubscription list.Now when i came back on last Monday all records are removed and count was 0. Kindly let me know where records went. Where i can checkor search those records. Thanks,Saurabh 

We are in the process of adding a new Group to our Workfront instance.  This group will have some different names for Project and Task statuses.  Does anyone have any experience on whether it's better to rename the system statuses that get applied to the Group upon its creation, or just delete and recreate new statuses.  Any general advice on adding a new group (~25 users) would be helpful too!

I'm suddenly receiving an error message when trying to open a topic or ditamap via FrameMaker 16.04 connecting to AEM 4.01 via the connection manager. Connection to AEM is successful, but opening of topic/ditamap is not. I can connect to another AEM server instance and topics/ditamaps open without fail. I'm not sure if this is a FM issue or an AEM issue; posting here in hopes someone else has seen it. I've tried rebooting, restarting FM, resetting the AEM connection in FM via the conneciton manager. All fail.

Hello, I saw a dramatic decrease in click performance for marketing emails sent last week for 2 of our brands. One was down 40% on click-through rate and the other was down 51%. Open rates were in line with previous results.  Wondering if other Marketo users saw a similar decline in results?

Hello, I am having an issue and can't seem to figure out. This person filled out a Request Demo Form on but wasn’t scored MQL.  Her Lead Status was SQC at the time when she filled out the Request a Demo form.  Are there certain Lead Status or Contact Status values that would skip scoring this person as a MQL when they fill out a Demo Request form.

We have GoToWebinar as our webinar partner, and we use Marketo for the registration form/landing page and email assets. We always include the City and State fields in our Marketo registration forms, and also select the City and State fields in the corresponding webinar in GoToWebinar.    However, when we pull both the registration report (pre-webinar) and the attendee report (post-webinar) from GoToWebinar, the City field has no data, and the State field for every registrant populates with "Other". The City and State fields appear to populate normally in Marketo, but not in GoToWebinar.   Is there a way to make sure City and State fields populate correctly in the GoToWebinar reports? Description:Show and hide multiple text boxes and form fields depending on dropdown form or any other posible button selection.If I may formulate it in Excel manners.If "Niko" is in the drop down, only the fields intended for Niko should appear. But if "Maria" is selected, only the fields intended for Maria should be displayed. If "Niko & Maria" is selected, all fields should appear. How can I do this? Hello Community,    Does anyone have Lytics integrated with Marketo for audience management?    We recently had a program that marked leads as a success (clicked), which shouldn't have been. We fixed that on the Marketo end by removing and then adding back as a member.    The data (success-clicked) that was passed over to Lytics from my understanding can't be changed. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of any workarounds that can be initiated on the Marketo side? 

Hi Team, Current we planning to use the AEMaaCS for AEM Forms development but local SDK while upload the xdp file which designed using Adobe Designers its not showing in AEMaaCS .Below options also missing in AEMaaCS . Is AEMaaCS related to forms any known issues.

We have final assets folder in WF connected to AEM linked folder and when we are uploading same asset with same name to the same location in Workfront, it is replaced the existing asset with the new one and not seeing versions for the particular asset in WF whereas in AEM we are seeing versions for the same.  Also we have enabled the option creating version Any pointers on this. Is this is expected behavior?

I have some creatives and fragments in our stage environment. When you export a package and import it to prod, the URLs our pointing to stage. I just finished watching the recorded version of of of the Summit 2023 sessions: The Future of Adobe Workfront - S602. At around the 33 minute mark it gets into the updates for Workfront Reporting (Reporting Canvas) & that the reporting canvas beta is being more or less scrapped with a new focus on only what is happening in the system now. With historical data/trends being extractable via AEP(? i think i miss heard what this is ?) to a database software and then relying on Power BI to visualize. The future version of reporting will be component based through the Canvas Dashboard.  I guess my question on all of this is twofold: 1. When should we expect access to this AEP extraction? I'd like to get this in our backlog for planning as I'm sure I'm going to need to lean on the IT folks in our Org for the new PowerBI setup.2. I'd like to join the beta for the new canvas dashboard to provide feedback. Is there a signup link?
