Hi, I am calling the payloads via webhook to post data from marketo to our internal server. I tried using webhook but when using field token inside webhook payload and run that webhook it is giving error 500 says json is not correct. can you please check the screenshot and error and help me what i am missing here? 

Hi Team,We are currently trying to understand how the throttle limits are being utilized across different journeys.For example:Let’s say we have defined a throttling rule of 200 calls per second. Our system is triggered by a custom action across 10 different journeys. If one journey receives 300 calls per second, it will consume all 200 available slots, and the remaining 100 calls will either be discarded or queued. As a result, the other 9 journeys will not have any slots left due to the exceeded limit.We would like to identify:Which journey received the 300 calls per second?Which journeys were impacted and did not receive any slots?Do you know of any method or API that can help us pull these logs or provide visibility into this usage?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello I have a general question regarding the presence of more than 1 email address which could be in an array under a specific object.  Let's call them primary and secondary for this use case.  These email addresses would not be part of the email namespace but named value pairs. Using a journey within AJO, I should be able to select both the primary and secondary email address for a profile which qualifies for a journey, correct?  This would result in at lest two email send events upon the profile and could have 0..N opens. Please confirm if this understanding is correct?

Hi, I've checked with my IT department about the recent Workfront Microsoft Outlook Integration Changes announcement. As it stands now, we will lose the functionality of the Workfront Outlook add-in when Microsoft fully disables the legacy exchange tokens. Are there any plans for Workfront to update the Workfront Outlook add-in app to updated authentication so the Outlook add-in still works?Thanks

Hello Community, In the AMS Dispatcher configuration, OPTIONS requests are denied in the `security.conf` file to mitigate potential attack vectors. I understand this configuration was implemented around five years ago, likely in a response to a vulnerability at the time. I would like to ask if someone could shed light on the specific vulnerability that this rule was intended to address and if it still persists in modern version of HTTPD. The reason for my inquiry is that we have a use case involving requests with the `Authorization` header. As a result, the browser sends preflight requests, which unfortunately get blocked at the Dispatcher tier due to this rule. Would it still be considered unsafe to allow such preflight requests, or has the underlying risk been resolved in recent updates to the HTTPD server? Hi, I created an audience with enrichment data. One field is type "string", the other field is "integer". When I create a condition rule on the string field, AJO correctly validates the syntax and the flow. However, when I create a condition rule on the integer, with a typecast, the condition validates, but the flow complaints about a type mismatch error:Condition on integer field (validates):(toInteger(@readAudience{ProfileFieldGroup.nr_travels})) >= 6Flow error: Anyone any idea on what's wrong?FYI, the condition must be integer comparison, I can't use string (lexicographic) here.

I am working on the conditional checks and have added the attributes from Schema using AdvancedMode and the expression doesn't pass through the journey. The same attribute when used with SimpleMode and adding a condition to check the values of the expression equals to "Y"(String) works well. Have anyone experienced issues with modes?

Hello All,Currently the below cookies are getting collected even before the user provides his consent through the one trust cookie banner . This is working due to the configuration in the AEP web SDK extension which is In - collect events that occur before the user provides consent preferences. How can we modify this setting via the custom data element option so that these cookies will occur only after the user provides his consent on the one trust cookie banner.   

Dear all.  Most of the change types present in the Journal Entry reports are easy to understand (such as "add" or "edit"), however I must confess it's not clear to me how to interpret the change type "Digest". I've heard it would be related to comments, but could not verify this in the Workfront documentation.  Also, for some unclear reason, I can only seem to get "Digest" entries in reports from recent periods, like the last 30 days or so. Older period reports have zero entries of that type.  Any further info will be much appreaciated. Thanks.Marco

Hello everyone, I am still pretty new to ACS and is encountering an issue on plain text. I understand different ESP will have different renders and I have run into this issue of plain text alignment. On the plain text editor, I have aligned it to what I want it to be. However, when I send the proofs, all else looks fine except for the plain text version. There are 2 scenarios I ran into. When I make a slight edit on the plain text, save, exit the editor and revisit the plain text version on the editor, all the inline spacing are removed and I have to hit enter to create the necessary spacings again.Most of the time this scenario only happened to a line of text followed by a URL in the next line. Same thing when I aligned the URL to the next line with enter but when the proofs came up, both the text and URL are in the same line.Does anyone have any magic to solve this?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to update dynamically user's Teams ("Other teams", not home team) with custom API call as I can't find suitable default option neither in Update User module, nor Update Teams module. I'm able to pull current user's team(s) and add a new team to the collection, but when I try to update user with this new value (collection), I get an error: Any thought on how this can be resolved? Or maybe other ideas how I can either add certain users to the Team or add Team (as Other team) to certain users I'd appreciate any suggestions Thank you!

Hi everyone, I have a client requesting to migrate their existing, classic AEM components to Universal Editor (UE). They do not want EDS, just UE. Now I know it is not officially supported by Adobe, but given the universal nature of the UE, it should be technically possible. I was wondering if anyone has done it already, and if so, please share your learnings. I am especially interested in achieving the following without EDS: 1) How to enable asset picker and other UE integrations with AEM author via a Technical user account? 2) How to instruct a page template in AEM to open a page in UE instead of the classic Page Editor? Without adding a custom button. 3) Any other possible challenges I am not seeing ATM?   Thanks in advance, Daniel

Hoping anyone can offer some insights. I'm trying to create a webhook that will insert an activity log entry on another instance. However I cannot even get the authentication token, the call times out. I'm wondering if the call between instances is possible at all or if I am setting up my webhook wrong. I've tried Get, and Post just to try it, but neither works. I can however setup webhooks to salesforce the same way and they work fine. Any help is appreciated.  

Hi,I have a question regarding eVar capturing when moving from mobile App to Web View. In our mobile app two pages Product Display Page(PDP) and Product Listing Page (PLP) will be converted to web view (The PDP and PLP running in website will be loaded inside mobile app). We want to capture App ID in these web view. So when moving from App to web view in query parameter APP ID will be passed. In Adobe Launch data element will be created for this app id. Now thing is that I want to create one rule which will capture appID  in eVar but this rule will trigger in both PLP and PDP page load and all the existing click action of PLP and PDP. So that I don't have to touch existing launch rules of these pages.Please suggest what to do.Thankyou.

In the Adobe analytics report, we observed that for some mobile app users, we are seeing huge spike in the Video Views numbers. Its like within 1 minute seeing 900+ video views. It was random and happening very few times in a month. It was not bot activity but due to bug in the the mobile app.I want to create a segment where I can detect such anomaly. I want to filter Visits/Visitor where within one minute, adobe report shows 300+ video views. Is it possible to create segment based on time range/period? 

Hello, I wanted to know what is the best possible way to have certain JavaScript files of clientlib to work only on AEM author and does not load on publishers. Assume I have 10 javascript files in the clientlib out which 3 files must load only in aem author and other 7 files must load only in publisher How could i achieve it, what are best possible solutions for it.  Regards,Srinivas    

Hi, I'm not able to schedule file export in workspace daily.When I'm selecting Today is the start day I got the end day is the same day and i can't select any future day? Did I miss anything?  Thanks
