Hi everyone.I'm using Adobe Campaign Classic v8.5.2 and looking to provide clients with view-only access. They need to monitor campaign metrics – such as delivery performance, unsubscribes, and workflow status – but they don't necessarily need to have the access to edit, create, or delete any workflows or assets.Is there a way to configure such restricted access – possibly through operator roles or custom permissions?Appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

After successfully using proof URL's in a report for well over a year, they suddenly stopped working yesterday for my users.They now come up with a message:You do not have permission to view this proof. Ask the proof owner to add you to the workflow.This is not practical in our 100's per day scenario, and has as I say been working fine.We've made no changes to Workfront or users and these are the same users that have been active over the past year enjoying this facility.Has something changed in Workfront ?

I am trying to create a calculated field for a series of Tasks. If the Task name Contains the number "1" I need it to display a date from the Project custom form.I was able to return a True/False result using CONTAINS and I have been able to display the date without a condition but when combining the IF and CONTAINS functions I am getting no result.Here is my expression - can anyone help?IF(CONTAINS({name},"1"),{DE:UKI - Bet Offer 1 Banner Live Start Date & Time},"")

Hi,We are using the Opt-in/Opt-out feature of AEP WebSDK, where the consent is stored in the kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent cookie at the domain level. However, we have cookie banners implemented at the subdomain level and even at the country-specific level, which is causing some challenges.For example, we have a cookie banner on www.xyz.com. After giving consent, the cookie kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent=general=in is stored at the .xyz.com domain level. Now, if the user navigates to stg.xyz.com, the same consent cookie is used and server calls are triggered even though stg.xyz.com has a separate cookie banner because the domain is still .xyz.com.Another case is that we have different cookie banners based on countries, such as www.xyz.com/ie and www.xyz.com/de. If a user visits one of these and gives consent, and then visits the other, server calls are made due to the shared domain .xyz.com.One solution we considered was to manually configure the cookie domain based on the cookie banner

Yes, we know the current page Scroll Depth Tracking is present default while we using plugins, but these values are captured on the next page only. But We are required to implement Scroll Depth Tracking for the current page, if the customer is reached a particular percentage then we need to fire the events and need to capture the element values in eVar. We have single-page applications & more dependency on other teams.     

Hi All,I'm attempting to export a task form but I want to prevent certain fields from appearing in the export to pdf.  How could I go about concealing certain fields from displaying in an export file?

I'm having trouble getting a user wildcard to work in a valueexpression within a nested list statement. Hi,I am using CJA and facing an issue with the aggregated Revenuemy revenue is coming in CJA such a way that is multiplied by events so I had to create a metric using if conditioni.e. if equalsevents = 0Then 0 else Revenue / EventsUsing this way i am getting the correct revenue of my product but getting incorrect aggregated value                  Revenue      product        20 (aggregated)a                   2b                   90c                   16d                   65So Ideally the aggregated value would be  173 but it is showing me 20 only Is there any change in the metric I can make to correct the aggregated value

HiI am using CJAI have a segment (segment name - filtered products elements) which I wanted to excludei.e.total product are - 100If I add the segment (filter)I got 67 products I want the rest of the products i.e. 33 for that I want to exclude the filtered products elements segment but When I excluded the whole event of the segment it shows me 100 instead of 33I also changed the segment i.e. event element doesn't contain / doesn't equal  to exclude that element and to get the number

We are currently using the Captions & Audio Tracks option in Dynamic Media with AEM 6.5.18.we can save captions and see the option to change them in the player, which is great. However, we want to display only a selected caption file that we are passing the DM video URL .&caption=[DM Caption URL],1 Somehow Its not working. Any suggestions what we are missing

I have a few scenarios where I use watch events to listen for new documents.  However now I want to create one to listen for a document added to a specific folder in projects.Is there any specific way to do this in the watch event directly or would I have to listen for all added documents and then somehow test for whether it lives in that folder?I don't see anyway to identify the folder a document lives in. Thanks in advance for your helpFrank 

I'm trying to create an Email Open Rate metric and have it as a percentage.  This is what I've done so far but it's just showing it as decimals.  How can I get it to show the decimals as percentages e.g. June 2nd as 44% and not 0.44.  Thanks in advance

Hello,I am looking for ways to assign a team/group to a proof for approval. Similar to how tasks can be assigned to a team, we wanted to see if it would be feasible to assign a team to a proof and have a team member approve/review the proof. We have created automated proof templates that kinda help, but it is still individual users who keep changing. The groups created in PoofHQ are more for sharing, so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone has any solution for this.

In Project Preferences Status, I used Hide Status in the Queue status set up, thinking that would hide Queue status as an option from non-admin users adding a queue status to their projects. We have request projects set up with queue status and that's the only project type that should have a queue status. I hid queue status in the main system status, but I can still see queue status as an option to add when I log in as a non-admin user project manager. Am I misunderstanding the purpose of hide status or does hide status only work if the status hasn't been used ? Thanks
