I am trying to build a segment of visitors that visited us in the last 30 days and to find out how many of them visited the app in the months before.    I.E If we were to use today's date as reference Mar 13, I want to segment a group of unique visitors that visited us from Feb 11 - Mar 13, and find out how many of them visited us in Jan too.    I tried building the segment using visitor in last 30 days date range but it will only return visitors for last 30 days, and I am not able to find out how many of them visited us in Jan. Hi everyone,   I have large number of email delivery templates which are not required anymore. Is it ok just to go ahead with delete option? If so what would the impact of doing it? Can anyone share the best practices/approaches to follow for deleting the delivery templates?   Thank you!

Hi, I have a requirement to apply web resource clientlib in page policy through backend code, the template editors can choose but I want it through backend code    

Before approaching customers , We want to see all their past activities on a mobile app so that we can understand them better. Right now all the details of the customers like their profile, activities, interactions, consent, orders, survey results are maintained in multiple AEP datasets(9-10).   How can we fetch a subset of this data(joining various datasets) on the mobile app on demand basis? (When we click on the customer on my mobile app). Since the data is real time and is changing frequently we want to make a fresh call to AEP to fetch the data. With Data access API , I guess its not possible to join various datasets and get the required data.        

I am writing a query to search documents across folders, there is no tags or anything specifying category, Only difference is the parent folder of the documents. Across different business unit , documents were placed under specific folder name.  I want to search across those different units and get result based on category (foldername). Is there any query/ property / Predicate to achieve the same.   My Current Query: path=/content/dam/mchp/documentstype=dam:Assetmainasset=truep.limit=-1     This Query will give all category , I want items which is under particular folder name across main documents folder.    Thanks in Advance, Poovitha S

Is there any way to force Revenue Cycle Explorer to display all values in a field, even when all cells contain 0's? For example, in this report showing new leads collected in a week, one person (from North America) came in as "Forward to Friend" and one came from "Online Advertising."   Next week, however, if no one comes from "Forward to Friend," RCE will not show that line in the report at all, so "Online Advertising" will be the second line in that report instead of the third. These shifting lines complicate work our analytics team does with these reports.   Does anyone have a workaround to force all values to appear in the report every time, regardless of the cell contents? 

Hi Team,   we are using AEM as cloud service , User Group has been created in Admin console and same group has been added in AEM instance Authors group now for all users , Langauge copy option is not enabled , do we need to add to another group ? is this correct way to add Admin console user group to author instance group ? or can we directly provide permissions to admin console group as well ?

Hi all,   I am trying to enable activity map. Have followed the 3 steps as well.   The App measurement code is also updated with the latest version. Enabled the Activity Map reports too, still cannot see any data.   It's already in the production env., and later I have enabled activity map, so do I need to reshare the launch script again?   Additionally, I'm little unsure if any script or code needs to be placed by the developer in the website code as well apart from the launch script?      

Hello,   We've noticed this past week that a number of our pre-built emails have lost the spacing between the text in a specific module which is a simple RTE.   I've combed through our email template looking at the CSS and html code and the module itself, but cannot identify a potential cause.   Specifically, when I open the module to edit the copy, the spacing appears fine. But then when I close the module and simply view the email either in edit or preview mode, the spacing goes away. Hi Team,   We have a requirement to separate mobile and desktop code, we we are using user-agent to get the device details from the backend and using that conditionally in sightly to render the device specific code. useragent = request.getHeader("User-Agent"); We can get the device details correctly. In author its working as expected, when we open the page in desktop  - its giving the device type as desktop, if we inspect the page and change the device as mobile in emulator and refresh the page - its showing as mobile.   But in the dispatcher, when we open the page in desktop  - its giving the device type as desktop, but if we inspect the page and change the device as mobile in emulator and refresh the page - its still showing as desktop only. If we navigate to any other page, then its showing as mobile. And then when we switch to desktop and refresh the page, it still shows as mobile for that page - when we navigate to any other page, then it shows as desktop.

Dear community,   I'd like to use AT A/B test on my SPA page by replacing experience fragment. But after replacing content with experience fragment exported to AT Offer. The block goes blank since the html of XF offer has become the <head> content instead of its original html. Does anyone know how to deal with this issue? Thanks in advance!   Here are the things I've done. 1. Set XF cloud service property 2. Export them onto AT Offers 3. Replace content with XF Then I got a blank block since the html is not the content I put in XF.

Hi everyone!   I’m not a dev, so not in charge of the datalayer implementation but i’m debugging it. while creating my data elements, following all the instructions in tutorials and referencing to the computed state, I see my evars and events getting sent to AA correctly, however, my evars are populated with the %data element name% when set through the launch rule with even = my event.   What could possibly be the reason? if I inspect the source of the page I see the code of my event push, however it’s value has the name of the %data element% which I used to set the evar, while, if I call the adobeDataLayer in console I see the correct variable.   Thanks in advance!

I have added a "granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker" fields to all pages in my website.   Whenever a new page is created, I want to default this field to the current date.   How can I achieve this?

hello workfront community!  i'm wanting to give view access to my worker level creative team for the high level workload balancer in the resource management section of workfront.  in the access level settings, they have view access for resource management.  however all they can see in resource management is planner and resource pools.   does anyone know what i'm missing here?

Hello,   As the title says, I'm wondering about what's the best way to to know when an instance has been replaced. There is a pod selection on development console which shows a group of containers that are deployed together on the production environment. I learned that AEMasCS has the ability to replace containers every few hours so to validate that, I take a screenshot from this page to see if the current instance has really been replaced to another one. Is there any better way to lookup when an instance has been replaced? Or do we have history page to view all the previous instance?   Any and all help very much appreciated.    Thank you!

Hello AEM Guru, We have many versioning documents available but still have few queries. I am new to AEM and have to implement  clientlibs versioning as with every deployment client libs are not getting updated in the normal browser even after flushing the dispatcher cache and CDN cache. Tried to implement as suggested by many.Facing below few issues :1. Hi Team,   Followed many articles about CUG but still one point is not clear.   Scenario: My website is live and have some Customer area which can be viewed only after user authentication. This user authentication happens using some third party tool.   Is CUG used in this case? As I read., to configure CUG, we must add AEM group/user in Permission TAB of a Page "S" and then after when we hit page S, it redirects to login page.   Now problem comes here:  In My website, There are thousands user created (Not in AEM, but with different authentication server)and logging using Third party authentication. Now, when any website user access that page S (before login), user will be prompted to login Page as per CUG concept.   But how it is possible? because website user is different from user created in AEM instance for CUG.   I am sure my CUG basics or real use is not clear.     In Other words:    I just need a small clarification, as per m
