Is there any way to have a custom form applied to every document uploaded to Proof with automatic approval stages? We're trying to have a form available to track some specific information for every invoice that is uploaded for approval vs. adding it as a manual step after the document is uploaded and converted to a proof.

Hi all, I am fairly new to AEM and am trying to build a basic Schema form for assets that simplifies the "default" form for my users.   When I click on the checkbox icon in "Map to property" in a field's Settings, the Property Picker shows two complete metadata "folders," one nested inside the other: This doesn't look right to me -- I don't think the second, nested "metadata" folder should be there, since those properties would be written to .jcr:content/metadata/metadata/dc:title (or similar). If the duplicate properties aren't supposed to be there, I'd like to remove them from the Property Picker so that they aren't accidentally included in a schema or search form.   The only documentation I've been able to find is a brief mention in the Tips and limitations section of the Configure metadata functionality doc page, which says, "Property Picker displays properties that are used in schema editors and search forms. Property Picker does not pick metadata properties from an ass

A few teams using a Work license are unable to edit their notification settings.  I've never seen this before.  Any idea what would have caused this? 

Hello,   We are trying to integrate vue-router into our App that is used in an AEM INT environment. However the router object does not seem to be initialised, custom elements such as `<router-view>` are not being parsed. Any suggestions?Everything works fine in our local dev environment.   Thanks.

How can I hyperlink to an external website from an image in AEM as a Cloud Service? I select the image, click Insert Cross Reference | Web Link, and drop in the URL. The software appears to let me add the hyperlink but when I publish to a PDF, the link appears and the image is gone. 

Hi all,  i am using aem 6.5 version , in prod i have added a property named “title” to one of the node and replicated and published for users from crxde but this property is not showing to the users . This is not even showing in the json call. Can some one let me know what i am wrong here. I have cleared publisher console cache too. But no luck. Thanks in advance for help!

Has anyone used Adobe analytics api to get data from a project within a Workspace?  I want to show, inside my product, a list of top 10 accessed pages from our public website . I have created a project in the workspace and have configured the project to display the top 10 pages. Is there a way to use the analytics API to get this data in the response?

I am trying to set up the dispatcher flush on publish agent from the AEM Author instance. I have multiple publish instances so for the same, have to define a dispatcher flush against all publish instances.    Suppose, I am having 2 publish instances and accordingly I have set up 2 dispatchers for each publish instance. In the same way, need to set up the dispatcher flush agent to invalidate the cache for each dispatcher.   I have set up the dispatcher flush agent from the Author instance from the "Publish to Agent" from the replication section. After activating the flush agent, it shows 2 dispatchers flush agents on both publish instances. So when we publish the page then it sends 4 requests to invalidate the cache. But It should be 2 requests only.    Can anyone suggest how can we resolve this scenario?   Thanks  

Hi,   I am creating a campaign prioritization matrix (P1, P2, P3) for ad-hoc and Automated streams, where I can suppress contacts who are in a lower priority campaign (say P3) and receive only P1 for that day/certain time period.   Is this achievable for automated streams in Adobe Campaign Classic, either with a custom JS or anything else?

I have a Description text field that is used on a specific custom form that I want to edit and make a required field. I am the global admin, so I should have this right, but I am unable to find the means of doing this. Our company did work with a consultancy group to help with building out this form and streamlining some things, but that shouldn't matter. And when I look at other fields, I am unable to see a way to do much more than a basic edit of them. According to this link from last October, it should be as easy as going to Settings>Account Settings> then opening the Custom Fields tab. However, I am unable to find any settings or account settings options in my backend. In the screenshot provided, this is the extent of my options (I didn't expand the ones that could be, but Account Settings is not in any of them).   Am I overlooking something obvious?     Thank you for any help you can provide!

Hi,  Adobe Analytics Data servers to be migrated from US to UK. In this migration what steps to be taken care for existing implementations?

I'm looking for help for a filter that returns a list of projects in the same campaign as the existing project. For instance, if Project A is part of Campaign ABC, I want a report that will return a list of projects also in Campaign ABC such as Project B and Project C, etc. Ideally, I'll add this as a dashboard in the project itself so it can be easily viewed.

We have recently started using workfront for all our employees/projects.  When they start a task - moving the percentage complete past 0% this does capture the date and time. Along with when they mark it 100%.    Does this track the hours on the project? Or is the only way to capture hours is by having them manually logged to the task or timesheet?   Thank you!

Hi,   we have a requirement to check if the asset exists in the /content/dam path, the new file needs to over write the existing file.   is there any way to handle duplication in assets?

We are having these groups in AEM as a cloud service instance  AEM Administrators-<SOME_STRING> AEM Users-<SOME_STRING> LICENSE_DEV_ADMIN_GROUP_NAME_SUFFIX PRODUCT_ADMIN_GROUP_NAME_SUFFIX   What is the purpose of these groups, why are there multiple with different strings of numbers/letters? Are these groups auto generated by AEM? If so,what is the trigger/ process for auto-generation? Do we need these groups for AEM to function properly, or are we okay to delete them?Thanks in adv.

Hello, we had a version of Neolane which we migrated to Adobe Campaign Classic, the question is that with Neolane there was a specific support user "NeoSupp" which after the migration to Adobe Campaign Classic was also migrated. Does anyone know if it is advisable to keep that user or it is simply no longer in use and we can disable it from the system?   Thanks!!

Hi Team,   I need a query to get list of pages where one the value should not be equal.   For example:   This is my query:   path=content path heretype=cq:Page1_property=jcr:content/cq:lastReplicationAction1_property.value=Activate2_property=jcr:content/channel2_property.operation=unequals2_property.value=channel:searchp.limit=-1   I need list of pages, whose channel value should not equal to "channel:search" The above query is  (jcr:content/@5644378:lastReplicationAction = 'Activate' and jcr:content/@channel != 'channel:search')   Here the channel type is multistring    The result of above query is still giving page results where the value is present.   Please let me know what is wrong, is it failing because channel is a multi String ?

In API also results are coming as 283 only. Wanted to know what is the difference between total and result ? and Y it is coming as different values?   Thanks in Advance.

Hi    I have design policy in place to use pain brush style selection on component edit bar. I see selected styles are stored as below   I have a need to read these styles and render in sightly html. for example: size 'mini' 'normal 'jumbo' for a button. If author selects style as 'mini', I would need to read it and render it in html sightly file size='mini' for webcomponents rendition.   Thanks for help.   -Sree

I have a certain audience that I use in basically all my workflows. At a certain moment I found out I needed to edit the definition of the audience in order to get rid of certain test addresses in my output. It turns out that it does not work immediately, the test addresses were still in my output. The only way to make the changes effective was to delete the audience from all the workflows and then add the same audience back into the workflows. Is there another way to do this more easily?
