We have a video component that allows the author to select a video to embed in the component. How can I allow the user to map to the video, but then insert the value for the video URL property into a field in our HTML file?    For example, the path to a video would look something like this: /content/retail/en/videos/chicken-fettuccini-recipe/ We need to extract the YouTube video ID, which is 'aRWzFTqQZpk' in the example below, and insert it on our page. Final markup: <div class="yt-player" data-src="aRWzFTqQZpk" data-div="some-id" data-height="360" data-id="some-id" data-width="640">   Any suggests on how to approach this?

Is there anyone who can help me create a segmentation?   I would like to know how many visits happens - when they reach the page   scroll one hit fired and then click the button right away.   I don't know what is wrong in my segment

Hi,In last couple of days I almost have gone through all available documentation related to Adobe Livecycle. But no where it's mentioned that how do I get the installer for it. Instead I found download link of service pack 1 for the same product. When I went to install it on Linux it's asking for the main installation to apply the service pack. All the download links that I found from old discussions, shows 404 on the face.I am really surprised that why the installer binaries are hidden or not publicly exposed. I am impressed by it's value proposition and want to seriously use it for the business. I need first the free trial access to try out few things. And then my company would by the license if it serves our purpose.Please help me to get started.Sujoy

Hello there,   I am looking to hide my submit button from my Form if specific selections are made within the drop down of the form. How can I make this work? Please direct me to the correct path as this is my first time trying to execute such a thing.  In this form, if a person selects Agency/Consultants, Apply to be a contributor or Support for current contributors the form Submit button should disappear while a message pops up. I was able to hide the rest of the fields and get the message appear using the visibility rules. But I am not sure how to make the Submit button disappear once either of those selections are made.  Thank You!

I hope you can help me with the following case. I have created two RTP Campaigns for the same segment. The first is a Dialog that opens on an exit intent and the second is a Widget (sticky) that opens automatically after 20 seconds. Can these two RTP campaigns be played simultaneously on one page? In my tests on the live page, only one of the two is triggered. This means that if the Widget is triggered, the Dialog is not triggered if there is an exit intent, and vice versa. How is it possible that both campaigns can be played? Thank you for any helpful answers.  

Hi,   We recently started running into an issue where everyday the dispatcher would cache some file with -wrong appended it it, ex. home-wrong.html and home-wrong2.html. This ends up being served on the site.    Has anyone run into such issues. We have not had any code or dispatcher changes deployed and suddenly started running into this issue.   Thanks, Har**bleep**

Was happily editing our campaign and now getting this error  "RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• Detail• RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• RST-360001 You do not have the rights needed to modify the 'delivery' resource of ID 'DM12661'. I hadn;t done anything apart from try to open the campaign - my adminstrator told me it was "a problem at my end" Any ideas? Hey Community,Just wanted to know whether we can track the metrics ( Email opens, Clicks, Delivered) using trigger campaigns in the AB testing Email program set up. Initially I used the email program and added AB testing to it and scheduled it fixing the sample as 50%-50%. Before scheduling it I also activated the required trigger campaign to track the opens, clicks and delivered metrics. Unfortunately, the trigger campaigns didn't track the metrics as expected. Can anyone please let me know whether it is feasible to track using triggers?.    

I know you can identify if any part of the profile changed based on the last modified date, but is there a way to identify if certain elements of a profile changed day to day? 

If you want to update a field from a journey using the Update profile action, when choosing the value by which it will be updated, it is only possible to choose from the ProfileFieldGroup field group. How could another field be used if it does not belong to that group of fields? department example  

I've been asked to help set up an Agile Workflow with the following levels in Workfront: Epics, Sprints, Stories, Subtasks.  Epics would be for larger categories of work over long periods of time (up to several months or more), Sprints would be 1-2 month efforts, Stories would be large chunks work within a Sprint, and sometimes we need to add sub tasks to a Story.  I can do this in WF, but only if I make the Epic level a Project in WF, and when I do that, I lose the ability to see all my Epics in one view (reporting doesn't support Agile views as far as I can tell).  I've also tried using the Agile Team and Iterations, but it seems like there are only 3 organizational levels (Iteration, Story, SubTask--projects aren't easily viewed).  Has anyone out there set up their Agile with Epics, Sprints, Stories, Subtasks, and would you be willing to share with me some info about how you're managing it?  Thank you for any suggestions you can provide.

Adobe Analytics recently released Folders on the Workspace screen, which is a useful way of organising projects. A similar feature in the Target UI, which is basically Folders for activities would be a great feature. The existing filters are somewhat useful but it would be helpful to have the ability to create and nest folders so activities can be organised by internal things like product, brand, stakeholder group, financial year, quarter etc. Workspaces is not the right solution for this as we use them for clientside, serverside, sandbox etc. We already use a descriptive naming convention for our activities but dozens of them are getting difficult to manage.

In Adobe ES4, truststore certficate is going to be expire on upcoiming January 8, 2023. Looks like it's a Adobe Root cert, I never updated any cert in Adobe ES4 since installation. How can I get a new Adobe Root CA? Hi all,   Just wondering if you know what does the Adobe Analytics segment "Visits from Natural Search" mean? Does it refer to organic searches? It’s definition is Visits where Paid Search = Natural. Wanted more understanding on this segment.   Many thanks! Kind regards Jenny

Adobe Analytics documentation says a new visit is calculated when: 2500 hits: If a user generates a large number of hits without starting a new session, a new visit is counted after 2500 image requests. Is this specifically image requests or all hits? It is hard to tell in this statement above.   Can someone help clarify?    

Hi all,   I have been searching hi and low for a solution and haven't come across one yet.    I am being asked to exclude leads from receiving an email that has downloaded specific content in the past. I tried creating a smart list to see if it would populate leads but I don't see rules for downloads or anything like that. I see that there is a clicked-linked or filled-out form. (For reference they must fill out a form to download a specific content. However, we use a master form for it all).   The content download is a PDF in our design studio under images, but that link doesn't appear in the dropdown for the "Clicked link" filter. Is there a different way to do this? Anything helps! Thank you in advance!

Hello all, We're finalizing a project to move all customer data to Custom Objects, and one scenario has me a bit stuck. We have an object called "Accounts" that has a fair number of fields for customer account data. There is typically more than one account per Lead (obviously).   The struggle is - we send out a monthly email if customers are not meeting criteria for a certain account. Some customers may have more than one account and need an email for each account missing criteria.   Each account has a unique Account ID to tie the necessary information to the right account, but how would I approach a velocity script that basically goes:   01) Look for Account ID 02) Look at Product Description to match X or X 03) Look at three criteria fields and check for FALSE 04) Push the True/False values in a Token 04) Pull in the Last 4 of Account into a Token   Just not sure how to approach Marketo seeing each account as it's own thing.
