Dear Community members,Hope you all are doing great!I have setup a new AEM 6.5 and installed the service pack 5. Because my project has a dependency on ACS Commons, I have installed that as well(V4.8). My machine has Java 11 configured. After creating a fresh instance and installing all the packages(Service pack and ACS Commons), I'm seeing a very strange behavior. I hit http://localhost:4502/and it takes me to http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/core/content/login.html?resource=%2F&$$login$$=%24%24login%24%24&j_reason=unknown&j_reason_code=unknown and shows a blank page. I'm not even able to go to crx/de or /system/console or any page afterwards. I wanted to reach out to you to know if there is a way to add more plugins to a Multi Line Text (RTE) in a Content Fragment. I noticed that by default the Multi Line Text comes with a limited set of plugins and missing some of the plugins like "Source Edit" plugin and a few others. One of our clients need those extra plugins and I could not find any official documentation by Adobe where it explains how we can configure more plugins. Is there a reason to provide only a  certain set of plugins? Or is it on Adobe's roadmap to provide a configuration for it in the future?   I noticed that there is a blog which explains how to include some clientlibs to add more plugins, but as this is not official documentation by Adobe, I was not sure if we should go ahead and do what the blog says. Hi all, I am using image v3 component (aem core components v2.19.2) and created a custom image component based on the same. The OOTB AdaptiveImageServlet is loading the image renditions in the below URL format,    Author: /content/<project_path>/<page_path>/<component_path>/<component_name>.coreimg.<quality>.<width>.<extension>/<timestamp>/<filename>.<extension> Publish: /content/<project_path>/<page_path>/<component_path>/<component_name>.coreimg.<quality>.<width>.<extension>/<timestamp>/<filename>.<extension> Because of the above implementation and the website sling mapping to shorten the URLs, the image paths are also shortened. So the images are not being displayed in publisher. Hi, community, I have lists of products (offline store data) that are the best selling in different cities. for example for city A, I have a list of 20 products, for city B, another 20 products this list gets refreshed on a weekly or monthly basis. How can I use this offline data and create different recommendations like top sellers in city A (visible to only city A people), top sellers in city B (visible to only city B people), and so on?   Thanks in advance.

I have a use-case where an email address may be required in two org units. The org units are setup so that Adobe users will only be able to send emails to people in their org units. Is there a way to get the email address in two org units if I am not using a list. I don't want to use lists as these emails are for internal use and we don't want the unsubscribe functionality, but I think it may be the only way to get an email address into the system twice. Are there any other solutions?

Hi Team,   In our recommendation activity, I can see the data is present in the download data.  But in the activity response I see this in trace:   { "response" : { "node" : "r3edge-0", "status" : { "code" : "NO_CONTENT", "details" : "" } }}   I can also see in the response: { "Breakdown of Recommendations" : { "Recommendations due to Criterion moreFromxxx" : [ "OFF-66058", "OFF-69167", "OFF-66068" ] }\n}   The collection that activity is using has only three offers [ "OFF-66058", "OFF-69167", "OFF-66068" ]    So wanted to know what could be the probable reason for NO_CONTENT in the response.   Any help on this would be really helpful.

Hi    I will need some input over this issue when I am using wcm/foundation/components/parsys in my template that's extending mcm/campaign/components/campaign_newsletterpage component. I am not able to see the allowed components in my template structure properly its showing me the allowed components overlapped by the placeholders and I unable to edit component policies.

Hello,   If I have existing pages I know longer want to be accessible by google I have a few options.   1) Implement 301 redirects from old URL to new ones.  2) Select the 'hide page from search engines' in properties. 3) Remove page from Sitemap - but leave published.    If I do not put in 301 redirects and just select tick box to hide from search engines and sitemap, will this create 404 errors or will Google simply start to ignore pages and stop listing in SERPs?   Thanks

In ACS how can we show personalized products based on products owned by customers?  E.g.: We have 3 different products and each product has recommended products. How can we show customers via email campaign the relevant recommended products based on the products they own?
