The problem is that the contacts can be within several of the campaigns, so the contact can be duplicated several times, so the problem I see is that only the first contact receives the first campaign where the contact appears and the rest do not. I have tried with all the resources that you comment, but I have not been able to find the solution . The ideal scenario: A single database, with several campaigns, contacts and dynamic fields. Hi Experts,   Documentation for Adobe campaign is very different then AEM documentation regarding oracle java support.  Client is seeking clarification on alignment.  AEM documentation is clear that client can use oracle java with AEM without a need to have a contract with oracle directly.    https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/assets/adobe-oracle-java-license-agreement.pdf?lang=en   Client wants to confirm if the same holds true for Adobe Campaign, can they continue to use Oraclejava without having any direct contract with Oracle as well?    Reason for this clarification is that they have a mandate to move out of Oracle java and move to Open JDK.

Hi... I have a query related to Salesforce-Marketo Sync. The question is not about how duplicate leads get generated or source. What I am asking is that with Salesforce-Marketo Sync in place duplicate from CRM to Marketo will happen. What are the various ways of handling these duplicates. I mean workflow in CRM or Triggers in Marketo. Is there a way to prevent them.

Hello,   I'm facing follwing situation: I have two different users. Let's say user "A" is menber of ldab goup "UserGroupA" and "DifferentGroupS-A". User "B" is member of ldap "UserGroupB" and "CompleteDifferentOtherGroupS". The effect is, checking the users membership needs different queries.  For this reason, I have created two configuration bundles (Default Sync Handler, Ldap identiy provider and External login module). When I tried to login to instance the CMS executed only one query, depends on saved order. The effect is one user cannot be logged in.   My question: How can I solve this issue without combining the queries?

Hi Team,I am having a requirement where I have to send the request back to Reviewer Step (Approve/Reject Content Publish) from my current step in my workflow model. Currently I am seeing an option of Reviewer step (Approve/Reject Content Publish) in the OOB Goto Step (Resend for Approval) but even after selecting it the workflow seems to terminate instead of taking me to the Participant step (Reviewer)

Hello All,   My client has created an "Is Email suppressed" checkbox and "Suppression Reason" fields into their SF privacy protal page. I just wanted to know do we have any triggered logic that can be created in Marketo to check the Email suppression, which can be mapped to the newly created SF fields ?  

When I click through from an email, should then the query string be present in the display url in the browser for analytics to capture it? When I click through on the same link sometimes the tracking code parameters appear in the display url and sometimes I briefly see it (it flickers) before it just shows the url without the campaign query string. In the latter case I when I look at adobe experience platform debugger I do not see see the campaign variable.

Hello-   I have a table that shows search terms by visits and conversion. I would like to only show a table with terms that have at least 100 visits and conversion < x I tried the following formula: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/calculated-metrics/calcmetric-workflow/cm-weighted-metric.html?lang=en   But I cannot remove the zeros from the table. The issue is I want to export a table of 400 keywords with low conversion but high visits.

Hi, I have a segment that I use quarterly to pull performance metrics for a particular audience type (the audience  is based on behaviour). I recently updated it but, **bleep**ly, didn't note down the original set-up. What I though was a small change (adding in a few new URLs) that shouldn't have affected old data has completely changed the results if I pull past quarters. I've tried recreating the original segment but everything I try doesn't match.  Could anything other than the segment update be affecting these results? i.e. cookies? Is there anyway to access past iterations of this segment? Thanks,

Hi, I am trying to implement show hide on dropdown which is present inside the multifield. I have Option1 (Enables 2 text field both required), Option 2 (Enables 1 Text Field required), Both (Enables 3 textfield which all required).   I tried these js, but field which are required need an entry even though I kept it inside the well. Hi Everyone, We have implemented facebook pixels for our website and it was working fine earlier. When we check today, all custom pixels and standard (addtocart, view content etc.,) fired perfectly fine except facebook pageview. We couldn't see the pageview pixel in network tab and omnibug. In facebook pixel helper extension, it was showing as in below screenshot. URL called is just "https://www.facebook.com/tr/" without event and id information. Has anyone faced the same issue? Wanted to know if there is anything that needs to be corrected to make it fire properly. Please advise.    

All,    I've asked this question before in a previous post, and never really got a good answer. Here's my dilemma:  I'm creating a process that will convert a numeric into a string, where I format it to look like Currency (the Format Currency function in ACC does not work). So I create the following JS to perform this function, and to write out the data. The issue is, the data is being converted in the Script, but not posting to the field.     I used an Enrichment prior to this script where I define the Currency field as NULL, and now I'm trying to populate the field with the var usd I create; but it returns NULL values.    All this because I need the Currency field to appear with Commas. And using any of the OOTB Adobe functions to convert my numeric to String removes the Commas.    What am I missing?

Eg:/sites.html/content/{project-name}/us/en/page Once you select any page you will see live copies option on the left panel. Then just select the Live copies option. From there, check the bottom of the left panel where “Live Copy Overview” button is present. Just click on it and you will redirect on required console. Hi everyone,   This might be a dumb question but I want to run it by others here before forging ahead.   We send a birthday email to all employees on the day of their birthday.    The logic we use is simple: The only problem is that because the campaign is based on my local time (MST), for our India employees, the email is getting to them the day after their birthday.   The fix I'm thinking of for our India employees is to set up a new, separate campaign for them using this SL logic:     Any reason why this wouldn't work?   Thank you! We had a field with the onboarding date for clients that we couldn't use for our renewal campaign because the dates were in the past, so we created a month field and I was hoping to use, We would have all the emails go out at the beginning of the renewal month. However, it looks like Marketo doesn't support using a month for wait steps and renewal campaigns. Has anyone had any luck with this, or do I need to have our IT create a field with the upcoming renewal date?   Also, I have seem some dated examples of renewal campaigns, but if someone has a recent example, I would love to see it--thanks!  

We capture user page scroll activities in an event - as a user scrolls down a page, upon reaching a a block of content's CTA, that event fires in a none page view server call.  IE, if you scroll down the full page, that event will sequentially be captured each time to you see more content/CTAs further down the page.  I am trying to create segments that essentially 'bucket' these events in groups, such as between 0 and 3, 4 to 6, 7 - 10, 11+.  I would have thought this would be as simple as creating a segment that specifies event x is equal or greater than 0 AND less than 4, another that was  event x is equal or greater than 4 AND less than 7,  event x is equal or greater than 7 AND less than 11, and  event x is equal or greater than 11.  Unfortunately, it appears that all user scroll activity gets subsumed under the first segment regardless of the actual event x values.  Not sure why this doesn't work as expected . . .

Hi, We are trying to figure the best way to see “upcoming projects” in Workfront (WF). Our planners want to wait to create the project in WF until they have all the project details; so instead of using WF to see all projects; they use alternative tools such as Excel.To help the planners have visibility into upcoming projects; we suggested creating a general project which will be called something along the lines of “Brand X_2023_UPCOMING PROJECTS” and add any upcoming projects as tasks in this project.As an example:Task 1 –  Animated banners – Coming in next two weeksTask 2 – Tweaks to website – Waiting on to confirm will know by ...Task 3 –  Static posts- waiting on briefWe wanted to ask if there is another way of doing this and what others are doing to address this.Thank you.

The component is not editable and we are able to open the dialog only from Side Panel -> Content Tree. Please see the attached screenshot. Can someone tell me what could be the issue?   

I've read thru multiple responses and even attempted to create a Project to be used by our Brand Team (Worker license) but they still do not have the ability to update tasks (unless they are assigned to it by me in advance), create their own tasks, add dates, add hours etc.  I've checked their license and I can not give them all an Admin access.     Is there a way to  have a Misc. Project created for the team that will gather all the Misc. Work being completed on the same document?  Do I need to create a Project to be used as a template with a ton of random blank tasks assigned to them so they can see it and update it?   Do I need to create them each a separate Misc Project, but they won't be able to make any changes to it.   IDK   This would make no sense since they can't update any dates, hours etc.   The Work license also does not allow them to create their own projects.       Everyone I have spoken
