Hello,I would like to ask if it is possible to manage passwords in Adobe Campaign Classic in a way that allows us to add some logic such as: Force the newly created user to enter their password on their first login. Establish a minimum security criteria for the creation of the user's password (length, upper/lower case, use of special characters, do not enter the user's own name in the pass, do not set previous passwords...). Account blocking after a maximum number of failed login attempts. Force change of passwords after certain periods of time.  Have a log of login/logout performed. Thx!!!

Hi All,  How can we retrieve any information about deleted data in a folder in Adobe cloud services.  Our business team is reporting that they created content fragment model in the /content/dam/abc location, but the are not available now.  The models that were created 6 months ago are available, but the ones created last month are not.  We have not made any changes to the content through the package manager or CICD pipeline.  Any informatin please, that can help in solving the mystery?   Thanks

Good day everyone! We have been exporting individual program reports to combine this with data that is outside of Marketo. This obviously isn't scaling super well as our activities grow.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create a centralized report showing all program engagements and associated program status values (and the program name) that occurred in a date range. This would provide us with a single report to export.

Hi community! We need to retrieve old Reports & Analytics dashboards basic informacion, like owner and shares. Adobe will discontinue those dasboards and we need to take action with the users using them. We found in UI the owner of the dasboard, but we would like to have more information like who users are they share with. Before, for other porpouses, we have extracted information for Dashboard Projects (new format) through API, but we don't find any similar option for old dasboards in API (https://adobedocs.github.io/analytics-2.0-apis/#/). I am trying to copy asset Publish URL. I tried below steps and getting empty instead of pubish url.   I am using AEM version: 6.5.12.0 and ACS commons: 5.1.2   Copy Publish URL toolEnabled via CopyAssetPublishUrlFeature and externalized is configured with publish domain.When I try to get the publish URL of an activated asset, the URL is empty, cannot copy anything.    Steps to reproduce. Activate tool via com.adobe.acs.commons.dam.impl.CopyAssetPublishUrlFeature Have publish host configured in externalizer Publish asset  Go to props of that asset  Copy Publish URL button is visible Click on Copy Publish URL Publish URL is empty   Can someone please suggest how to resolve this issue   Thanks

Thanks in Advance.  Now I've a problem to solve.    We have to export the Experience Fragment as HTML. I know the the OOB functionality is there, using .plain selector. I need to satisfy certain conditions here.    1. I don't want the enter xf page need to export(exclude <html>,<head> etc). Only the div. I know we can use either bdoy.html for that purpose. But body.html is not giving externalized path, means the css and js are calling via relative path, Not full path. 2. I need to have the fullpath for all resources like css,js,image etc.   Do we have any solution to achieve this?

All process events are tracked, but the  last step when user completes the purchase is not reflecting in reports. Are there more variables to choose from other than the ones provided on Destination Macros Defined ?It would be nice to have the name of the segment rather than the id. I could stand up multiple Custom Destinations URLs to help match the Audience Lab split, however, I think it would be cleaner to have the segment (% split) names push to the destination.

Hi Team,   As per my understanding  - order id, order total & productPurchaseID , these three fields could be send to Target through orderConfirmMbox. For our requirement we also need additional info like "discountApplied"  to be passed in the mbox. So can I pass that like this : orderId : transactionID|discountApplied   So wanted to ask if it could impact the Top Sellers at Target end? I mean can I pass other info in the orderId value using "|" ? My fear is it may not impact the Top Sellers algorithm of the recommendation.

I am hoping someone might have some ideas that I'm overlooking. I have custom templates that a team admin in my company has created in the past. The current team admin wants to deprecate some of these templates and migrate info tied to the old ones onto the new. I want to update a view on a custom report I have, or possibly build a report to see where these templates are being used, but when I go to build a new report or view, I can't seem to find these templates in the dropdown under Templates. I can find a host of others, but not the ones I'm looking for. Is this normal, or is there something else that I need to look at? Or is it even possible to find these templates through a report or view?   Thank you for any help that you can provide.

I have 2 service teams that work with the same customers, but sometimes we don't. Team A wants to be notified of work that just belongs to them, AND the shared work. Team B wants to be notified of work that just belongs to them AND the shared work. We'd like for the customer to be able to fill out forms for shared work in the same request.    Is this possible in Workfront? Can queue topics and routing rules to populate the request with the applicable forms and route to either one or both teams?    Thanks in advance

Hi All,   New to Marketo.  I have what I imagine is a very basic question.  We have a nurture program running every week on Thursdays at 9am ET with 1 stream.  I sent the first cast February 7 based on a smart list - so all current members will receive email 1.   My sales ops team will be sending an import of net new leads to run through the program cadence.  I plan to use a static list to import these leads and a smart campaign to add them to stream 1.    My question is, if I add them on a Friday, will they be included in the cast on the next Thursday?  And if so, will Marketo know that they haven't received the first email and send the first email in the stream?  Thanks in advance!

Microsoft Outlook underwent an update on the 19th. Now, the 2 column module in my emails is not responding as it should on the latest version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac desktop (blocs should be side by side, not one above each other). I'm wondering if anyone has also experienced this as of late? If so, what is the solve you found?

Hi Team, Need assistance with this. There is salesforce integration  and it is estimated around 180000 contacts entering salesforce this week; so what are the things that needs to be done on marketo side. I can create a report to see if all of those contacts are synced to Marketo post integration; any things else to watch out for or anything that needs to done.   Thanks, Deepthi.
