We want to create a model where, for a lead or contact, after a period of inactivity (90 days), Last touch gets set as the first thing they do to re-engage and then it gets set for another 3 month, after which last touch expires.   Anyone know if that is possible?

Hello, I have admin privileges on each of our products in Adobe (Assets, Dynamic Media, etc.). But even that fact, I cannot log in to the desktop app :  I found an article in Adobe tutorials that I should ask "Dynamic Media administrator" for access. Okay - I'm the Dynamic Media administrator, but I cannot answer this question. How should I access it there? The person who was using it before - no longer work in the company.    Any ideas? I will be grateful for your help!   

Hi Team,I have a requirement where I need to export XF as an HTML. I have tried using the plain selector on the publish instance. It seems to be working but it's not rendering the custom HTML markup that i have added (eg. I am using <header>) on the page. Is there any configuration where I can add the custom HTML tags?I am unable to find 'Experience Fragments HTML rendering output processor' this configuration on AEM as a cloud service?Reference I used for implementation: AEM Experience Fragments: Consuming Outside AEM (exadel.com)

What is the proper way to unit test QueryBuilder and Query?  Can I feed in mock data to the AemContext and have QueryBuilder execute against it?   Are there any examples or best practices that can be followed?

I want to delete from a schema abcMySchema.  In this schema I am storing the Label of the workflow: MyWorkflow. I have added a SQL Code Action: DELETE FROM abcMySchema WHERE sWorkflowName = <%= instance.label %>;   I am getting the following errors: PGS-22000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: column "myworkflow" does not exist... WDB-200001 SQL statement 'DELETE FROM abcMySchema WHERE sWorkflowName = MyWorkflow' could not be executed.   I can hardcode the value WHERE sWorkflowName = 'MyWorkflow' and the query runs and deletes the associated records.   How do you use the dropdown instance > label in a query?  

Hello!  I'm attempting to modify a currently existing form, hosted on a third party site, to require at least one checkbox be checked prior to submission. I have the code (pulled and modified from a VERY old discussion here on the boards) placed as a block of rich text at the bottom of the form. It's SO close to working. How can I export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer? It can be like a campaign or like a journey, but in the end export a txt or csv file.

I have tried keeping my OSGI cfg.json files under osgiconfig/config files for AEMenvironmentIndicator from acs commons. It is not getting configured properly, also environment specific folders kept under uiconfig/…/osgiconfig/         - - - config.author.dev         - - - config.author.prod          - - - config.author.stage    is also not getting picked up properly. I have already resarch on this discussion but no advance: Can Marketo handle duplicate email addresses for d... - Marketing Nation   We want to send several dynamic campaigns at the same time, uploading a single contact file to the database where we indicate the TAG (the campaign to send), the contacts and the dynamic fields. The problem is that the contacts can be within several of the campaigns, so the contact can be duplicated several times, so the problem I see is that only the first contact receives the first campaign where the contact appears and the rest do not. I have tried with all the resources that you comment, but I have not been able to find the solution . The ideal scenario: A single database, with several campaigns, contacts and dynamic fields. Hi Experts,   Documentation for Adobe campaign is very different then AEM documentation regarding oracle java support.  Client is seeking clarification on alignment.  AEM documentation is clear that client can use oracle java with AEM without a need to have a contract with oracle directly.    https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/assets/adobe-oracle-java-license-agreement.pdf?lang=en   Client wants to confirm if the same holds true for Adobe Campaign, can they continue to use Oraclejava without having any direct contract with Oracle as well?    Reason for this clarification is that they have a mandate to move out of Oracle java and move to Open JDK.

Hi... I have a query related to Salesforce-Marketo Sync. The question is not about how duplicate leads get generated or source. What I am asking is that with Salesforce-Marketo Sync in place duplicate from CRM to Marketo will happen. What are the various ways of handling these duplicates. I mean workflow in CRM or Triggers in Marketo. Is there a way to prevent them.

Hello,   I'm facing follwing situation: I have two different users. Let's say user "A" is menber of ldab goup "UserGroupA" and "DifferentGroupS-A". User "B" is member of ldap "UserGroupB" and "CompleteDifferentOtherGroupS". The effect is, checking the users membership needs different queries.  For this reason, I have created two configuration bundles (Default Sync Handler, Ldap identiy provider and External login module). When I tried to login to instance the CMS executed only one query, depends on saved order. The effect is one user cannot be logged in.   My question: How can I solve this issue without combining the queries?

Hi Team,I am having a requirement where I have to send the request back to Reviewer Step (Approve/Reject Content Publish) from my current step in my workflow model. Currently I am seeing an option of Reviewer step (Approve/Reject Content Publish) in the OOB Goto Step (Resend for Approval) but even after selecting it the workflow seems to terminate instead of taking me to the Participant step (Reviewer)

Hello All,   My client has created an "Is Email suppressed" checkbox and "Suppression Reason" fields into their SF privacy protal page. I just wanted to know do we have any triggered logic that can be created in Marketo to check the Email suppression, which can be mapped to the newly created SF fields ?  

When I click through from an email, should then the query string be present in the display url in the browser for analytics to capture it? When I click through on the same link sometimes the tracking code parameters appear in the display url and sometimes I briefly see it (it flickers) before it just shows the url without the campaign query string. In the latter case I when I look at adobe experience platform debugger I do not see see the campaign variable.

Hello-   I have a table that shows search terms by visits and conversion. I would like to only show a table with terms that have at least 100 visits and conversion < x I tried the following formula: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/calculated-metrics/calcmetric-workflow/cm-weighted-metric.html?lang=en   But I cannot remove the zeros from the table. The issue is I want to export a table of 400 keywords with low conversion but high visits.

Hi, I have a segment that I use quarterly to pull performance metrics for a particular audience type (the audience  is based on behaviour). I recently updated it but, **bleep**ly, didn't note down the original set-up. What I though was a small change (adding in a few new URLs) that shouldn't have affected old data has completely changed the results if I pull past quarters. I've tried recreating the original segment but everything I try doesn't match.  Could anything other than the segment update be affecting these results? i.e. cookies? Is there anyway to access past iterations of this segment? Thanks,
