Hello Everyone! today i need to do this, and I hope you than help me think it clearly. I have a long database... what I wanna do is that if the user in my database, has a special field completed with data. I show one snippet. But if that special field is empty, to show another snippet. Is it possible? Another thing is that every snippet has dynamic info from the same database.    Can I do this with marketo?    Thanks!

We're looking for a unique ID that could be generated and captured at the time of a Marketo form submission. That unique ID would be passed to Facebook via the Facebook conversion script pixel that fires when the form is submitted. The unique identifier cannot contain personally identifiable information (PII). We are integrating CAPI through Zapier.   Does anyone know how we can go about achieving this? Edit: We are open to any server-side solutions as well. 

Hi - I am fairly new to Workfront.  I created a custom form and attached it to a task.  It has a text field in it that the owner will fill in, and I want that text to be seen in the project view, where all the tasks are visible.  I added that custom text field to the project view, but it just shows as blank, even though the text is in the field when I go look at the task itself.  Any help??  Thank you!!

I am afraid to loss historic data. I currently have 3 marketing channels: Paid Search, Display, Paid Social Networks (see image) with rules attached to them which I need to combine them to one new Marketing Channel called Paid Media. How will be the best way to go about it? I was thinking about renaming Paid Search to Paid Media, leaving the other two channels but changing their rules to (see image where I was thinking of updating): Set the channel’s value to “Query String Parameter = Paid Media” Any thoughts?

This engagement program is built with multiple streams and one content piece per stream.  The transition is based on whenever the email in the prior stream is delivered.     Here’s how things are working right now. A recurring batch smart campaign adds people to this engagement program in 01 01 sends email whenever the cast is due - which is every two weeks People qualify for 02 when the email in 01 delivers (transition rules)   But we need to change this to the following. People who qualify till the time of cast for 01, need to get the email within the week. Currently, if the cast of 01 is not due this week, people who qualify this week will get the email in 01 next week. People who qualify for 02, need to have a delay of at least one week, but maximum of two weeks. I have a multi-page pdf which I am linking to from my marketo email. The pdf is stored in marketo. I have added #page=2 following .pdf of the url in the html code for the link. This works great on laptops but not on mobile devices. On both an iPhone or a Samsung, instead of landing on page 2 of the pdf (as I do on a laptop) I land on page 1 -- as if #page=2 was not in the link. Does anyone know a way to make this work on mobile devices?

I have a pathfield where I am allowing the user to select one or more templates in my site:   <templates jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/pathfield" emptyText="Optional template(s) to filter results by" fieldDescription="One or more templates which optionally filter the returned results." fieldLabel="Templates" filter="hierarchyNotFile" multiple="{Boolean}true" name="./templates" rootPath="/conf/mysite/settings/wcm/templates"/>   The idea is that I want the content author to be able to select one or more templates that I will perform some logic off of.   Is there a way that I can restrict this selection to only instances of cq:Template? e.g., I do not want the user to be able to select the "Initial" or "Structure" nodes, only the root page template nodes.

Since the integration we are receiving a "Google Ads Warning" the error logs consist of the following errors:   1) EXPIRED_EVENT 2) CLICK_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS   "We did check with the google team on this and this was their response.   For your follow-up question on the CLICK_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS issue, only the first upload should be counted. The use case: We have desktop publishers that get data from multiple reporting sources. Those sources each have a task, and the desktop publisher task has two predecessors. We currently have our user dashboards filtered on the "Can Start" feature, which works for almost every team except this one.   I doubt there's a way to do this, but there may be a data point I'm not aware of or textmode code that will help filter on this condition in a report: "Show me all tasks where at least one predecessor has completed".   Thanks in advance!

I'm really new Workfront and still finding my feet. Can anyone advise how best to flag our newly created projects as either Internal or External. I would like to be able to filter at the end of the year to see how many of each event type we delivered. I am thinking it must be done when creating a new project but i can't see that option with what we have set up currently. Could a custom form be created just for that and how could i report on event type? Any help appreciated!

I'm trying to setup a few Reminder notifications with custom HTML email templates. I can get the notifications setup and assigned to that tasks, but when I try to create an email template, I cannot save it. I click the save button but nothing happens. Anybody else had this issue? Anybody have a fix?

we have around 20 devs, but only the 2 system admins can view the pipelines and download the logs for failed builds.   In the AEM Admin console, you can only assign two product profiles for each env, "AEM Administrators" and "AEM Users".   There doesn't seem to be any profile or permission to access more than the author and publish UIS, other than to give them full "system administrator" or "support administrator" admin rights to the whole of the admin console (and thus be able to add users etc)   Also, most of our developers were added as users.  we don't know what the difference is between a user user and a developer user, but there seems to be no way to move one to the other. If you delete the user from users, you cannot then add them later as developer - the save button is permanently greyed out for this user.  The only option seems to be to setup a second email address, which is expensive.   We created a user group called "developers", and we notice t

We have created a proxy component which inherits from Dynamic media(OOTB). The issue is when the author/user tries to author video to the proxy component, the proxy component is getting replaced with OOTB Dynamic media component.Let me know if you have a solution for this issue or if you wanted to discuss more about the issue.

Can anybody hlp in understanding what are processing profiles and use the use of XMP writeback workflow? Why do we need this workflow? Can I disable it compeletely or for a path, say /content/dam(?!/XXXX/us/en/documents)(/.*)/jcr:content/metadata? what are the implications? This workflow also updates last modified date, so wont that conflict with other workflow named DAM Set last modified date? ANy detailed explanation fothese workflows is appreciated?

Is there a way to proof emails in Workfront either through Marketo or by a .msg or .eml file? All the posts I've seen are years old, and I'm hoping that since Marketo and Workfront are both Adobe there is a fix for this or something on the timeline to make this happen. Clearly, Adobe understands the value of Email Marketing & Email Nurtures since they purchased Marketo, as well as the lifecycle of a campaign from creation to completion, so I'm surprised by the big miss here on reviewing emails with the ability to make comments, etc. Sure there's Litmus but that's really for testing delivery within mail clients and views - not for true proofing. Yes, you can export/save as pdf or jpeg - but this isn't as easy for PC users and when your volume is massive it just becomes a bottleneck.Like if you agree - maybe we can get some traction if this isn't already on the feature wishlist.   Cheers!

I only see option to add & copy any policy there. Moreover if an author selects the policy and want to remove there is no way to do in the UI itself. Since crxde is not accessible for higher environments, what way could this issue be resolved?

Hi, we have a AEM adaptive form in 6.5.8, everything works fine on dev. But when we package everything and deployed to PROD, the header defined in form tempate shows up at the bottom of the form. We compared the content.xml line by line for all the forms/fragments/folders, other than replication status and jcr:uuid, everything is the same. Any idea? See images attached. On our dev, you can see the header is showing correctly: On PROD, you can see the header defined in the form editable template went to bottom.

We have tried to setup the dispatcher for the AEM SPA Journal Project.In the Apache, we have done the rewrite to short the urls to hide the content hierarchy.http://localhost/content/we-retail-journal/react/en/home.html to http://localhost/react/en/home.html Only with the /content the react application is working and in the XHR there is only one call for model.json And with the short url we are getting the two model.json calls that are  What steps needed  in the AEM SPA dispatcher setup to hide the /content  hierarchy? 

  Hi I am trying to start a workflow with the help of launcher but only for the images inside abc-cropping folder.As in the below String (3 sub folders) bold part is not static, it is differnt for differnt country and regions but abc-cropping is static and is present inside same level hierarchy so tyring with regular expression in the below mentiond path.   String - /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary/india/scm-mumbai/1_2345/abc-cropping path - /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary(/.*)/abc-cropping   but it's not working, when i am workig trying with   /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary(/.*), workflow is getting triggered on all the assets inside any sub folder of temporary. But we want to triger workflow only on the assets inside abc-cropping folder using launcher.Please guide valid path(regular expression) for the above String.   Thanks.
