We currently run many projects where we invoice to clients via a separate process, outside of Workfront. All time that is logged against the respective tasks is rounded up to the nearest half-day, to mitigate the various team meetings and impromptu tasks that might occur throughout the day. Is there a way to automate this within Workfront?   Essentially, I'd like to be able to see the actual hours for a task, whereby, on each day, time entered for the particular project is rounded up to the nearest half-day (for us, this being 3.75 or 7.5 hours).   Is there a way this could work?   Thanks,   Alex

hi ,   I supertyped List component and created a new component with new option "Custom List".   Out of the box "fixed list" links have ".html" extension, where as custom option, model I created does not generate ".html" extension.   Question: what is the best way to generate .html extension (Is it using Externalizer ? but it doesn't seem to generate .html extension )   NOTE: I have some external URLs such as https://somesite.com/financial-information/quarterly-results which should not get .html extension but only pages /content/myaemsite pages should get .html extension   Do I need to write any linktransformer implementation and rewriter osgi config ?   I tried to look into https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/blob/d3d89a177d9a5095a648484a1b00d2046e73ce27/bundles/core/src/main/java/com/adobe/cq/wcm/core/components/internal/link/LinkManagerImpl.java to see how aem core components doing but could not get to the bottom of it.   &nb

I am trying to create what I thought was a simple nested IF statement calculation to populate one choice if one or more options of a multi-select field are selected, another is displayed if different options are selected and both are displayed if there is overlap.  The quick example I started with is below. This may be a relatively easy solution but I'm relatively new to WF and it's stumping me at the moment.I working on creating a template and I need to make a task start 5 days after the project is opened. This task doesn't have a predecessor so I can't  just +5d off a previous task. I just need it to start later than the other tasks in the project. Is there a simple way of doing this that I'm just over looking?

I want to build several segmentation services and I have some questions about processing duration and time point. For batch segment, according to the document, the batch segment will be activated every 24 hours. Is that possible to activate the segment to destination in a rapid frequency, such as every per 3 hours? Also, how to determine the timepoint that downstream will receive the segment? Is there any other ways to activate the segment faster? How long does it for one row of event data from being ingested by webSDK/API to being activated to downstream in streaming segment?  If the actual destination is required for discussion, we can talk based on google Ads.

Hi everyone,   I was trying to build a Project report and I am stuck with the filter setup. I wanted the report to show all the projects which are converted from a particular issue that has a particular custom form attached to it (so Category ID on Issue level).   Obviously if the category ID is on the Project level the filter would be as simple as this (as an example):   categoryID=621c0f4900578449d236e5af083ff993categoryID_Mod=in etc.   What I am struggling with is how to get to Category ID which is on the issue level from Project.    Thanks a lot!

I tried to remove campaign members from the flow, but with the campaign being deactivated, it won't allow me to select the campaign. What do I need to do to make sure no more emails are sent from this campaign?   Thank you!

We are trying to use the 'visid' field (concatenation of post_visid_high, post_visid_low) in client side for integration.The post_visid_type field's value in data feeds is 5, indicating that the visid is the 'mid', but when we check the value of mcvisid in our data feeds / the mid field in Adobe debugger, we see that the values are different from the 'visid' field.Why is that so? Do we need to apply some kind of transformation on the mcvisid for the two values to match?

Hello,   I am building a component that dynamically creates a graphQL query based on the fragmentIds of content fragments.    The fragmentIds are entered through an AEM dialog.   I was wondering if there was a way to validate the input to see if the fragmentId exists within AEM before it is added to the AEM page.

In Workfront we have two fields on an intake (request) form: Tier and Project Type. The Project Type field needs to be limited as follows:   If Tier 1, Discovery or Creative can be chosen If Tier 2, Discovery or Creative can be chosen If Tier 3, Only Creative can be chosen If Tier 4, Only Creative can be chosen   To try to implement this, we have set the default value of Project Type to "Creative" and set it's visibility to only show up if Tier 1 or Tier 2 is selected. For the most part this works. If someone selects Tier 3 or Tier 4, the Project Type field does not appear and is defaulted to "Creative". If someone selects Tier 1 or Tier 2, the Project Type field appears (defaulted to "Creative") but they are able to change the selection to "Discovery".   The problem we're running into is that someone can choose Tier 1 or Tier 2 to make the Project Type field appear, change the Project Type to "Discovery", then change the tier to either Tier 3 or Tier 4. In our sandbox environment I am testing AJO journeys using test profiles created by uploading CSV files with user profile attributes. In the schema used for this, there are fields marked as identities for email address, phone number, loyaltyID, and ECID - all with the correct namespaces. All test profiles are also marked as testProfile = true.      During the data ingestion process I mapped the CSV fields to the appropriate schema fields and created a new dataset. When validating the attributes of the profile that I uploaded using Profiles->Browse I see that all identity fields were automatically assigned to an identityMap namespace except ECID. I attempted to delete and recreate the dataset and the same behavior was observed.   Is the non auto-mapping of ECID a known functionality or is there some step in the process I have missed?  

I would like to add a few key fields in sending logs. So I would like to know whether we can be able to extend the sending logs with Profile schema to view those fields like FN, LN, Tel, etc., or not? If yes, how to do it? Please advice.   Thanks in advance.

I am working on a AEM dialog multifield granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield component.One multifield contains 15 elements, for examlpe: textarea, checkbox, pathfield, fileupload, textfield, datepicker. When a certain amount of multifields is reached for example if multifield has 15 nested elements then I can create only 76 multifields. After 76 multifields the 'Add button' disappears and after deleting an element, the element is removed but there are still 76 elements in the list and the add button does not appear.    is there a way to create more multifield with nested elements?

We use our Web Application pages primarily for legal pages, and was wondering if there is a customized report or workflow we can enable that would allow us to track the total number of clicks on each web application for the month. Hi,   I have a Custom component that includes a custom Rich Text Editor component using granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/include.   The RTE has a property required=true(Boolean) which is inherited in my Custom component on include.   But in custom component the RTE is not an required field.    Is there a way in which I can make this as non mandatory in my custom component.   Thanks

Hello,   I'm baffled as to where the problem is within this email template.  It was working except on OL Office 365 Windows 10 so I tried to replace the button code because they don't render. All other clients look fine. Now I get invalid module #template-wrapper > center.   I've checked every center in the. I flattened the formatting and then let VS Code format to see if I am missing a tag. I can't find it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And if there is a better tool to check syntax, I would greatly appreciate a recommendation.   I'm including a link to the html file   Thank you, Dennis

Hey guys, just wanted to know something about AEM forms. Can we use the AEM forms functionality only over traditional development or also maybe in hybrid development? I don't think so it's possible in headless scenario. Could anyone please answer.
