I'm really new Workfront and still finding my feet. Can anyone advise how best to flag our newly created projects as either Internal or External. I would like to be able to filter at the end of the year to see how many of each event type we delivered. I am thinking it must be done when creating a new project but i can't see that option with what we have set up currently. Could a custom form be created just for that and how could i report on event type? Any help appreciated!

I'm trying to setup a few Reminder notifications with custom HTML email templates. I can get the notifications setup and assigned to that tasks, but when I try to create an email template, I cannot save it. I click the save button but nothing happens. Anybody else had this issue? Anybody have a fix?

I am having Adobe Analytics University Student access but i am not able find option Report Suite Manager inside Admin while using link  https://experience.adobe.com/#/@aauniversity/so:adobea8cf/analytics/spa/index.html#/admin does it required more access to see that ? where can i asked for access ?

we have around 20 devs, but only the 2 system admins can view the pipelines and download the logs for failed builds.   In the AEM Admin console, you can only assign two product profiles for each env, "AEM Administrators" and "AEM Users".   There doesn't seem to be any profile or permission to access more than the author and publish UIS, other than to give them full "system administrator" or "support administrator" admin rights to the whole of the admin console (and thus be able to add users etc)   Also, most of our developers were added as users.  we don't know what the difference is between a user user and a developer user, but there seems to be no way to move one to the other. If you delete the user from users, you cannot then add them later as developer - the save button is permanently greyed out for this user.  The only option seems to be to setup a second email address, which is expensive.   We created a user group called "developers", and we notice t

We have created a proxy component which inherits from Dynamic media(OOTB). The issue is when the author/user tries to author video to the proxy component, the proxy component is getting replaced with OOTB Dynamic media component.Let me know if you have a solution for this issue or if you wanted to discuss more about the issue.

Can anybody hlp in understanding what are processing profiles and use the use of XMP writeback workflow? Why do we need this workflow? Can I disable it compeletely or for a path, say /content/dam(?!/XXXX/us/en/documents)(/.*)/jcr:content/metadata? what are the implications? This workflow also updates last modified date, so wont that conflict with other workflow named DAM Set last modified date? ANy detailed explanation fothese workflows is appreciated?

Is there a way to proof emails in Workfront either through Marketo or by a .msg or .eml file? All the posts I've seen are years old, and I'm hoping that since Marketo and Workfront are both Adobe there is a fix for this or something on the timeline to make this happen. Clearly, Adobe understands the value of Email Marketing & Email Nurtures since they purchased Marketo, as well as the lifecycle of a campaign from creation to completion, so I'm surprised by the big miss here on reviewing emails with the ability to make comments, etc. Sure there's Litmus but that's really for testing delivery within mail clients and views - not for true proofing. Yes, you can export/save as pdf or jpeg - but this isn't as easy for PC users and when your volume is massive it just becomes a bottleneck.Like if you agree - maybe we can get some traction if this isn't already on the feature wishlist.   Cheers!

I only see option to add & copy any policy there. Moreover if an author selects the policy and want to remove there is no way to do in the UI itself. Since crxde is not accessible for higher environments, what way could this issue be resolved?

Hi, we have a AEM adaptive form in 6.5.8, everything works fine on dev. But when we package everything and deployed to PROD, the header defined in form tempate shows up at the bottom of the form. We compared the content.xml line by line for all the forms/fragments/folders, other than replication status and jcr:uuid, everything is the same. Any idea? See images attached. On our dev, you can see the header is showing correctly: On PROD, you can see the header defined in the form editable template went to bottom.

We have tried to setup the dispatcher for the AEM SPA Journal Project.In the Apache, we have done the rewrite to short the urls to hide the content hierarchy.http://localhost/content/we-retail-journal/react/en/home.html to http://localhost/react/en/home.html Only with the /content the react application is working and in the XHR there is only one call for model.json And with the short url we are getting the two model.json calls that are  What steps needed  in the AEM SPA dispatcher setup to hide the /content  hierarchy? 

  Hi I am trying to start a workflow with the help of launcher but only for the images inside abc-cropping folder.As in the below String (3 sub folders) bold part is not static, it is differnt for differnt country and regions but abc-cropping is static and is present inside same level hierarchy so tyring with regular expression in the below mentiond path.   String - /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary/india/scm-mumbai/1_2345/abc-cropping path - /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary(/.*)/abc-cropping   but it's not working, when i am workig trying with   /content/dam/xyzsite/products/temporary(/.*), workflow is getting triggered on all the assets inside any sub folder of temporary. But we want to triger workflow only on the assets inside abc-cropping folder using launcher.Please guide valid path(regular expression) for the above String.   Thanks.

We have several sites hosted in our AEM cloud instance. When we want to add a new site, we add the domain and SSL cert in the cloud manager, then we addnew vhosts file in dispatcher/src/conf.d/available_vhosts and a symbolic link in enabled_vhosts.  Thats it. We don't do anything with farms config.   Looking for documentation, there only seems to be one way to add new sites, using farms: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-dispatcher/using/configuring/dispatcher-domains.html?lang=en   The question is, 1. what are farms? 2. what are the pros/cons of using farms vs just vhosts? 3. why is the easy route to adding domains via a vhost file not documented?  I.e. is there a problem with using this method?          

Hello everyone, I am facing issue in merging two pdfs with assembler service using external data URLs in DDX, which is location of the PDF from my local file system.   I am following the below process: Environment details - AEM 6.5 (On-Premise) Forms-add-on package (adobe-aemfd-win-pkg-6.0.640.zip), OSGI forms & output service. The DDX  being used: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <DDX xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/DDX/1.0/"> <PDF result="AnAssemblyAlso"> <PDF source="C:\\DDX_PDF\\GeneratedPDF_modify_LocAdd.pdf" > <PDF source="C:\\DDX_PDF\\pdfB-MarketingContent.pdf"> </PDF> </DDX>   Created a servlet to merge the pdfs using the assembler service.           While testing via postman, getting null pointer exception.     Snippet of the log: Is this situation achievable? When I hit the delivery api for the server side recommendation activity I do not get any content in response. Hello, One of our supplier helping us to deploy Marketo used progressive profiling script from @sanfordwhiteman on our Website to get benefit from Progressive Profiling when Landing Page isn't hosted on Marketo. Progressive profiling is working fine when the contact is recognized. However, for unknown people reaching our form, we noticed a small issue related to predefined fields. Actually, we do have a field to select the country that is set to a predefined value. When person isn't known and recognized, the default value is removed. We did try to debug script to understand what is happening. In debug mode, we saw that at the begining of the display of the page, our default value for country is well displayed. However, later call of simpleDTO script is removing the value. We noticed that this happens at following steps in the script: MktoForms2.whenReady(function(form) { form.setValuesCoerced(mktoFields); });   Not sure if it is normal, so this is
