We are using an image map to define different areas of an image that link to different URLs. However, in our AJO email template, these URLs are not being tracked. Does AJO support tracking for image map links in emails?

Hi All,I'm currently working on cleaning up inactive users and groups from our system. However, before I go ahead and delete these I want to create a backup. Just in case there are any issues later then I can revert to this package to restore everything.I tried creating the backup using ACL Packager available as part of ACS commons and deployed that to my local in order to test it out. I used the "MergePreserve" option for Access Control Handling while deploying the package. However, I find a few properties missing here and there for all the user groups (attached screenshots).Higher environment:Local:Would really appreciate any suggestions for creating a complete backup of the users, groups and all their permissions. Thank youHarshita Malhotra  

I wanted to check the permissions of all my portfolios but there is no native field for such column. The one field which is giving me some data is - "Category - shared with". Is there anyone who has created such a report where one can see Portfolio name, Portfolio Manager, Group name and who all have access to the Portfolio (View/Manage)?

Hi folks,We recently migrated our app's Adobe Analytics implementation from the legacy Adobe Mobile SDK to the newer Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) SDK.During testing, we observed a significant change in how visitor IDs are tracked. Previously, visitor identity was maintained using the AID (Analytics ID), whereas the AEP SDK now uses the MID (ECID).This has introduced a challenge in app update scenarios:Existing users have an AID from the previous SDK.After updating to the new version of the app, they are assigned a new MID.In the first call after the update, both the old AID and the new MID are passed together. (In some case we do observe that the AID is passed in all hits along with the MID)However, when analyzing the data for the test session, it appears that these are being counted as two separate unique visitors, resulting in a discrepancy in the unique visitor count for returning users. I came across Adobe documentation that explains how a similar issue is managed on the we

Hi Community,We have a request queue with a calculated field adding certain capacity points for certain requests:1. Creating New content for Sprint x has 2 points2. Updating existing content for Sprint x has 1 point3. Re-using existing content for Sprint x has 0 points.How do I set up a calculated field, that is adding up all the calculated fields from all incoming requests into one field to determine the capacity for sprint x?Thanks in advance

We have a meeting every week to discuss new photo and video projects with our studio team. We'd like use a WF report to automate creation of the agenda. I have a report that filters the requests and shows the needed data. I'd like to add a timeslot as a column in the report.  The first request entered each week should be assigned a 1pm timeslot. Each request after that is assigned the next timeslot in 15 minute increments. I am pretty good with report text mode and calculated fields. Has anyone done that before? 

Dear community, I was tasked with connecting Streaming Event Data into AEP using Kafka. The first time I completed all these three links, I was able to finsih the exercise. The nex day, I was following the same steps and I was able to achieve the same results. I have implemented  multi-field  in content fragment and it working and there is no any issue.Also, Implementing nested multi-field but somehow it is working but not working fully. Values are getting save at backend but when i open the content fragment there are no auto value rendering in CF.Has anyone implemented it or written JS code for the same . Please let me know. Hello, We are trying to get iPhone model and generation details for example 'Apple iPhone Pro Max 15.' Reports now show above 97% of devices bucketed as 'Apple iPhone' and the rest do have the 'Apple iPhone Pro Max 15' level of detail but 0.2% per row listing a device. Is this something which will only work if 'Use device to lookup for the following information' is checked and user agent disabled? any extra steps on mapping? Also looks like Adobe relies on DeviceAtlas, is this something that is already included in Adobe Analytics or a subscription needs to be bought separately?   Thanks, R

I am creating an internal reference number using the CONCAT function and the date forms part of this. I need to convert a Custom Date field into an all numerical format of YYYY/MM/DD. If this is possible in a Calculated Field in a Custom Form this would great for any help!

We are actively trying to manage the burgeoning number of audiences in AEP and then "downstream" in Campaign v8. I've been told to "expire" any no-longer-necessary audiences in both tools, but I'm not sure how to do this.

Hello,  I have a client that has 100K unique (1x use only) Coupon Codes to 100K profiles. We only want to append 1 unique coupon code  to a profile. No 1 coupon code should exist across more than 1 profile; it should be a 1:1 append.  How can I accomplish this in AJO since they don't have a Coupon Management component?  Please advise

Hi, I have a front end JavaScript application, which needs to get data from a persistent query exposed at "https:wwwstage.companyx.com/graphql/execute.json/quizzes/quizone" Tried to make a fetch GET call to above url in front end javascript code, resulting in 500 CORS error.I enabled , CORS chrome plugin, but that did not help and still got 500 CORS issue. Note: I am able to see content fragments json , when I hit the url directly in a browser. I added below in vite.config.ts file, which resulted in http://localhost:4400/graphql/execute.json/quizzes/quizone , 404 error. export default defineConfig({ server: { proxy: { // Using the proxy instance '/graphql': { target: 'https://wwwstage.companyx.com', changeOrigin: true, }, }, }, }) Any ideas, why I am not able to hit GraphQL end point to do headless delivery of content and any ideas on work around. Thanks,Sree

I have a few services that are not in the "active" state but "satisfied". Does this mean they are not working and also how to debug the issue causing it to be in satisfied?Error logs for these services only capture this 'ServiceEvent UNREGISTERING' 

We have implemented Adobe Analytics in my organization and we are currently in the process of rolling it out across the business and using it as our source of record for all things Analytics. One issue that has been raised though is that our overall traffic in Adobe Analytics is much higher than what we see in Google Analytics. We have found that the discrepancy is being driven mainly from our mobile application traffic, and solely within the Android operating system. While I understand that the collection methods differ slightly and there will always be a difference amongst platforms, I am trying to understand why that difference is SO large for the Android platform I took a look at a day's worth of data for Monday 7/31/23. I searched through the online documentation, but I'm not finding instructions for defining fonts by language. For example, for all our Native PDF Publishing outputs, we're using Arial. It is looking like I need to assign the following languages to different fonts:Simplified Chinese: MicrosoftJhengHeiUITraditional Chinese: MicrosoftJhengHeiUI Some of the punctuation for Simplified Chinese is correct with the correct spacing, but our outputs are using the European double-quote spacing instead of the wider Chinese spacing. When I copy/paste from a translated PDF into Word, the text is in a mix of MS Gothic, Arial, and MicrosoftJhengHeiUI. The fonts embedded in the PDF include Nanum Gothic (which is supposed to be for Korean?). I know where the language mapping/aliasing is done for our older DITA-OT system, but I'm not seeing the settings for AEM Guides with Native PDF Publishing. What am I missing? Where are the fonts for Asian languages defined for Native PDF Publishi
