Planning a migration from IBM Campaign platform to Adobe Campaign. I've been reading material here: Foreword . Is there any formal documentation, white papers, or blogs explaining how to migrate 3rd party platforms to Adobe Campaign?

Hello, I have a tricky question. I have a target group that will get an email and this email has a certain delivery code. I would like to exclude customers based on that delivery code of the delivery they are going to get without hard-coding it in a split.   For example: Recipient logs doesn't exist such as delivery code = "delivery code of the delivery at the end of the wkf"   Is it possible to do it with a JS code or maybe through typology rules?

Hi everyone! I am trying to measure my engagement program (that has been run for 1 month) performance by comparing the change of behavior/person score of all my audiences. To do that, I`ll need to know what is their initial score (which is 1 month ago) and comparing it against their current score.   UNFORTUNATELY, I had forgotten to output their initial score... Are there any ways that we can trace back their initial score using any filters? Thanks in advance!!!

Good morning,   Is there a place in the admin console/analytics workspace where you can check whether data for the eVars and events that I am using on my 1.4 API requests are populating?   I have checked everywhere and still no able to see my data showing up in my report and always receiving successful responses from the 1.4 Data insertion API: This is all I see on my logs for all my requests:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <status>SUCCESS</status>   Thanks.

We are integrating adobe analytics data with conductor and the conductor team has asked data from data warehouse and asked to choose above two dimensions(Visit start page url and visit start page). Can I get more details on these two dimensions? Since we are trying to filter our data set for specific countries and these 2 dimensions are not available for segmentation.   

Hi all,   I have several executives that don't like having to log into workfront to respond to update threads, so I shared with them that they can just reply to the email notification of the update via outlook.  It will add the comment to the thread for them.  But recently I have run into 2 issues:   Issue 1: for the last 4 months or so, their messages have also included text strings like this after their response - how do I get it to stop doing that?:      Issue 2 is much more problematic Today someone posted a response within a chain.  One of the people tagged in the update recieved this in their email:   But this is what the rest of us saw both in our email and within the update thread in WF  

I have a "hero" at the template level that is composed of a Container, Image, and Teaser component configured to be styled as a Hero.  The content author is expected to set the Image (which is styled a specific way) and only set the Title and Description on the Teaser, but this is causing confusion as the Teaser supports an image as well.   Can I disable this instance of the Teaser from supporting images?   Alternatively- the reason I am using an Image component is because I want the responsive croppings.  Can I configure the Teaser to instead use the auto cropping feature that the Image component uses?

Hello,   We have different smart campaigns set up to notify our sales teams when someone fills out a form on our website. The way we have them set up currently is working fairly well, for the most part. There have just been some occasions where the lead hasn't finished syncing to SFDC yet, and it sends out the notification to "API User" instead of the Sales Owner with a Lead Owner of "Marketo Sync". We want to avoid that from happening. I was hoping someone might have some insight as to how to account for that and only send out the alert after it's done syncing to SFDC and been assigned to a rep, other than just adding more time in the wait steps? Also, if you have any suggestions on how we can improve ours based on best practices, please let me know. There is always room for improvement. I adjusted some column widths in the task list view and can't get them to reset. So for every project I have, the last column is really wide and runs off the right-hand side of the window. I can't figure out how to get the entire thing back in the window. What am I missing?

Running a report in Adobe's version 1.4 API and I'm getting this error  400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.4/rest/?method=Report.Get { "error": "max_runtime_exceeded", "error_description": "Report exceeded maximum runtime of 48 hours"  We're currently using four metrics ["visitors", "visits", "orders", "revenue"] and three elements ["lasttouchchannel", "product", "prop1"] with a day granularity. We're requesting for one day at a time so we cannot request less data.    Our clients also cannot pull the data from the dashboard saying, "We cannot create the same granularity using Adobe Analytics Workspace. Furthermore, if we try to use the Data Warehouse option, we receive an unjustified error." If anyone can help suggest a way to get around this, please let me know.

Hi, Looking for HELP in Calculated Field in project custom form, created a field name "Score", and conditions are; If Calculated Score =600, Then Priority=UrgentIf Calculated Score <600, but more than 499, Then Priority=HighIf Calculated Score <500 but More Than 249, Then Priority=MediumIf Calculated Score <250, Then Priority=Low   I tried this one, but not showing priority in the report/project; IF({DE:Calculated Score}=600, "Urgent", IF({DE:Calculated Score}<600, "High", IF({DE:Calculated Score}<500, IF({DE:Calculated Score}<250,"Low"), "Medium")))   Am I missing in between, appreciate your immediate help in this regard. Our designers currently save out HTML5 files to PDFs to upload as proofs. To skip that step, is there a way to create proofs directly from the HTML5 files? Would they need to be housed on a staging site first? Thanks!

We launched a new site for people to sign up for a new type of checking account. However, over 95% of our 35K site visitors to date are showing an Original Referring Domain as "None". We are trying to figure out if there is an issue with our site recording the Original Referring Domain, or if we have a bunch of fraud visitors.   So far, I looked at the device type, device OS, and user location, and they all seem very diverse. This makes me think it is not fraud, but we also have a site conversion rate of 40%, which seems like fraud. Any thoughts or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Team,   I want to know the size of DAM for the path /content/dam, I tried below things on production author but its not showing me the size of DAM : > Creating packages of every DAM paths like content/dam/**/** but not allowing me to create the package. > I tried with disk usage URL : e.g. http://localhost:4503/etc/reports/diskusage.html?path=/content/dam/geometrixx-outdoors : did not worked on prod author.   Please let me know if there is any other way to calculate the DAM size on AEM Cloud.   Thanks,SD  

Hey, we are looking to migrate new Marketo instance and need some advise with data migration 1. Is it possible to migrate salesforce feilds from one Marketo another Marketo instance 2. What is the best approach, is it just letting salesforce sync the data with new instance or migrating data from Marketo to Another Marketo and then turn on the salesforce sync?

Hello,   I would want to have the vanity url to redirect to correct geo location   Say I have vanity url https://www.abc.com/gk420d   I am based in Europe, then  I should land on /gb/en/   The page will look like https://www.abc.com/gb/en/abc.html   if I am based in US  then I should land on /us/en/   The page will look like https://www.abc.com/us/en/abc.html   How to achieve this , could you please provide pointers   The layers of url are   1>Akamai 2>AEM dispatcher 3>AEM publisher   Also what logger I have to add in AEM to check when  vanity url  we hit , the url it is getting redirected . Hi all,    I have created a data feed to FTP to try fetching some historical data from Oct 1st, 2022. It worked well for fetching a few days' data. Then it stopped for some reason, and I noticed the situation of the job list below. FTP storage is not an issue because we have additional data feed completed successfully today.     Any ideas? Hi,I am looking to integrate Facebook Ads Manager data into Adobe Analytics as I want the campaign and ads sets data (cost, clicks, impressions) etc. Is there a way to do this? My thought is Adobe analytics will ingest data given to it from Facebook on a regular basis (daily?) from a FTP file is that's possible? Please let me know if that is possible and any solutions that would work...Many thanks
