Hi all, We're working to report on the first time we respond to a request within Workfront (via update or status change). Does anyone use the 'first response' field for that? I came across that when I was working on the reporting but couldn't find much documentation on it.

Hey there,I'm looking to add a note/reply to an existing projects (note/update/comment/reply) using the API. I am able to add a note to an existing project via the endpoint "/attask/api/v17.0/note" using a POST request. { "noteObjCode": "PROJ", "objID": <<PROJECT OBJ ID>>>, "noteText": "Test message" } And this successfully comes through with the same outcome as "New comment" in the Workfront online interface. I can't however work out how to add a note, to this note. i.e. The same outcome as "Reply". Published Notes don't appear to have their own ObjIDs, and I've tried various versions of the ID, threadID, topObjID, etc, to no avail.Any thoughts on how this can be achieved? e.g.

Hi, I would like to know how IP pools associate to dynamic subdomains. My use case is to have one email configuration for several countries instead of having one email configuration for each. This is also a typical use case stated in Adobe docs: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/channels/email/configure-email/surface-personalization However, I would like to have different IP pools for each country as this is already setup in the sandbox. Below screenshot shows that resource URL, Mirror URL and Tracking URL will be populate based on the resolved dynamic subdomain. What though will happen with the IP pool?According to the setting it seems that I have to choose one and same IP pool for the email configuration and thereby also the resolved dynamic subdomain. Is this correct? Thanks!/Mikael

Good morning,I hope you're all well. I have a question. The Magento I use is currently on version 2.4.5, and we're migrating to 2.4.6. To migrate to 2.4.6, do I need to have all the security patches installed? In other words, do I need version 2.4.5-p12? Or, if I'm using unpatched 2.4.5, can I migrate to 2.4.6?

We've completed initial Adobe Mobile SDK configuration, including push notification setup, but still looking for how best to set/map our mobile app code as it is in a different language (C#) than any available documentation and sample code. Is there any available examples/documentation for Maui/.NET? Thanks.

Hi,I have a question regarding the https://analytics.adobe.io/api, specifically the /reports endpoint. We’re seeing a potential data discrepancy reported by one of our clients. They observe one set of values in the Adobe Analytics UI and another in the data fetched via the API and stored in their destination system, which is handled by Fivetran. The discrepancy is partial - out of 9 metrics being pulled and stored, 6 match the UI values exactly. However, the following 3 metrics show mismatched values:visitsunique_visitorsmkz_qualified_visitsWe don’t perform any transformations on these values - we request them from the API and write them to the destination as-is. I would appreciate any guidance or context around why such discrepancies might occur for these specific metrics, and whether there are any known limitations or caveats with the /reports endpoint that could explain this behavior. This is an example of the request performed by Fivetran:curl -X POST --data

I am working on a use case in which I want to embed an image inside a PDF file. After that, I need to send it as a servelet response. I am using PDFBox library from Apache to do so. But, I am not able to resolve the dependencies. POM: <!-- Apache PDFBox Dependencies --><dependency> <groupId>org.apache.pdfbox</groupId> <artifactId>pdfbox</artifactId> <version>3.0.2</version></dependency><dependency> <groupId>org.apache.pdfbox</groupId> <artifactId>fontbox</artifactId> <version>3.0.2</version></dependency><dependency> <groupId>commons-logging</groupId> <artifactId>commons-logging</artifactId> <version>1.3.2</version></dependency>error: In the image, the version which is mentioned in the bundles is 3.0.4 which does not exist.

Hi there. I am looking for a mobile SDK function that returns the user's segments.I am looking in the documentation, but I can't find it.  I understand that I can do it via an API call, but I would like to know if there is a way to do it with a function so it returns all the segments in an object that I can later refer in different parts of the app and I don't have to call it more than needed.

Hello, does anybody know with with setting or table field the default order of the Workflows in the Campaign box is defined?

While creating audience segments within the analytics platform, I encountered a constraint that prevents adding more conditions within a single definition container. This limitation severely restricts the ability to define complex and highly specific audience behaviors, which is critical for our use cases. When attempting to add more than one condition in a single definition container, the platform did not provide any option to add more condition, but earlier there was an option. Refer screenshot for different times. In 2023, there was a option to add more than one condition in container definition instead of that what I'm getting a nested container option. Can someone suggest is this something respective to platform updates or I'm missing anything to add.

HiI am trying to enable link checker in AEM, but somehow it doesn't show any urls,   here's my link checker transformer: Link checker service: The link checker log keeps showing: "no link infos modified or deleted" Did I miss anything? Thanks!

Hi, For an Incremental Query with the 'History in days' value set to 0, how long is history kept? Thanks,Skyler

Hello!Clicks to CTAs aren't being sent on its own server call linkClicks eventType but on the pageview that loads after the CTA was clicked so there is no separate call for link click, just one containing both on an eventType pageViews on page load.Wondering if this could cause any issues and if its better or cleaner to fire each separately.Screenshot below. From what I see is acting the same way as ActivityMap which would be easier to implement and an overlap as ActivityMap is OOTB.Thanks,R

Hi Crew!I’m working on strengthening bot filtering in Adobe Analytics.I'm able to identify and assign cookies to bot traffic (including those from the “allowed list”).Naturally, I need to exclude this traffic from reporting (using Virtual Report Suites).I’ve configured the system to pass the cookie value to an eVar that is set at the visit level and configured to "never expire".Then I’m filtering it out via a segment based on the "visitor" level that excludes matching the cookie value created for bots.Hi Crew!I’m working on strengthening bot filtering in Adobe Analytics.I'm able to identify and assign cookies to bot traffic (including those from the “allowed list”).Naturally, I need to exclude this traffic from reporting (using VRS).I’m passing the cookie value into an evar that is set to "never expire".Then I’m using a segment at the "visitor" level to exclude users whose evar matches the cookie value associated with bots. Does this sound like the right approach? Don't think

Hi there,I am working on an exit-intent pop-up using Unbounce for our website and embedded a Marketo Form to track email subscriptions. Unfortunately, once I fill out the subscription form on the pop-up it opens the Marketo Landing Page (Thank You page for subscribing) within the pop-up's iFrame instead of opening a new browser. Any ideas on how to adjust the form settings to push them to a new browser for the page after they subscribe? I'd like to be able to track conversions through Unbounce and have an external conversion tracking script added to this thank you landing page but so far it isn't showing as a conversion. As an added note, the conversion tracking script is working through other pages, so I know this is set up properly.

I would like to prompt project owners to provide a final status update when changing a project status to Dead, Rejected, Completed, or On Hold so I can report the 'why' in a dashboard.  Is there a way to do this in Workfront or is a Fusion scenario required?

Hello,After upgrading our environment to AEM 6.5.20, we've encountered a critical issue where Adaptive Forms fail to load. Attempting to access any Adaptive Form results in a blank page, and the following error appears in the logs:org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.render.ObjectModel Cannot access property 'xyz' on null object java.lang.NullPointerException: null at org.apache.jsp.libs.cq.gui.components.common.table.table_jsp._jspService(table_jsp.java:56) ...This issue is impacting our form-based workflows significantly. Has anyone else experienced this problem after the upgrade? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Hi WF Community,   I'd like to do the following, when creating a new calculated field on a project form, and wondering how to go about it:   Create a calculated field called ABC on a task form Create a calculated field called XYZ on a project form that aggregates field ABC from all related tasks I'm uncertain how to reference fields from a child object. I want to know if we have any backend AJO/AEP table that keeps track of who opens the email on Android or Apple devices

Hi, I'm using "Report Builder for CJA" and I'm having trouble limiting the number of rows (or results) returned by the report builder with certain dimensions. For some dimensions, I can filter using the "Most popular" filter and choose the number of rows I want to display. But in other cases, when I try to filter a dimension, I only get the "specific" option, and I'm not able to filter by the number of rows. For example, I can not display 5 rows for the "day" and "month" dimensions. Do you know what could be causing this?

We've recently configured the Experience Cloud ID Service extension and have since seen inflation in unique visitor, visits and page view numbers. In addition we've seen an increase in the proportion of visitors being classified as first time visitors. The change we made was to configure Opt-In from No to Yes, and then selected just Analytics from the Pre Opt-In Approvals and toggled the Enable IAB option to Yes.Does anyone have an explanation as to why this would result in the inflation we've seen in our numbers and the shift in proportion counted as first time visitors?Any guidance would be much appreciated.
