Good afternoon!    I am working to build a form where 1 questions is prompting the visitor to check all that apply.    E.g. What food interests do you have? (check all that apply) ■ Pizza ■ Burger ■ Donut   If someone were to select all three, and the "name" of the checkbox were to be "name = foodinterest" then the output would read -  "foodinterest=Pizza&foodinterest=Burger&foodinterest=Donut"   The challenge I've run into is that when I select multiple boxes, only the final input is being stored, rather than a string of all responses combined.    Any insight on how to accomplish this in ACS?

What each of the Access Control Entries (ACEs) mean and what they are good for?  Where can I find a cheat sheet from Adobe to indicate what each of the ACE items such as: such as: /apps ; /conf ; /content ; /etc ; /home ; /libs ; /mnt ; /system ; /tmp ; var   are good for and what permission they control.  Does anyone have the OOTB best practices of how to give permissions and select groups for different roles.    For example, I am not sure which one of those controls the drag and drop functionality, which one controls the filtering, which one controls the top navigation menu, etc.

Is there a way to restrict updating the folder properties for a particular group. This group has permissions to create ,update and edit assets and it's properties in the folder but we would like to restrict this group updating the folder properties. Please advise

I am using the aem-upload tool to upload an asset to an AEM instance. The documentation says "all AEM as a Cloud Service instances will have direct binary upload enabled, so this library will work with those."But, I get the following error.  Error: direct binary access not supported

Dear Community,   I want to take your opinions and thoughts on creating Launch Mobile Properties.   I have a scenario where for one country, let's say for Ireland, we have one main Launch Property dedicated to main eCom Mobile Application, now client is adding another app for Loyalty, and planning one additional app for another functionality. All these three will have Adobe Mobile SDK. & I'm assuming they want to have reporting on same Analytics Report Suite for all three apps.   Question is, would you create a separate mobile property for each App or have just one and use same for all 3?    Appreciate if you could share your experience..    Thanks a lot.

Hi community,I'd like to know how I can extract  profiles whom unsubscribe using an unsubscribe link.   Thanks in advance.

I'm going through the instructions on this page (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/foundation/development/set-up-a-local-aem-development-environment.html?lang=en) and successfully installed AEM 6.5.12 local author and publish instances, but I get the following error when trying to add the WKND site (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-develop/project-archetype/project-setup.html?lang=en😞   [ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.12.0:npm (npm run prod) on project aem-guides-wknd.ui.frontend: Failed to run task: 'npm run prod' failed. org.apache.commons.exec.ExecuteException: Process exited with an error: 1 (Exit value: 1) -> [Help 1]   Here are my versions: Apache Maven 3.8.1 (05c21c65bdfed0f71a2f2ada8b84da59348c4c5d)Maven home: C:\Users\<my username>\apache-maven-3.8.1\bin\..Java version: 11.0.11, vendor: Oracle Corporation, runtime: C

Hi everybody!I´ve been setting up our buttons´ clicks using the data layer manager. Because our site is super simple, our dev created only event data layer and I configured each one (there are only 7) as a rule and its own event on the report suite. I've been testing on our dev environment and it seems we are getting the data. However, because I did that as an event, I have to select each event and use it on the metric field. (as bellow)   For our app we did both, set up as an event and also as a processing rule, this way I can see all the actions in a table.    How can I do that in this case? Would I also have to create a data element for it and also an evar?Thank you in advance

Hi I am not getting what is the usecase of restrictions in AEM and how it works ?

Hi All, Hope you are doing well. One of the users in our Org. is facing an issue to access our Adobe marketing cloud solutions using Federated ID. We have provided the access to product profiles, but we are seeing "Account status" for the user as "Deactivated". Screenshot below: How do we re-activate the Adobe Account with Federated ID?   Best, Kishore

When we exclude any IP addresses from Adobe Analytics (identified as Bots),Does that remove any data from captured from those IP addresses going forward or does that deletes the previously captured data also.

Hi All,   I am using sling:sitemapRoot property to generate the sitemap and the target root is set to same page /content/brandA/us/en.However, the sitemap.xml for the two environments are generating different outputs -   https://dev.brandA.com/sitemap.xml Output - This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. Hi guys, The business team wants to be able to use the flow visualization for our mobile app (low code system), however, we do not have "pagenames" set up there. We are now testing to implement trackstate to get this done. The dev already did a sample setup in the app code and I now need to test it out on adobe. Do I have to do like the trackaction and set it up as a processing rule and events on the report suite? If so, is there any documentation explaining how?thanks in advancePS: our set up was done with mobile services site and since its end-of-life our settings automatically migrated to processing rules. Because we use low code for the app, I was informed by the devs team that our SDK setup is not the same as a native app. So far we have not used launch for our app life cycle, just used it to set up extensions with adobe campaign.

I'm using AEM 6.5.10. I need to inject aria-label with a dynamic value along with class and role which has been rendered in the HTML structure.     <div role="navigation" class="col-12 col-sm-6 col-lg-3" aria-label="headingvalue"> The 'headingvalue' is a dynamic value which should keep on changing based on the heading authored.   I'm using cq:htmlTag in my component as per below screenshot to add up the class and role to my <div>.Now, I need to get the heading value from dialog field and update the aria-label value dynamically. Is there anyway to achieve it.Any thoughts and suggestion on the above query will be very much helpful.   Component structure and cq:htmlTag HTML rendered in the page:     <div class="col-12 col-sm-6 col-lg-3" role="navigation"> <div aria-label="mylinks"> <h4>My links</h4> <ul> <li> <a href="/support" class="navlink" targ

Hey Folks, I am trying to consume some third party API's in the workflow to get the data. and those API works on the OAuth Mechanism and to use these API's, I need to create the JWT inside the workflow. Can you please suggest, how I can generate the JWT programmatically and utilize it further into the workflow for the API Call authentication? Regards,Nitesh.

Hi I have added rep:glob restriction on "/content/we-retail/us"  as shown in below fig. When I am login Aem using TestUser credentials I should not able to access /content/we-retail/us as it is in restriction but TestUser able to access. Why this is so? Please let me know how restriction are working and why it behaving as above in this case.

I have an email performance report that says over 6,000 people were sent an email. However, when I look a the Results tab of the Smart Campaign, only about 750 people were sent the email. So I'm confused why the Email Performance Report and Smart Campaign numbers are so far from each other.   Any ideas?

We recently migrated to Service pack 12 AEM 6.5 version. When i search for any user and click on view all users I'm unable to redirect to the page containing all the users list. if anyone faced similar issue kindly let me know.

Hello!   A potentially newbie question here - is there a way to send an email proof of the Text-Only version? The system seems to only allow proofs for the HTML version. I understand you can toggle images on/off for the HTML version in your email client, but many email clients will serve up the Text-Only version when you are sending in multipart, so would like to make sure the Text version is QA-ed as well.   Thanks in advance! Kevin

Hi Experts,   Is there any way to get the AEM Forms Custom Component jar files from the server? Unfortunately we don't have the backup of those custom components jar files in code repository.   Please guide me.   Srujan

Hi all, recently we noticed that error.log is full of exceptions like:GET /mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/rails/references/items/references.provider.html HTTP/1.1]com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.WCMDeveloperModeFilter Error during include of SlingRequestPathInfo:path='path-to-EF',\  selectorString='provider', extension='html', suffix='null'  org.apache.sling.api.request.TooManyCallsException: /libs/wcm/core/components/coral/references/borrowedcontent/borrowedcontent.jsp   Judging by recent threads here this could come from Apache Sling Main Servlet's setting of maximun number of calls. Seems like 'Borrowed Content' exceeds the limit. So I wonder what would be recommended tip for this? Is this going to be fixed next Service Pack? Thanks in advance

We have an instance of AEM that, seemingly randomly, stopped displaying new png's loaded into the system. Old png's appear fine, but when uploading new png's, only the default document icon appears. These images will not appear on the published site either. We've tried different versions of these files and saving in various png formats, but no change. Jpg's display fine... in fact, we can manually change each png file extension to jpg and it will display. This happened once before about a year ago and it seemed to fix itself without any real intervention. Any thoughts on this?

Dear All,  do you know why the Work List filter on the Home page does not remember which filters I select when unticking I.e. completed etc.  When I do it until I am logged in that day it remembers, then the next day it keeps forgetting it.  Any advice ? or is this a known issue ?     BR, Dave
