It seems like I remember a component that would display the Document Of Record real-time within the PDF.  Maybe the last section, it will generate the DOR with the data from within the Adaptive Form?     Thanks,

Hi All Mine Adobe on premise instance and I am facing this issue       Please please help me all--how can i make this up IN Adobe

I am new to User Admin and am setting up some new usergroups. I have seen references in the documentation that you can "nest" groups to give a baseline set of permissions.   My question is about what order AEM goes through the permissions. If I create a new custom user group, and make it a member of DAM Users, and then make some more restrictive permissions in my custom group will those supersede the ones DAM Users grants?   Example: Custom group would only be allowed to access specific folders under /dam. DAM Users grants access to the entire /dam. Would a user in my custom group still be limited to only the groups the custom groups allows or would DAM User take precedent?   Thanks!

Hello Community, I work in programmatic advertising field since 2y now for a Belgian advertising agency. We us Amazon DSP since 5 months now, and came across a particular situation. Setup Amazon : Display Web desktop+app / Own&Operate + Amazon Publisher Services + 3rd party data. After 2 weeks of data, we noticed in DCM and Adobe Analytics that most of the traffic is out-of-geo (only Belgium is targeted in Amazon DSP though) and same situation for Adobe visits. Side note : no amazon.be exist at this time, it will come but at the moment, not available. amazon.nl with associated advertiser allows us to target the dutch speaking part of the country and amazon.fr, the french speaking one. The thing is that when exporting geo data report from Amazon, all impressions occured in BE, 99%. While in the meantime, Adobe visits are mostly coming from outside of BE. Would you have an idea of how this situation can happen ? Have you already experienced such situation in the past ? Let me know if

For those who manage field groups in AEP, are you able to delete field groups in the UI? I want to delete a field group that I've verified is not being used in any schema at all. There's a DELETE endpoint for field groups in the API (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/xdm/api/field-groups.html?lang=en#delete), so I thought there'd be a corresponding ability in the AEP UI to delete field groups. In the UI, I've found that in each individual field, there is a "Remove" button (though clicking that results in a JavaScript error for me).

I am not able to uninstall it and also not able to run it on my laptopIs there any solution for this?

Whenever I upload any pdf from one AEM to another, I am seeing pdf:title is being overridden by jcr:title . It seems some WF gets triggered that's copy the jcr:title value to dc:title. Is it something expected? Steps to reproduce:-Build a package containing pdf assets from 1 AEM env.Redeploy the same package to the same or another environmentYou will notice dc:title value is changed and it holds the same value that jcr:title holds and mu original dc:title value is the lost

I am using AEM 6.1 to display text fields with a check box. Here are my steps and the encountered problem:   Open PDF form Select Checkbox (text fields display or are now visible) Enter data in text fields Save PDF form Close PDF form Open PDF form PROBLEM: The checkbox is still selected but the text fields are invisible or hidden. WORK AROUND: Deselect the check box then reselect the check box (text fields become visible again)   QUESTION: How do I make the text fields remain visible after closing the form with the check box selected?

I'm working on a demand that needs a column to be added in the assets console of AEM as a Cloud Service. This column needs to present the data of a specific field of the content fragments in folder. (jcr:content/data/master/my_field)   I got it by doing an overlay of availablecolumns and reorder.jsp in my local SDK. - /apps/dam/gui/content/commons/availablecolumns - /apps/dam/gui/coral/components/admin/contentrenderer/row/common/reorder.jsp   but working with jsp is no longer recommended and maybe not even supported.   There is another way to achieve this goal? Maybe using clientlibs or PageInfoProviders. And how? Someone has an example?

We are using AEM as content service and exporting AEM content into mobile application. For example below api will be used in mobile application and Mobile application will build the presentation layer.   /content/we-retail/us/en/products/women/shirts/jcr:content/root/content-tile.model.json   Here I basically want to authenticate AEM API before I serve the json response. In essence, I want to only accept requests from mobile applications. I should the request If anyone else calls AEM. Can anyone tell me what are ways we can protect the AEM APIs

Hi team, I have RTE for a text field and it is working fine on the page but when adding the same component in Structure of the template. and below are the errors in the console logs.can anyone help me with this.?   Thanks in advance

Hello All,   Can someone tell me the different way of migrating the user, user group from once environment to other environment? For example : I want to get all the user, user group permission from my QA author env. to my local env. AEM version is : 6.4.8 - Thanks

Using AEM Cloud. I'm using the core carousel component and adding in a teaser for a slide. In the teaser, I've added an image, title, description etc, but no CTA and I'm leaving the link blank.   The image is in the slide is being wrapped in an <a> anchor and seems to be linking to the page it lives on. Example: Lives on 'teaser-carousel.html' -- renders <a href="teaser-carousel.html">   Is this the default behavior for the carousel that uses a teaser for slides? It's causing an accessibility issue, focusing on the image as a link that shouldn't be one.

Hi community experts we are facing weird issue where we can not edit and save the properties of any content fragments. As soon as we save content fragments after edit it is giving an error. It is opening the erro dialog and saying unable to edit the properties. Here is the stack trace. I am working on a project where experience fragments and pages are being translated. I am using an experience fragment in a page, when I got into a the language copy (translated ja_jp page) it not pulling the translated experience fragment. It's due to the folder structure of experience fragment which I can't change now. Is there any way to make translated experience fragment to show up in the page? When I copy the experience fragment at "content/experience-fragments/alexac/ja_jp/myef/master" to "content/experience-fragments/alexac/jp/ja_jp/myef/master". I can see the translated fragment in the page as expected. But unfortunately I can't move the content now. Translated page path (example only): https://tester.com/content/alexac/jp/ja_jp/products/mypage.htmlExperience fragment path: https://tester.com/aem/experience-fragments.html/content/experience-fragments/alexac/ja_jp/myef/master Localization documentation I was referring to:https://experienceleague.adobe.c

Hi,   We have a web view app and the external links within the app has Adobe's tracking ID.  Would we be able to track users from that?   Thanks

Hi Marketo Community,Recently went through one of the new things and wanted to share with the community. Use Case- Want to Copy a value of Marketo Custom Object field while Trigger Campaign. Solution- This can be achieved by using a Change Data Value Flow Step and using Trigger tokens in the New Value area. Where the format of the token should be {{trigger.Custom Object Field Name}}. In the below example it is {{trigger.COField Name 1}} {{trigger.COField Name 2}} Please Note- This will only work with Trigger Campaigns and work with the Trigger Campaign having a Trigger for the same custom object for which you want the fields in the Flow Step. For example- Campaign Smart List- Added to ABC(custom object) Campaign flow should be: CDV Attribute: Your Field and New Value should be {{trigger.Name of field under ABC object}}   Hope this helps. Feel free to share your suggestions as well, if I am mistaking somewhere. Thanks 🙂

We have a table with a lot of columns - +20.  We would like them to be fixed width and have the Table scroll horizontally instead of squeezing everything on the screen.  Is there an easy way to do this?   Thanks,

We have multiple reps and for each rep we will have a bio that we are storing in content fragments. I want to include this bio on an AEM page based on a passed-in value. Each content fragment will be named according to a unique rep value, like a rep number. For instance, the path would be something like /path/to/content/fragment/data/12345/master... where “12345” would be dynamic. Is there a way to include the content fragment data within a custom component with HTL using something like data-sly-include or data-sly-resource or do I need to use JSON?

We have a simple content approval workflow where authors can trigger the workflow once done with the changes. Now approvers group gets the notification and they can go and approve the content and complete the workflow that publishes the pages right away. We got the requirement from the approvers that they want to have an option to schedule the publication. So basically, what they are looking for is that they can complete/approve the workflow but don't want to publish the pages right away. They want to complete/approve the workflow with schedule publication. So if approved, those pages should be published at the scheduled date and time. Is there any OOTB functionality of workflow that we utilize to achieve this? Or is there any other way we can achieve this? Thank you!

Hello community, An internal request from our support department asked if the Marketo email alert's subject line  (they receive - triggered when someone requests support on our contact us form) can contain a unique identifier (of sorts) because the subject carries with the support ticket for the life of the ticket. Currently, I have the requester's full name token in the subject and tried using the comments token but it makes it ridiculously long. Marketo support verified there is not a way to limit the character amount returned in a token. Suggestions for what could take its place? Thanks, --Tracy

One of our teams will ALWAYS use a specific condition on all Marketo smart campaigns (the "member of program" condition). Is there a way to auto-populate or auto-include this condition in all new campaigns that are created?
