We usually run a report in adobe analytics for all of our target A/B: tests currently running. In order to verify that our visitor traffic is correct I create a page report for the page we're testing next to it. Currently there's a few of our tests that aren't matching up with the page report. Sometimes I see only 50% of the traffic in analytics for target vs the page report. When I dig in further I see a good chunk of the traffic in the page report is "unspecified" visitors. Could you please explain why this might be happening?

We're looking to start tracking unique visitors using the suggested Experience Cloud ID Service.We've set this up in Launch but it appears in the network logs that only the organisation ID is being sent to the Analytics suite, and not the Experience Cloud Visitor ID.We are using the Analytics extension in Launch, but all current documentation and threads refer to DTM, Appmeasurment or VisitorAPI.js.Could somebody please clarify how we can configure the Experience Cloud Visitor ID to be sent to Analytics Extension in Launch?Thank you.

Hi all,   I was curious if anyone has successfully embedded Google Maps within an email. I've read about the landing page embeds, but I assume the email would be similar. Is it as simple as connecting the embeddable files via a script token?

We are running the latest version of Creative Cloud Suite in both a Windows 10 environment and  Apple MAC 11/Monterey.  What is the impact of Log4j on CC in these environment?

Hello,    I researched around and wasn't able to find an answer to this question. I want to set up a few progressive profiling questions and apply a branching logic to display questions based on their answer to the first question. The visibility rules only display the follow up questions in the same form. I want to be able to display the follow up question based on their previous answer the next time they fill out a form.    Meaning it would be:   Question 1  has answer A, B, and C.  If a person chooses C the next time they fill out a form they will get Question 4. If a person chooses B  they will get Question 3  the next time they will fill out a form And if they choose A, they will get random set up questions that are placed in the progressive profiling box.    Does anyone have any experience with this? I'd really appreciate all comments. Thank you in advance 🙂

Just wondering if there's another way that someone had tried to test when visitors click the "google play store" and "apple app store" on their website other than using clicked an element in target?

Could someone on this forum please confirm if this is the case or not? I cannot find any official response from Adobe specifically related to CC. Hi there,   I have a webhook calling an API returns a list of items, the only issue is the results are not formatted the same each time, so the value of item[1].itemName may be "Blue Cars" in one call, and "Red Cars" in another, and I'm trying to get the count. All of the items I need are provided in the response, I'm just not sure how (and if) I can add the item name (with spaces) to the response attribute to grab the value.   I have scrubbed the response, but note that I do receive values with a space in-between them (Blue space car) as well as slashes (Green slash Blue car)   {"car_count":123456,"item_count":117733,"item_types":[{"item_type":"Blue Car","item_type_count":1115,"item_type_ratio":12},{"item_type":"Red Car","item_type_count":1225,"item_type_ratio":14},{"item_type":"Green/Blue Car","item_type_count":1345,"item_type_ratio":6}],"item_types_ratio":22}

Until now I developed an adobe io runtime endpoint what is called using an external activity. However when the activity is executed im getting the following   The payload i´m using is the main resource id (pkey) I understand is because the payload is too large, so i I wanna know how many records can i send to an adobe io runtime service or what strategy i need to follow.
