Env: AEM as cloud service 6.5 I've got a custom metadata schema applied for certain asset folders. Its got a multi select drop down field.I'm noticing this weird behaviour where multi select field is not behaving as expected. Steps to reproduce:Open asset properties and choose multiple options for the drop down field and click save. Say you've selected 3 options.Field gets saved as string array in jcrOpen the asset properties again, don't make any changes, just save it.Notice the first element in the array gets deleted and is replaced with an empty entry. Network call indicates a call to @2580436.This happens until the array is completely emptiedScreen recording of the issue:https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/5214107?key=e58794cc1f0dd94a89686f42287a7c99 Network console form data:./jcr:content/metadata/dc:language:./jcr:content/metadata/dc:language: ar_ye./jcr:content/metadata/dc:language: be_by./jcr:content/metadata/dc:language@Delete: I believe the last en

Hi Team,I have created conversion variable evar5, which identifies the user type like general customers, corporate, employee and other. But in analysis workspace, for visits metric unspecified is coming around 2K. When I exported the file through data feed, then I got to know for custom link evar 5 is not firing. Even the analysis workspace number says the same. But when checked links in the server call, evar 5 is firing. Hi All, I need to add parsys in nested loop in sightly. code snippet:<sly data-sly-use.clientlib="/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html"data-sly-call="${clientlib.all @ categories='test.stickyleftnav'}"/><div data-sly-test="${wcmmode.edit}" class="cq-placeholder section" data-emptytext="Sticky Left Navigation"></div><div data-sly-use.stickyLeftNav = "test.core.models.StickyLeftNavigationModel"><div class="row"><div class="column left" style="background-color:${properties.backgroundColor@ context='styleToken'};"><ul data-sly-list.level1="${stickyLeftNav.level1}"><li>Title of level1: ${level1.titleLevel1}</li><ul data-sly-list.level="${level1.level2}"><li>Title of Level 2: ${level.titleLevel2}</li></ul></ul></div><div class="column right" style="background-color:cyan" ><ul data-sly-list.level1="${stickyLeftNav.level1}"><li>Title of level1: ${level1.titleLevel1}&l

I know the tedious, endless, nested-if solution to this, but wondered if there is an easier way. Does WF have a construct/conditional for calculated fiends that would do this: IF fieldName is ANYOF (A, B, C) then output "Cat"ELSEIF fieldName is ANYOF (X, Y, Z) then output "Ferret"ELSEIF fieldName is ANYOF (P, Q, R) then output "Pygmie Bunny"

Hello, We find on a few occasions a year we get some PII enter our Adobe Analytics instance via the Activity Map. We do have activity map exclusions in place but we find a product team may introduce something that contains PII and isn't in the exclusions. We are now left with a company requirement to remove the data. We do not have Adobe Ultimate and thus do not have the Data Repair API and employing Adobe Engineering Services can see disproportionate solution for what could only be a handful of cases depending how early we caught it. So couple of questions: 1. How have others dealt with this?2. Is using the Privacy API a viable alternative? I'm conscious this will delete / forget the customer but will it leave the metrics for that customer in place? Visits etc? Any suggestions / advice welcome!

Hi All,We have a website that is hosted on domian abc.com and have implementation of Adobe Analytics using Adobe Launch. We would like to change the domain from abc.com to xyz.com. Could someone help me to understand the following; What all changes we need to consider in Adobe Analytics to update the domain name? What will be the impact and risk on existing report suite and analytics data?Thank you in advance! RegardsRashid

Hello All,    We have created a Marketo custom object and have mapped it with the SFDC custom object using REST API. We are able to get the create activity by using "Added to Custom Object" trigger in Marketo but when the object is getting updated we are not able to trigger the updated value and not able to see the activity in Marketo's activity log. Is there any workaround for this?   Or do we need to create separate custom objects for each stage (Qualified, Won, Lost) to receive the updates from SDFC to Marketo?     Thanks in advance

Hi All, We are trying to know how many webapp calls per day can handle/support by a particular cpu based on it's configurations like number cpu cores/RAMs etc. We need these calculations for the preference center module. Based on this we can get some idea to change the CPU configuration or to increase the web servers etc. Thanks & Regards,Greeshma

Hello, For legal reasons, we need to keep track of all the messages we're sending to our customers through message center. We first thought of just generating all the mirror page URL and then download them all with concurrent wget requests, but it is too slow.. we have about 100K pages to download... everyday so it takes about 20hrs to process. We then thought of recreating the HTML via the mdata CTX which would be much faster I guess. Do you do any anyway to generate html output with specific CTX and message center delivery template ID (i.e. what RT server actually do) ? Thank you very much for your help, R.

Hi,Some of our customers complaint that our marketo forms (that aren't on marketo LP) don't work on Brave Web Browser. We have tested ourselves and confirmed this issue.I also checked with support and got the response that it's a Customer’s Shield Configuration.I wanted to check if someone here encountered this problem and f there is anything we can do on our end or it is merely an issue on the customer's end?

I knew how to do this once, but have now forgotten. I have a form where I need to sum the values from 7 fields into an 8th one.I've tried using JavaScript and FormCalc and tried all sorts of scripting examples but I can't make it work.Perhaps I have the fields buried too deep inside sub sub forms?I know it should be a basic thing to do, but my brain is just not working right now.I'd appreciate any help.

This is an indirect AAM question. We have Adobe Analytics and we server side forward non-pii data to Audience Manager with an anonymous ID, and send that to destinations such as DSP's to activate segments.  With iOS 14 using the IDFA will require an opt-in through a default iOS pop-up, much like allowing push notifications.https://developer.apple.com/app-store/user-privacy-and-data-use/ However it's not perfectly clear to me, if such an opt-in is required also for tracking in the way described above. Any opinions on this matter?

Hi, I have few questions regarding Adobe's point of view on Apple's recent announcement on IDFA: 1) What impact will it have if mobile based segments are mapped to destinations that receive IDFAs? Will AAM gets restricted for performing device ID sync if a user does not allow tracking in app? 2) Will impact the customer ID sync? If the customer has 2 mobile devices and the app in both the devices is opted-out for tracking? Can we still stitch those 2 devices of a user under one profile with customer ID sync and Profile Merge rules? Thanks,Varun Kalra

Hello All, I'm running into an issue with my setup where when I try to install Service Pack 6.5.8 and it does not remove the Package Share Icon. I've tried several steps to see if I could rectify the situation on my own:Deleted and rebuilt crx-quickstart folder then uploaded service pack 6.5.8 for each step belowTurned off all my extensions in chromeChrome - Activated Development Inspector for service pack install Switched to Incognito Mode in ChromeTried Firefox BrowserWhen I installed Service Pack 6.5.8 I also clicked the build button (after I installed it) thinking that might have something to do with itScreen shot of my CRX Package Manager after step #2:

when setting up osgi configs, you put them in a dir to target a particular env and type. The problem is that cloud and non cloud seem to have different behavior. Should it be config.author.prod or config.prod.author? We see both in various posts.  we are using config.prod.author for example.  This works fine on non cloud AEM, but on cloud AEM, it doesn't. Or maybe the issue is that we have "default" osgi configs in /config, which we then assume will be overridden by config files in say /config.prod or /config.prod.author.  Is this assumption incorrect?  I.e. if we want a config applied to a specific env, we must not have it also in a more generic env?

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out why my page velocity values differ on the same pages of my site depending on whether I'm looking at them from the Entry Page Report & the Pages Report? Why does the pages views/visits metric always equal page velocity in the entry page report but not in the pages report?  I'm hoping someone can explain just how the attribution works in a simple way. Cheers

I created a new project with archetype 27. The created project looks fine but when I first try to install it I get the following error:  [INFO] --- maven-install-plugin:2.5.2:install (default-install) @ kg-commons --- [WARNING] Error injecting: org.apache.maven.artifact.installer.DefaultArtifactInstaller com.google.inject.ProvisionException: Unable to provision, see the following errors: 1) Error injecting: private org.eclipse.aether.spi.log.Logger org.apache.maven.repository.internal.DefaultVersionRangeResolver.logger   I tried google this but there are not many matches for this error, I was wondering if anyone knows what is going on here. I am on IntelliJ and using the build-in Maven 3 so I wonder if it is something to do with Maven specifically or if I screwed up the project installation.  .

Hello All: Our AEM Admin team has advised of a pending AEM Upgrade from 6.3 to 6.5.8.  Are there any AEM users who has experience with this upgrade, and can share any concerns or issues our AEM user base should be aware, or prepared for.  It is important that this upgrade goes well for the company. Thanks,Al

Anyone know the format for target/@eventdate? I'm working on sending logs to an Azure blob and want to test some dummy files with the right formatting. I'm assuming it is YYYY-MM-DD but want to make sure it does or does not include a time.

I am trying to extend 'Create Review Task' OOB functionality to my project. Currently this is enabled only if we select a folder in assets section. My requirement is to make this available if we select an asset file as well instead of a folder.  Steps I did so far,I tried to overlay the node inside libs - /libs/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/actions/selection/createtask and created the same inside apps - /apps/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/actions/selection/createtask as below I was able to overlay this node and my text changes are also reflecting. But 'Create Review Task' is not getting displayed when I select a file. But i can see my changes when I select a folder, to confirm i have overlayed it. Have anyone worked on such a scenario to make this OOB functionality working for a single asset as well instead of a folder? Can someone help me on how to achieve this? @arunpatidar @dvnsudheer

Hi,Hope you are doing well!We are trying to change image resolution on Cloud. But, we are not sure if this is the place where image resolution is changed: /system/console/configMgr/com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.cache.CQBufferedImageCache. Also, on cloud we can not access this url. How can we change it? Thanks!

Some buttons like 'Annotate' are available for a asset file in the assets, html and some buttons like Create review task is available only at a folder level. How is this done? How can we enable and disable buttons based on a folder or an asset ?

Hi...I have two A/B tests running simultaneously on a page. How can I explicitly trigger the challenger experiences for both the tests together in a browser so I can take a snapshot of what it looks like when visitors enter both the tests and see ch1 for both the tests?
