Hi folks,I have some Java code which needs to write an image to a pdf file.  The image is located in the code, in frontend/src/main/webpack/resources/images/blah.gif/jcr:content. Eventually the build system puts the image at the following location:/apps/xxx/clientlibs/resources/images/blah.gif/jcr:contentwhich the proxy servlet maps to/etc.clientlibs/xxx/clientlibs/resources/images/blah.gif/jcr:content  The Java code works fine on Author ( I assume because I am logged in), but not on the publishers.  Does the "anonymous" user have to have explicit read access permission at the path to the image at /apps/xxx/clientlibs/resources/images/blah.gif/jcr:content ?    tnx Fiona

Our organization uses Customer Attributes in People Core service to sync customer data into Adobe Target. We are trying to automate the process of creating new customer Attribute sources, enabling Adobe Target subscription and attribute mapping. Are there any APIs that could help with this? We have Adobe Target premium, do not have Audience Manager subscription.

Hello, what is the maximum number of audiences that I can create in my account?

hi! I have been trying to get started with adobe analytics for quite sometime now but it seems the website is just terribly slow. I mean to say that, when i logon to the website, it just keeps on showing me the loading screen and nothing actually shows up for quite some time. It seems sort of impossible to do anything when the website itself is slow.  Keep in mind, I have a fast internet connection, there are no other downloads going on the background and switching browsers from Chrome to Mozilla to Microsoft Edge is of no use. My current screen has been stuck at this for so long and it doesnt look like it is going to fix itself anytime soon. Is there something that im doing wrong or is the website itself this slow? any solutions? please let me know, thanks!

I am facing issue in AEM SPA. This issue is on home page, there are 2 calls like below  This issue occurs on publisher, whereas on dispatcher the page comes blank. Can someone please help to resolve this issue. Note :1. Rest other pages are loading fine. 2. On dispatcher I have URL shortening rules and on publisher I am resource resolver config. 3. While testing I observe, that If I add some some character (dot or anything) on customheaderlibs.html, page work fine on both publisher & dispatcher.  4. I have overridden the HierarchyPageImpl to handle the URL shortening to give short path for all children element.

We have 7 AEM cloud envs, e.g. dev = https://author-p29234-f121051.adobeaemcloud.com/uat = https://author-p23425-e098098.adobeaemcloud.com/prod = https://author-p29345-f121058.adobeaemcloud.com/ etc. The problem is, it's impossible to remember these, or know which env you are on.You might think you are on dev, create or delete some content, then realise its uat, screwing up the testing. Is there any way to create a nice name/url?   Neither DNS CNAMES nor Aliases work.

Hi guys, I'm an old user of Marketo. I was wondering if I get the advanced reporting module from Marketo, and create cool reports, can I share them in my organization? Like a URL or link that everyone can access and check the reports without having to give credentials to the whole company?   Thanks!

JOHN BRINKMAN famously provided some very useful XFA forms to new and experienced LiveCycle Form Designers via his Adobe blog. Does anyone have a repository of Brinkmans' collected works..? Another very helpful resource was the collection of worked examples provided directly by Adobe (not the standard forms included in the EN/Samples/ folder). I have attached (an image) of one or two to remind other veterans of the original 'Better by Adobe' sample set..

Hello everyone, Currently, I'm having issue trying to delete the first row of a table when the form is initialized (I tried hidding the row, but I would like to remove the row from the table). This is the row which I would like to remove as soon as the form is previewed: This is the code I'm using when the field PartNumber is initiliazed, but the line ResultRow.instanceManager.removeInstance(ResultRow.instanceIndex) is not removing the row:I tried putting the rule when the root panel is initialized, but is not working as well:Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my issue. Thanks in advance

Hello,When our AEM authors add links to internal content (DAM assets such as pdfs or other webpages), instead of using the content finder to add the links, they will copy and paste the URL from the browser (other times they might create the html first in Adobe Dreamweaver and then add the html via source edit in the text component).  If the AEM author uses the content finder, the link ends up being something like this (example: /test1.html) and the test1.html page will show as being referenced, but if the AEM author adds the domain name in the link (example: https://www.test.com/test1.html), the test1.html page does not show up as being referenced. Is there a way for the "referencing" to recognize links that also include the domain name? Regards,Jerry

Hello, Hope someone can assist with this query. We are using the LinkedIn Extension in Launch to fire LinkedIn tag.We now have a requirement to fire another LinkedIn Tag (due to different LinkedIn pid). Since it seems we can only use the extension once, we tried to fire the second LinkedIn tag as a custom code. But only the tag utilising the extension seem to be working. The custom tag isn't firing at all.Wondering if anyone else has come across this use case or is there a way to fire 2 tags using the same extension? cheers,Winston

Hi Community,   I have been reworking an existing LP template in Marketo.   All was going well until I noticed that an image is not aligning in the mobile view of the page.      Ideally, the circled image should drop down below the blue header and fit the width of the mobile device.    Instead, it's currently appearing just under the header but pushed up against it, is super small, and is not fitting the width of the device.   Can anyone please help me figure out what's causing the image to not align? 😧   A link to the page can be viewed here: http://promos.ovstravel.com/IM---Operational-Testing-Program_SMS-Thank-You-Page-Test-2.html   Thank you,   LK

Hi,  I am currently working in AEM Designer (LiveCycle) and I am creating dynamic documents. The documents are for example, contact sheets that colleagues can complete and then email to clients with all our contact information etc.  When viewing the pdf in Adobe Acrobat, the editable text fields display the blue field highlight to show where to type. This is fine if we are printing the document as it is then no longer visible but when emailing the document it is not ideal as the highlights still show and it isn't aesthetically pleasing in the design.  I have used code before on a standard PDF to remove the highlighting (added to javascript in acrobat), however when I create the document in AEM Designer / Livecycle and it exports a dynamic pdf, I am unable to add the javascript in Acrobat.  Please can someone advise if I can add a script in AEM forms or if there is a predefined action and if so how do I do it as I am lost.  Thanks in advance all.

Hi , Non AEM host server need to upload an image to AEM publish server . AEM is exposing an service say www.abc.com/upload.json   ,when Non AEM host serve hit this service ,in aem it will hit the servlet and we can upload the image. But we would to restrict this based on some particular user . So how to achieve it using basic authentication .Here we would need to provide userid and password to the non aem server request. How could they send that data to in post request. But in aem how will it be validated if the correct user is accessing it .What is procedure or sample code for it. Also could we  achieve auth  (bearer token) with the above mechanism in AEM Any inputs on this will be helpful. Thanks

Hi,I have defined a processing rule in Marketing Channels based on another query string parameter than the one used in the Tracking Code query string, but the traffic does not end up in the channel connected to that rule. My question is if it is possible to use processing rules based on other query strings than the one used in the Tracking Code dimension? In other words, does it have to be tied to the Campaign variable? The data for the query string I am using is collected in a separate eVar.

Hi, this is to ask for a solution on how to gai access to css classe for the main/ root div of a page in AEM.I'm working with archetype 23.archetype.properties:  archetypeVersion=23 frontendModule=general aemVersion=6.5.3 The problem is that AEM OOTB adds a container class to the root div element:In another project, created using different archetype this was not the case: I tried many places and I can't seam to find the answer.

I'm looking into into leveraging Experience Fragments in AEM 6.4 for a multisite. However, the OOTB search uses a PATH to search for keywords, since the actual /content/site/.. tree will not contain the actual content BUT the references to the Experience Fragments, the search no longer returns results for content. If we include /content/experience-fragment as the search path then it returns the actual XF path itself which is not desired. What would be the recommendation for an OOTB Search implementation? Ideally, the search should just return the content page from where the XF is referenced. Is there any way to achieve this OOTB ?  Thanks in advance!
