Hi , Is it possible to change the CTA for the Image as well using Adobe Target for ACC deliveries ?

I just got an email from our old CRM provider about how they were working to mitigate the impact of the Google outage from earlier this week (December 14th and 15th) - mainly about how the mass bounces could impact reputation, future deliverability, and email validation within the platform.   Should I be worried about the potential impact of soft or hard bounces resulting from this event?

Hi our customers asked us to provide an external sftp server to transfer data via sftp, we create new server (via AWS) and created a new user with provided a home directory, .ssh directory was created.Once the customer provides two files:1. private_sftp_key-2013-10-dsa.pub2. private_sftp_key-2013-10.pubWe added the private_sftp_key-2013-10.pub to authorized_keys and provide chmod 700 permissions (follow this guide - https://www.jscape.com/blog/setting-up-sftp-public-key-authentication-command-linebut still, it keeps asking for the password.what do we miss? Thanks

Hello Everyone, I need to get information about a subject, with decisions taken by the regulators "without shelter area in Turkey can not use the digital analysis tool". We have a situation in Adobe Omniture to close it due to this regulation. What kind of solution can you suggest here, who can we contact as a contact. P.S: Since we don't know our system administrator, I have to write it here.

Hello, I wanted to understand implications to a segment's population when an underlying trait's qualified profiles are either updated or deleted using d_sid or d_unsid parameters. For example, if I use "d_unsid" in my ingestion file to remove 5 UUIDS from my trait then -  1. How will the trait population will be affected in terms of Unique Trait Realization and Total Trait Population.2. Assuming there is a segment built using just the above trait, how it's Real-Time Segment Population and Total Segment Population will be affected after file ingestion. @shweta_singh @ankita_sodhi @varun_kalra Thanks,Har**bleep**

Hello,I've pulled over an "exclude bots" segment from analytics into audience manager.   Is it correct to assume for my segments in audience manager I would use the rule "and" to suppress any bot traffic from my segments?

Has anyone successfully done file based offline ID sync (not for PBD) recently? If yes, could you share the exact steps and settings for both the data sources? We have an ID (say hashed email) that's available on website front end for ID sync (data source 1). But, the offline data file will be uploaded using a different customer ID (data source 2). We'd like to send an offline ID sync file or match table later on to AAM to tell that both IDs belong to the same person. We uploaded file like this: adobe_id_datasource1_datasource2_<timestamp>.sync So far, we have configured both the data sources as cross device and uploaded the file to the s3.But, while looking up the trait and segment qualifications using the d_cts=2 flag, we do not see that the hashed email ID (data source 1) qualifies for the traits and segments. Thanks,Varun Kalra

When the preview button is pressed, the page loads continuously by not letting us click on the confirmation pop-up. This issue is seen only in the chrome browser and also in some content paths only.  Tried increasing the Number of Calls per Request in "Apache Sling Main Servlet" but it did not help. Do we have any recommended value for this? Can anyone suggest a fix for this? Thanks,Kiran Vedantam.

On 6.3.0, version history node is getting created at /content/versionhistory path. My application does not have any custom code which does version purging and does not fetch any value from the nodes under /content/versionhistory. The structure is like this,-content --versionhistory [cq:page] ---author-1@example.com [cq:page] -------child nodes [same as the site structure] [cq:page] ---author-2@example.com [cq:page] -------child nodes [same as the site structure] [cq:page]etc..Versions are also present under /jcr:system/jcr:versionStorage path. The nodes under /content/versionhistory are getting recreated, does this have something to do with audit logs?. Ex: I deleted /content/versionhistory node. Now, made changes to few pages [modified some components], and I see this /content/versionhistory node got generated again with the entire site structure under it as the child pages. This is causing issues as are simple redirect rules and vanity urls set for some pages. When these redirects/van

Hi all, I have encountered a puzzling situation.I have integrated AEM with Target on one author instance (in one of the environments we use in our company).Upon doing the same activity on a different author istance (different as in "belonging to a different enviroment", but identical in terms of configurations and contents), there seems to be an inconsistency between how much I can configure when applying the target configuration to a set of Experience Fragments.Specifically, you see on the left the configuration on the first author instance (more complete) and on the right the configuration on the second author instance (more partial):As you can see, the fields to specify the Adobe Target Workspace and the Externalizer Domains are missing. Now, I cannot speak much about the Target situation, since it is handled by a different team, but we have used the same property and applied the same configurations to both environments, so I would have expected an idential behaviour. As for

Hi,Could you please guide me from where I can find dispatcher version 4.1.11 or latest? I tried but no luck 😞 Actually I was testing TTL on my local. Thanks.

I found a strange bug in the feature where you can create a delivery template from an existing delivery. Everything seemed to be working fine as the template was being used in a continuous delivery. However, about a week after the template was created (today) the continuous delivery threw a strange error:17/12/2020 09:10:12 WKF-560043 Error while sending notification with delivery template 'cusMyNewTemplate'.17/12/2020 09:10:12 DLV-490055 Failed to load delivery ID 77565251 into the cache: This delivery does not exist, has been deleted or the login does not have the required rights. The delivery template looked fine and I could open it no problem. No rights were changed and the workflow was working 30 minutes before. I tried to duplicate it and I got the error:WDB-200011 The requested database record does not exist.Unable to load document of type 'Deliveries (nms:delivery)' because link 'recurringDelivery' with condition '@id = 77565251' not found in the database.Turns out, when you cre

Looking on the forum it appears this has been reported before but I don't see a solution. Basically when I upload images to Design Studio they all show up as broken links. That means I also can't preview my designs to ensure the layout is correct because I get the broken link icon. If I paste the URL directly into the browser it is fine and if I email myself a sample it works. What am I missing here? Am am uploading the images incorrectly or referencing them incorrectly or something?  More oddly, if I preview using 'Segmentation' I will see the image but if I preview using 'Person' I don't.

Hello,   I have a list of team members which I use for sending every email, as a part of our team process. Last 2 times when I was sending emails just one person from that list received email, the rest 6 of them didn't, and when I try to pull out the list it shows them as was not delivered email to. Does this has to do with the fact that they have the same domain? I believe that shouldn't be the issue since it's small number of people, is there a way to see the reason to why they aren't receiving those emails, because they did receive emails before that last 2? Thanks!

I am working use case where I need to dynamically add the preset or smart crop based on window resolution.(without using responsive preset) I want to get all presets(url) or smart crops(url) which are configured in AEM then pick the appropriate preset url and update the image url based on resolution. Is there any way to get all the configured values? I have integrated Dynamic Media scene7 Mode with my AEM 6.5.5.0 environment.
