Hi All,We have some pages under /c/ folder like example /content/we-retail/us/en/c/page1 and /content/we-retail/us/en/c/page2 etc.We would like to remove /c/ from the page and should redirect to /content/we-retail/us/en/page1.html with serving the same content as /content/we-retail/us/en/c/page1. We need to do it for all locales so there may be number of pages.Considering any page under /c/ folder should remove /c/ and then page should redirect. Could you please let us know how to implement this and please suggest us on what are the possible options. Is there any way to implement via dispatcher rewrite rule. We are using AEM 6.4.5 versionPlease let us know. Thanks

I run AEM 6.5 with oak index that works just fine with Solr 7.x and 6.x.  When I try to index AEM into Solr 8.x it seem to populate the index but when I query in Solr console it does not return any results.  Please help me to find out why this happens and whether AEM 6.5 support Solr 8.x.  Thanks so much in advance.  --Nathan.

Hi Team, Please help me here.  In the s.product string contains skuID, unit price & quantity firing on the order confirmation page along with purchaseID & purchase event. However on the revenue metrics I am seeing only the unit price instead of total price value. So can you please help me how to get the total price in the revenue metric & what all ways to solve it. s.products = ";abcd;100;12";Revenue metrics reports value = 100(unit price)Units metric = 12 I am looking for total price of the product, revenue should report value = 1200.  Any help.

I have been asked to explore Project Firefly and various uses of it and I'm struggling to understand how to authenticate this call. I'm only at the very beginning of exploration so I have probably missed something and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.I have created a new generic action (eventually this will connect with Adobe Target but just keeping it simple for now). This new action will be invoked by a webhook from a CMS system that we use. When new content is published it will call this action's URL and the action will handle the request. I just don't know how to authenticate the webhook. In postman I can put in my Bearer token (which I get from `aio login`) but obviously I can't put that into the webhook as it will change over time. How should I go about creating an action that can be authenticated from an external service like this? The only options I have from our CMS is either a basic auth username/password or values to put into custom headers. Thanks

Hi, We have LinkClick added Via Data layer implementation. I notice Adobe server call is not firing even though data layer works fine.  Why this happening? Do I need to add delay code ? I see the page is navigating really quick. Thanks, Pradeep

Hi, I am struggling with how to use cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload in a granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield. I have read the many questions where the topic was discussed, but was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to provide a working sample (for future reference as well) of a functioning cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload in a granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield.One of my failed attempts (bareboned to be more concise) looks like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <jcr:root xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" xmlns:cq="http://www.day.com/jcr/cq/1.0" xmlns:granite="http://www.adobe.com/jcr/granite/1.0" xmlns:nt="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/nt/1.0" xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" jcr:title="RANDOM TITLE" sling:resourceType="cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog"> <content jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sli

Hi team,  Starting from 7 Sep we stopped receive report files on FTP via DataWarehouse API. The Report.Queue method return report id and status 200, and checking report status show is everything okay but we didn't gen file to FTP. It's reproducing across multiple report suite within different Adobe organizations. However manual upload to FTP via Experience Cloud works fine.  Also, I've tried re-send API call from the UI Request Manager but didn't get success. Below you find all the required information about API requests. Please advise asap.  Below my API request curl --location --request POST 'https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.4/rest/?method=Report.Queue' \--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \--header 'Authorization: Bearer 'xxxxxxxx' \--data-raw '{"reportDescription": {"reportSuiteID": "xchmprovtemplcommerce","dateFrom": "2020-09-01","dateTo": "2020-09-10","dateGranularity": "day","metrics": [{"id": "event1"},{"id": "event2"} ],"elements":

I am working on implementing trigger views through launch. I have setup date elements for page info such as pathname, URL, title.   For some reason when I use these elements for my trigger view I get %pathname% or %url%. The only one that works is title. That populates the value.    Why would my URL based data elements not be populating but my page title would be?

Not all the issues assigned to me are showing up on the Issues report I created. Filters that my report has is Project's Status in Execution, Closing, Planning, Request Queue1. Issues in different queues are not showing up2. If an issue is shared between me and another TM, it also doesn't show up on the report How can we get the report to show all of my issues?

As part of business requirement , we need two modes square(360*360) and landscape(400*192) of same image (actual image dimension is 1000*1000) . We created image presets(wid & hei parameters added) & found that we will get white background appended on the border of image if actual image is landscape & we are trying to retrieve square image & vice versa .So to remove white background,  we applied format alpha-png which helped us in removing transparent background but created another problem of reduced image size.In order to prevent small size image & white background, we appended scl=1 in image url  which cropped the image to desired size & also removed the original content of image. Is there any solution using which we can get image required size of image without any above mentioned problems.

Hi Team, For some page in edit mode I am not able to add annotation.Like suppose for a page, having a some component example a Hero component and I am trying to give annotation, but it is not taking annotation.also for some page only single annotation is available and then not able to add another Annotation.  I am not sure how to make available annotation for any pages if it is restricted. Current observation: Annotation is disabled for some components.Expected Behavior: We should be able to annotate over some components in Page. Scenario : is like in a page under /content example: homepage we have some custom components like hero component and resoucesbar component, global component  and here in Hero component if we are trying to add Annotation like we see in above image.I am not able to add annotation for some component like in homepageHero not able to add, instead if we try to add on resourceBar or gloal we are able to add. and we can see cq:annota

Hi all,I have a question regarding AA migration to first-party cookie - I am at the very beginning and filling up the First Party Cookie (CNAME): Request Form. Two questions:- our company has AA implemented on multiple domains, such as example.com, example.de, example.fr, but also otherexample.com, otherexample.de... Is one form enough and can we use it for all the domains within one company?-regarding the secure hostmane and non-secure hostname fields, is that something I can choose and use something like smetrics.example.com and metrics.example.com?Thanks!Pavel

I am trying to troubleshoot and figure out why some profiles have the submit button in their timesheets and others have a "Save and Close" button. The profiles with the save and close button appear to bypass the approval process and timesheet does not get submitted to their manager for approval... Tried trouble-shooting but I have very limited knowledge of timesheets and set-ups so I don't understand where the issue may be, can someone help? Support has been absolutely useless with helping us figure this out.
