We have created a project in Adobe Admin console and want to run below instance command. We are having on-premise instance.Command: nlserver config -instance:<instance_name> -setimsoauth:ims-org-id/client-id/technical-account-id/client-secret.But before executing above command, we would like to understand certain things as our instance name is same for lower & production environment. Last time when we executed this command in lower environment it also affected the production environment.1-Can you please help us in understanding the impact of running instance command?2-What will happen if the command works successfully?3-What will happen if the command doesn't work? What all parts in Adobe Campaign Classic it can affect?4-If we stop the services of production environment and execute this command in lower environment, will it still affect the Production? If yes, then how we can avoid this?5-What all areas of Adobe campaign classic this command can affect?6-What changes wil

AEM 6.5, SPA, Angular 9, Bootstrap 4AEM Forms packages:adobe-aemfd-linux-pkg-6.0.1120.zipadobe-aemfd-compat-pkg-2.0.48.zipHaving an issue with AEM Forms where elements that are configured to be hidden are still showing up on the page (submission-status-issue.png).  I've been testing our site on slower network speeds by using Chrome's dev tools to throttle the browser connection to 3G and disabling the cache. This causes the page to load very slowly (which is expected). However, when the page finishes loading there are blue and red alert boxes that are displayed when they should be hidden. When I view the html after the slow page load completes, I notice that the alert boxes don't have the "hidden" or "active" classes on their field elements. I believe those classes are something AEM adds based on whether the Hide Object option is checked or not in the component configuration (submission-status-config.png). Since they don't have the classes, they display. So it seems like there is

Hi,  We are working on a migration project fom AMS to ACS. Our current project heavily relies on static template that are build using JSP. Could you please clarify the following question with respect to migration -1. Is there any way to retain JSP as-is and still migrate from static template to editable template?2. Is it necessary to migrate JSP to HTL3. Are there any Adobe recommened migration guide for converting JSP based template to HTL4. Is it necessary to convert components using JSP to HTLWe are looking for the best practices and any possible workarounds that would allow us to efficiently transition to ACS without a complete rewrite.Any insight, recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hello, i'm having problems trying to debug the AndroidPushConnectorV2 javascript code. I've seen it has some logVerbose, but I'm not sure where to read them

Does the system recognize that an audience is a component of an another audience before you delete it? For example, if I have an activated audience (Audience X) that's made up of Attribute 2, Audience B, and Event 1, and I go to delete Audience B, will the system give a warning? What happens if I do delete Audience B?

Hi team,I wanted to fully understand if we should use a visitor level container or a hit level for the case here- I want to capture the number of unique visitors over a period of time/months who have done a custom click events (e74 in the pic below). So, should i use visitor level segmentation container or a hit level- i am very sure it is visitor level but am being challenged here by a colleague so asking the experts here :). Also, any video/document which clarifies the difference between the segmentation containers with examples will be helpful. Thanks!

I'm interested in seeing what is the first clicked item when user lands on a page (at an aggregate level). Is there a way to set up a segment for this? To follow up, I would be curious what users are clicking on first, then what's the top 2nd clicked button on the page, top 3rd etc. I'm trying to build out the user journey to understand what users are clicking on (1st, 2nd,3rd, etc) when they're on a specific page.  For example, I would like to be able to understand whether most users are clicking on the nav first or are they clicking on body then clicking on nav?

While creating audience in AEP, we have a option called "in last week". So want to know the start of the week is Sunday or Mondays.

Hi, I have an AEM workflow which creates lots of groups when run on a folder, but when i am assigning user to the created group i can just see an error page once i login. how can i give basic set of permission to a group so that  the assigned user can login and view /content/dam/assets page.(not the folders) because folders will be assigned on some condition.  I am planning to create on main group manually/programatically and assign all the workflow created groups to it, so all the basic permissions will be part of that main group.

Hello,We are migrating Workfront instance to unified shell. Our CSM requires customer GUID to process the request. Does anyone know where I can obtain this information?

I have a data scenario, where my primary Identity has multiple secondary identities in the source data. There is a MDM system which is generating the Primary Identity - Customer IdThe subscription system is a standalone system which is managing various subscriptions and also generate an identitifer for each customer "Subscriber Id". Now the problem is, because of not havign strong matching engine and varity of data, alsmost for 20% of cases, for same person, this system ends up creating multiple "Subscriber Id" for a person. Illustration:MDMThomas Cook and Tom Cook are identified as same customer and ends up having one Customer Id (12345679) Subscription SystemDue to the different first name, this platform generated 2 separate Subscriber Ids Thomas Cook : Subscriber Id: 50001Tom Cook : Subscriber Id: 60001Subscription system also sends various events to AEP and shares the Subscriber Id (Primary Identity) as event data (subscrition related call data etc) MDM Sys

Hi Team - I am trying to understand why a dispatcher cannot cache the PDF documents uploaded into Forms and Documents section, /content/dam/formsanddocuments . I uploaded a PDF documents into forms and documents and tried accessing it with Publisher by appending the content dam path of the PDF and made sure it opened the PDF with extension (as this a requirement for dispatcher to cache). However i do not see it being cached. But it caches the same PDF uploaded under /content/dam. What is controlling this, my cache.any file has "allow" to glob "*".

Does AEP have ability/option to convert between XML to JSON and vice versa? If not currently, is there a plan to consider this? Thanks.

I have had a few marketers raise questions about the New reporting tool. When measuring email click-through rates (CTR) in the industry, the standard practice is to use "unique clicks,"  meaning each recipient is only counted once even if they click multiple times on the same link within the email; this provides a more accurate representation of engagement with an email campaign. This raises a few questions, and I was wondering if there are documented answers/rational from Adobe:In AJO, the CTR indicates to be Total Clicks / Total Delivered, instead of using unique click / unique delivered. Is there a documented reason/rationale why Adobe uses total clicksSimilar issues with CTOR. In our instance, Delivered appears to be lower than Unique Delivered.  How is this possibleWhere is there a clear breakdown that can be shared with marketing teams? Need to get answer for marketing teams.

Hi,  I have created Individual Profile Schema. Then I have create a dataset which I have successfuly ingested the data into the dataset. Then I checked in the profile and the profile have been successfully created. However, when I try to create audince using attributes using my custom fields as a (schingDeviceID = Exists) the audience shows there are no data associated with having this attributes. However, as the image displays in profiles, it shows that there are records that attributes schingDeviceID exists. Does know how I could resolve this issue so that I am able to create audience? Please let me know if you need anymore information. Thankyou All the images are attached below. Best regards,Sching

Hi, When I try to create an audience in AEP audience manager, it appears I cannot leverage on the OOTB Page URL dimension (xdm.web.webPageDetails.URL). The only available URL attribute in Audience Manager is the web referrer URL (see screenshot). Is there a way I can create an audience based on the page URL the user visited on our site? Thanks!

Hi, is there a limit to the number of fields you can select in the Workfront 'Read a Record' module within a Fusion flow? I've seen cases where selecting too many fields causes Fusion to throw an error, but I’d like to confirm if there’s an official limit. Thank you!

My team currently utilizes a fusion between Workfront and AEM Assets, but we’re exploring the possibility of connecting AEM Sites with Workfront. Our goal is to create a seamless workflow where page creation initiated in Workfront transitions smoothly into AEM Sites, allowing the process to continue within AEM’s workflow. Is there an existing integration or fusion between AEM Sites and Workfront to enable this functionality? If so, where can I find more information about it?
