Hi all, Have a question I cannot seem to find already answered anywhere. I want to confirm if I am about to upload a jpg file that has clipping path(s), that once in AEM, an end user can download(rendition to whatever size spec they need) and still see clipping paths in other adobe programs? Sorry if it's a novice question but new to AEM. Thank you.

Hi All,I need help A technical workflow should be created that performs a daily check to send alert when the Campaign is Stopped and the workflow is Stoppedplease help to suggest me the query condition--please this is very urgent for me @parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_

All,   We have around 350+ current projects launched from a new workflow this year.  We recently pulled data for one task in the workflow (1st copyedit) and discovered that the actual hours entered for completed tasks is significantly lower than the task's planned hours in the template.  We want to lower the planned hours for the remaining incomplete instances of this task.   I first built a task report but realized that planned hours was not an available field in the bulk edit menu.   It seems like it should be pretty straightforward to make the bulk update in Fusion, but I've had no luck.  I've tried running test scenarios in both a WF test drive and in our WF instance.  Using a WF Update Record module, I enter the Task ID as the ID and Task as the Record Type; I select Planned Hours under Fields to Map and then enter the new hour value.   In both the test drive and live instance, the scenarios run with no errors, but the planned hours are not

Hi.  I need to make a form that keeps formating but has text boxes / tables that can expand in size for times when alot has to be written. Hi Everyone We're using an integration of the AEP Web SDK via Tags. For a current requirement, it became necessary to send particular events to a different data set than the rest of the other basic web tracking events. Additionally, this data set also comes with a different schema.Since one AEP data stream can be only attached to one particular data set, I thought about creating an additional data stream and then re-configure the alloy.js in the onBeforeEventSend command and some custom for just this particular event…however, even when I try locally I get the following issue: [alloy] configure command was rejected. Error: Error: [alloy] The library has already been configured and may only be configured once Is there any other way how this could potentially be achieved?

Hey Team,   We are trying to use the Edge Delivery Service GitHub template for our website to enable AEM Site Universal Editor authoring. Our approach is as follows: we have a Site_A repository, a Site_B repository, and a common repository. We would like to create a component in the common repository and use it in both Site_A and Site_B. Is this possible? If so, how can we achieve it?   Thanks

I'm a new Group Admin setting up and configuring Workfront for my department. Our Sys Admin made us aware of schedules that were built for each time zone. These time zone schedules have built in exclusions for holidays. I'm trying to determine the pros and cons of using these schedules and where they should be set. It's been recommended to have each project owner set the schedule of their time zone they reside in but what happens to tasks that are assigned to people outside of that time zone? Are there other options worth exploring in setup which don't involve someone manually selecting a schedule for each project they build? The majority of people reside in FL but we work with people in CA and across the United States.

Has anyone successfully integrated with Fiery with Fusion into their Workfront instance? We are looking for a way to capture the total amount of print pages from Fiery back into the Workfront project. Curious if anyone has had any success.

Hello,    We are working on a Year in Review email that will pull in customer data through a marekto only field. We are using the code below to pull in all of our data and formatting it to include a comma on the larger numbers:  #set($YIR_most_thank_yousCapped = ${lead.mostThankYousYIR}) #set( $YIR_most_thank_yousFormatted = $number.format( "${esc.h},${esc.h}${esc.h}${esc.h}", $YIR_most_thank_yousCapped ) ) $YIR_most_thank_yousFormatted   As I am discussing this code with our in house developer, he suggested we use "#,###" instead of "${esc.h},${esc.h}${esc.h}${esc.h}" as a best practice using this code below:  #set($YIR_most_thank_yousCapped = ${lead.mostThankYousYIR}) #if($YIR_most_thank_yousCapped && $YIR_most_thank_yousCapped != "") #set($YIR_most_thank_yousFormatted = $number.format("#,###", $YIR_most_thank_yousCapped)) $YIR_most_thank_yousFormatted #else 0 #end     When we use this code, however, the email preview breaks. I am wo

Hello everyone,i have a working scenario with a lot of modules and i need to add error handling to be able to notify via email with the error.I know how to do it, but it's a pain, i.e. I have to add the email module in each error handling flow for all modules. So, my question is if it is possible to add something at the global level of the scenario that is listening for any errors that happen and then send the email.Note: this scenario is called through an http call from another scenario, I have tried to see if the error is returned and can handle it in that call, but no, it is not returned and the calling scenario never "knows" about the error. Thanks in advance

This is a 2 part question regarding EDS handling of javascript and CSS. Part 1: AEM 6.5 has a feature that minifies javascript and CSS. Does EDS have a similar ability or is this an optimization step that must happen inside the GIT repo? Part 2: Adobe AEM Commons has a "Versioned Clientlibs" feature that adds a new cache-busting string to a file path when a clientlib is updated. Does EDS have a similar ability or is there some other process?

Hi Team,I wanted to understand what would be the recommended approach while tracking multiple AEP event types through a single AEP event. For example if I have three events happening on a page load: page_load, product_impression, alert_pop_up and I want to use a single tracking call to send this information to AEP, how should these be tracked,With a string type XDM field that concatenates all three event types like page_load|product_impression|alert_pop_upWith three different integer type XDM fields for each of the event types populated with value 1Please suggest what should be the preferred approach with it's pros and cons in terms of the usage of these fields in EP and it's app services. Thanks,

Hello. Is there additional documentation on these identity errors?  Thanks!

Hi friends,  Has anyone experienced metadata fields disappearing from their AEM Assets? They populate in Content Hub, but are no longer in AEM Assets. It looks like our ability to edit metadata schemas has been removed as well. We just had this happen to us and are attempting to get it remediated, but wanted to reach out to see if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks in advance for your responses! Best,E

Looking for guidance to create a reference lookup data view in Workfront. The data with multiple columns for the table needs to be sourced from an external system either via API or Batch Files and refreshed regularly. The data could exceed 10000 rows. The view needs to be summoned via a click when user is working on dropdown field. I started looking at custom form fields with external lookup to api. Not sure if using Fusion is the best option and if yes do i need to create a custom form and populate fields with fusion.

Does the Outlook integration take the time the user is booked in meetings out of their available work hours for the day? For example, if a user has a 2 hour meeting booked in their outlook calendar, will it only show them as having 6 hours of their 8 capacity available to assign work to?

Hi,I have an hour report that I would like to add the manager name so we can filter or sort.  I am able to pull in the manager id for a user but not seeing a field for a name.  Does anyone know how the manager name can be shown instead of the id? Thanks Heather

Dear community, I'm trying to create an external look up field for the Workfront Planning API, and in the instructions it says that I should add:JSON Path: $.records[*].data.{fieldID}{fieldID} is the field to display in the External lookup search results on the custom form for end users. Can anyone help me understand what is exactly the fieldID? Is it the WF Planning field ID? If so, how can I get it? I was not able to find it. Thanks in advance!

I want to track how many users who are differently abled are landing on my webpage. The suggestion I received is to track screen reader usage. How can I access this information using Adobe Analytics? Do I need to embed screen reader detection code on my site, or how does this work?
