Hi guys,I am new to Adobe Campaign. When I try and publish something I get the following error in the log:SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'PublishCusResources' of service 'xtk:builder'.I've looked everywhere but I haven't been able to find a solution to this issue. I thought it might be the case that I didn't have enough permissions to publish, but I have admin permissions for the whole box. These are the groups I belong to:Has anyone else seen this error? I googled it to no avail. Thanks!

Hello everyone,I manage for my internship during those last 2 months to understand how to use Adobe Campaign Classic and SoapUI requests, I had to make a transactionnal messaging following the documentation on Adobe Campaign and got good conclusions when coming at the end of it.The documentation I manage to accomplish and got all through : About transactional messaging But I have now some questions to make it perfect, I have to make a web application upon which i can input an email and the website triggers a Soap request in the back-end to the Adobe Campaign platform message center so the transactional email is send as a confirmation of the email input on the website. How can I settle all of this ? Is it possible to make a link between a website and soap request ? can I find some documentation on how to make that or some ideas and tips ? Do I have to make the web app on Adobe Campaign or like in a browser ?The difficulty will mostly be located in making the technical website back-end s

Hi Everyone,We have different deduplication rules to be applied in order to get the unique results. We need to create a concatenated string for different fields and then compare those concatenated strings with a logical ´OR´.contact(First_Name , Last_name) + RFC ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + email ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + phone ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + mobile ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + office_phone ORmobile + email ORphone + email ORI have seen the ´OR´ can be applied when we are using the if statement however when we try to apply the above rules and put the logical OR it doesn't work.Any information will be helpful.ThanksKR

I am using lockmanager in code to lock/unlock the page. I am able to lock a page with user session, but when unlocking with user session it always fails (not the owner of lock). Is there anyway to create lock-superuser in aem and use that session to unlock it ?I referred https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/spec/jsr170/javadocs/jcr-2.0/javax/jcr/lock/LockManager.html#unlock(java.lang.String)LockManager (Content Repository for Java Technology API Version 2.0)

Hello,We are experiencing an timeout while calling Output Service. The output service is taking around 320 seconds to complete the task.We increased the timeout time for more than that, but still we are getting a timeout. In the error below we can see that even after increasing the timeout in the console (see printscreen below) we are still getting an error.Caused by: ALC-DSC-305-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.transaction.MarkedForRollbackException: The current transaction has been marked for rollback.  This means one of three things; 1) The transaction has timed-out (the timeout period was set to [950(sec)], while the actual transaction took [319(sec)]), 2) An unhandled Runtime exception occurred when calling another service (please check the logs for more detail), or 3) This is a JTA transaction and this service has explicitly marked the transaction for rollbackat com.adobe.idp.dsc.transaction.impl.ejb.adapter.EjbTransactionBMTAdapterBean.doRequiresNew(EjbTransactionBMTAdapterBean.java:2

Does Activity Map work in the pages with iframes inside it? Let say we have some button inside the iFrame will we be able to get the activity map to work there?

Hi Marketo Community. What I'm looking to do violates everything I know about the best practice. However, I'm wondering if it is even theoretically possible in Marketo. We have an executive at our company who wants to be included on any and all email the first time the email is sent. This means he will receive every single email our Marketo instance puts out so he has it on record. While this is easy for batch sends, triggered sends, especially sends for web content and nurtures,  would be much more difficult to ensure the email address is added to. To make the challenge more difficult, we also have a fair number of targeted nurture programs that send at the same date and time as well as emails that incorporate dynamic content. Based on anyone's understanding, is this even possible? Currently, I think this will be a large undertaking. But even after this is done, due to rules set up in Marketo to prevent spamming addresses, I wonder if the person in question will even receive all the se

Dear MSD specialists, when installing MSI in MSD (2016, on premise) the MSI components do not show up on the contact or lead pages. ANd yet, the solution is installed and deployed, the user has the rights, MSD setup is done and even better, the sales insight status in Marketo is OK:any idea ?-Greg

On mobile app, we are trying to sync the customer ID but not sure when that needs to occur. Here is the current scenario:#1 Non-Registered User Launches AppOn app launch, demdex.net call containing parameter d_cid_ic with value DSID_20915=device advertising ID fires.#2 Non-Registered User Signs into AppOn sign-in event, a new demdex.net call containing parameter d_cid_ic with value XYZ_id=uniqueuserid fires.#3 Registered User Launches AppOn app launch, demdex.net call containing parameter d_cid_ic with value DSID_20915=device advertising ID fires. The question we have is around situation #3. When a registered user launches the app, should there only be one demdex call that syncs the device advertising ID or should we be expecting two demdex call? One that syncs the advertising ID and one that syncs the unique user ID seen in #2?

Hi Guys,When I try to use Adobe Analytics variables in Adobe Audience manager...I can able to add eVars & Props, but I wasn't able to add classified variable data in AAM.Example: I want to add AA variable Products > Products > Category Type Name variable in AAM. Hi all, Pl refer to URL: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/audiencemanager-profilelink It reads "If the customer ids were to contain PII information (eg. real names, email addresses etc.), we would first ngeed to perform a one-way hash of the PII data (which will make it infeasible to invert) before sending it to Audience Manager.". What do we mean by infeasible to invert? Does this mean that once we encrypt the data, we cannot decrypt? Who could decrypt it? At least AAM should be able to correct? If no one is able to decrypt, what happens to that PII data? Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

Hello Experts,I bring a new quesiton today:There is internal search function in our website, now, we would like to know how to get the consequent visit from internal search result list and the keywords. In another word, we would like to know all pages visited where the hit happened in the search result list, and the hit sequences- if it's possible (1st hit or 5th hit)E.g., user search: game, the there'll be a result list.1. Gaming Laptop2. Gaming Desktop3. Gaming Display4. Gaming Acc.How I can get all the page name visited directly from the search result list and the keywords used for searching, even the hit sequence?I understand if I simply use "Visit level segment, Internal Search Keyword equals Gaming", then it will report ALL visited pagename where a search happened with keywords "gaming" during the visit, but not the direct visited page from the "search result".Our IT team defined a Dimension named "Previouse Page Name", but if I use "open in a new tab" in the search result list,

I'm trying to limit the number of times an option can be selected on a form, and haven't been able to find much of anything. Anyone have any ideas?Ex: I have 5 options (A, B, C, D, E). I have 5 individuals I intend to provide the form to. I'm trying to set this form to only allow A to be selected by a single individual. Same for B, and so on...Thanks in advance.

Hi,I am getting js errors when enabling special chars in Touch UI RTE, getting same results using the package from helpx belowConfiguring Experience Manager Rich Text Editor Plugins in a Touch UI Component DialogLooks like there needs to be popovers config for specialchars which is required under ui settings and is missing hence the error. Below are the js errors1) /libs/clientlibs/granite/richtext/js/rte/ui/dialogs/AbstractBaseDialog.js this._command = config.parameters.command;  // the config param doesnt seem to have the commands commented this line to proceed 2) /libs/clientlibs/granite/richtext/js/rte/ui/PopoverManager.js //$trigger. is undefined so specified some static values for below in the js now shows up the special char pop up and it works. triggerOffs = $trigger.offset();triggerCenter = ($trigger.width() / 2);target: $trigger[0]Do we know sample popovers config for special chars, or if this bug is fixed with some later releases.currently using AEM6.3 with SP1 and CFThanks

Hi All,Below is the code of 1:N relationship between 2 tables <element label="Dealers" name="dealer" revLink="vehicleLink" target="all:dealer"  type="link">      <join xpath-dst="@vin" xpath-src="@dealerId"/>  </element> 1.In the above code @vin,@dealerId are not any key they are just attributes from two different tables. Can relationship can be done using attributes instead of PK in <join> ?2. all:dealer is a custom schema created for global market. For mexico market we have extended all:dealer with nmx namespace. When creating relationship between vehicle links and dealer  tables in target which schema should I mention all:dealer or nmx:dealer ?3 .all:dealer has autopk. In the extension schema nmx:dealer can we create a custom attribute "dealerId" as primary key. In this case what will be the impact if the table all:dealer has two primary key(autopk "id" and dealerId as custom PK) .Is it a good practice to have custom primary key for extension schema .Will thi
