I want to quickly refresh my memory on how leads become known to Marketo but can't for the life of me find that info in the Product Docs. Does anyone happen to have a link to that page saved?

I'm not sure if I am looking at this the correct way. I need to report on how often visitors log into my site. I have a success event that fires upon successful login, along with a customer identifier. By creating a visit level segment that has: log in event exists and the customer identifier exists, I should be able to get the number of visits or instances 'rows' that this occurred. Additionally, is it correct to assume that by dividing the visits per the above segment by the same segment at the unique visitor level would be logins per visitor? So if x = 44,000 and y = 20,000, then we can say visitors log in 2 times per month or any other time range. Can someone confirm if the above is correct for 'how often do visitors log in'?Thank you in advance, C

I have installed AEM Forms 6.4 on Windows Server 2012 R2 using partial turn-key installation with SQL Server 2012 database. First time installation and configuration completed successfully. But if I subsequently want to change my DB settings and run Configuration Manager, it fails on the following step:In the Configuration Manager log, I found the following error entry:Caused by: com.adobe.livecycle.lcm.core.LCMException[ALC-LCM-000-000]: Replacement failed for '>jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;DatabaseName=adobe<' with '>jdbc:sqlserver://[my_sql_hostname]:1433;DatabaseName=[my_db_name]<'Well obviously lc_turnkey.xml does not contain the string jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;DatabaseName=adobe anymore, hence I found the following workaround:After the initial installation and BEFORE Configuration Manager runs for the first time, save somewhere the original version of lc_turnkey.xml.On subsequent runs of Configuration Manager, delete lc_turnkey.xml and replace it with the or

Hello,I'm trying to download a PDF for my Workspace, however, this functionality is not working for me.  When I go to Share > Send File Now, it only states "Your download has been requested. Please wait".  However, nothing happens. Also, when I go to Project > Download PDF, nothing happens. Does anyone know why I cannot download or send PDFs in Workspace?  Is this a known issue?  Thank you!

Hello! I'd like your advice on building a program for sending emails in different languages. The program is build up like this: Language is French - send French email; Language is Dutch - send Dutch email; It was all clear and simple until I had to work on the email for Belgium. I included the Belgium email in an If choice like "If Country is Belgium sent Belgium email;" The idea is that people who will receive the email will then be able to complete the form in their desired language (Dutch or French) and then they will be included in one of the available language streams. However, I am not sure what would happen if the country is Belgium and language is Dutch. I have put the country condition on top (so it is the first matching one) - does this mean that people from Belgium will receive the Belgium email and then be skipped for the language step? So if someone has country Belgium and language Dutch will he receive only the Belgium email or the Dutch email too? I hope I have been clea

Hi All,I am trying to develop site using editable templates. These works fine with logged in user on publish but when trying to access the site using anonymous user, page content is not rendered properly. I found out that on giving read permission for anonymous user on /conf folder resolves this issue. I want to check if this is a good idea/best practice to provide read access on /conf for anonymous user or is there any better approach to resolve this issue? Thanks,Rajeev

Hi Experts,Apologies, these are too basic and I already tried to search forum for it but couldn't find right recommendation for it, so thought will pull the brains of the experts on this topic.I and my team are debating on some of the Asset best practices when it comes to responsive site and wanted to know everyones thoughts on it.Is it good to fix the aspect ratio of images in the components? For e.g. lets say I have component-1 which supports text and image or a banner component made up of just image. Should the aspect ratio be pre-defined for it.The upside of it is, we know how that aspect ratio image needs to be scaled on different viewports. for e.g. if image supported is 1:3 aspect ratio and on desktop it is 300x900, then on tablet we know it is 200 x 600 and on mobile it is 100 x 300 with appropriate quality tuning. But the downside of it is - We are tie-ing the components to a specific aspect ratio image.Approach-1: Tie components and image aspect ratioWe know which aspect ratio

Hello Guys,Is there anyone can help to guide: How to track the last links user clicked before leaving the site, no matter what the hit-depth is?E.g., Entry Page A > Page B > Page A > click "configure", then user left the site.I can understand that if the "configure" leads to another page on website, then I can use the page with biggest counts of "exit", but how about if the "configure" will not guide user to any specific page on website, but a JS button or lead to a new "layer".So, if there is any way I can get the last links user clicked (but not only lead to a new page) will be helpful. Please let me know if there is any way I can do it.Thanks in advance.H

Hi,The Video Time Spent metric is given in Seconds. This is how Google Analytics also reports viewing time. We've been told by GA that to convert seconds to hours, the calculation is to divide by 6 (not 60) to get minutes, then 60 to get seconds, so 360. Is this the same for Adobe Analytics? Or is it correct to divide by 60 for minutes and 60 for seconds? Thanks,Terence

Hi there,Does anyone know of a best practices guide to tagging modals on a page? These would be pop-up messages on a web page which may not be served to everyone, but when it is served it may have multiple routes the user could take with it: click close button, click outside the box to close, click any of a few call to action links on the pop-up, fill out a few boxes already visible in the pop-up, etc.The objective would be to understand how many times the pop-up was visible as well as to break down user interactions with the pop-up. As well, the analytics implementation should be robust so that the same set of props, eVars, events, can be used with multiple different pop-up flavors across the site and over the calendar year.Thanks.

When I fire a page view event, I notice that 5 events are being fired. Only one of these are an actual Page View event as the rest of them have a pev2 and pe attached to it. the pev2 captures 'ADMS BP Event'. I have no idea what this is and the subsequent page views also capturing a 'crash event'. I know this is an issue but can someone please outline how I can fix this or why this would happen? Thanks!

I have the following custom form code that displays a thank you message on submit without reloading the page. I'd like to take this a step further and make this conditional. If the field C_Service_Reason is submitted with the value Training, then I don't want the thank you message to display, and instead want them to be redirected to an external URL on success.Any help with this would be much appreciated, thank you!<script ></script>                    <form id="mktoForm_2338"></form>                    <script>MktoForms2.loadForm("//app-sj04.marketo.com", "980-GBD-747", 2338);</script>                    <script>                        MktoForms2.whenReady(function (form){                            //Add an onSuccess handler                            form.onSuccess(function(values, followUpUrl){                                 dataLayer.push({                                     'event': 'contacttest',                                    'eve

Hi CommunityDamUtil.getTenantAssetsRoot implementation has adaptation of resource resolver to a Tenant class:Tenant tenant = (Tenant)resolver.adaptTo(Tenant.class);and tenant object for my requests is always null.I also noticed that the repository has a node '/etc/tenants'. I believe it has nothing to do with context-aware configs.Could you share any docs regarding the functionality?Thank you

Hi,How to reduce page load time for CQ5 Pages?explain?

In order to deal with a especially complex web site project, we are looking into the possibility to host the Mkto form code in an external file, instead of adding the embed code in the web page.Typically, the page will a contain a very short code:<script src2="//info.domain.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script><form id="mktoForm_9999"></form><script>var mktoFormID = 9999,    mktoMunchkinID = "999-XXX-999",    mktoDomain = "//info.domain.com";</script><script src2="//info.domain.com/rs/999-XXX-999/images/ExternalEmbedCode.js" type="text/javascript"></script>(I replaced scr with src2 in the <script> tags as the community editor removes the src from the <script> tags.)Where ExternalEmbedCode.js contains all the form customized load code, starting with:MktoForms2.loadForm(mktoDomain, mktoMunchkinID, mktoFormID, function(form) {...The first tests seems to be working correctly.Has anyone done such things?
