Couldn't really find a satisfactory answer to this anywhere. I'm working to track a web game that we hosting on our site. The issue that I've run into is in tracking events that are generated once game play starts. This is being done through a element, there's nothing hardcoded onto the document or window aside from the typical. I've tried implementing a direct call rule through applying a custom event [(trackGameAction(“insidiouslastkey_game", “play_again”)], but the call isn't appearing on the DOM so DTM is unable to see it. Does anyone have a workaround? DI'm kinda lost as to what I'm able to do here.

I need to track internal search terms, so I created a rule that triggers when a search is submitted. I also have a global page load rule to track all pageviews. Now, when a user submits a search, there are two rules firing. One s.tl() rule for the search (sending search term, number of results and username) and a different s.t() rule for the page load (sending page name, URL and username)Is this a best practice, or is there a way to simplify this process into a single rule/server call? Thanks for your help.

I  know this is bizarre but I just bought a new router/modem this weekend and now when I try to edit any design assets, it just times out and never loads.  I know it is the router because if I connected to a different network, everything is fine. The new router is a Netgear.  Any one have similar problems or suggestions?  So far the Marketo Design Assets are the only thing I seem to have problems loading.

Hi all,As I know, we can create a Marketo Custom field, then create the same field in SFDC --> Map this field on SFDC. There is also a way that create a new field in SFDC, then it will be added to Marketo based on the doc: SFDC Sync: Field Sync - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation I am curious if there is difference between these 2 different approaches? If so, what's the differences would be?Thank you in advance,Becky

Hi all,We are currently using AC 6.1.1 build 8705 and are planning to upgrade to the latest version. We have been advised that we can update to 6.1 or 7, but I don't really know the differences (or even why there are 2 'last versions'). Do you know if there is any documentation available of do you have any advise on that? Thanks in advanceGuillermo

Can I use sightly in AEM Adaptive Form. I am designing the Form from scratch and would be helpful if someone can share any documentation? Many thanks.

I have built a AEM Screens project, and on one of the pages I built a component that uses the webcam to display its captured video. If I view the project under my local AEM environment, the browser asks me for permission to use the camera and after I accept, it displays the webcam video. I want to use this functionality also in the AEM Screens app, but here I do not get the pop-up message which asks me if I allow the usage of the camera and it does not work.Is there any way to use my webcam in the AEM Screens app?Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I need to set up a scheduled report but I know that it will have more than 500 rows of data. Does anyone know if there's a way to bypass this so the scheduled report includes all of the data?

Steps to reproduce:open any test page in Classic UI which has sidekick, validate sidekick appearsopen the same page in Touch UIagain open the same page in Classic UI, now the sidekick disappearsThis is reproducible in vanilla Jboss author instance also.FYI, Every time business has to clear cache to see sidekick while switching UI. this issue follows from AEM 6.1

Hey All,We do not use the Marketo unsubcribe page and have our own unsubscribe page linked in the footer. Is there a way to have these clicks not count in our performance reports? As per title, anyone worked out a genius way of creating a segment which would show no. of visitors (or another metric) that have visited x no. of days in y timeframeeg. 10 days in past 30 days, 3 days in past 7 days etc.

I want to be able to generate a PDF template and then apply that template to multiple sets of similar data (text, pictures, possibly 3D) and have it spit out a pdf that can be emailed.  What software would do that?  I think AEM just might, so this is why I posted here.

I have an AEM 6.3.1.2 author instance configured to authenticate either locally or with LDAP. Both authentication methods work on my local machine via localhost:4502, and when moved to the Apache host and accessed with its port number :4502 -- hostname:4502, when I access it on the Apache host via the SSL proxy, I can't login with either local (admin account) or LDAP authentication.I tried adding hostname to the referrer filter configMgr setting as well as selecting "allow empty" -- neither affected the behavior.Login page loads with SSL but login fails.load login page - 30.03.2018 09:26:36.190 *INFO* [qtp1289250881-9193] org.apache.sling.auth.core.impl.SlingAuthenticator getAnonymousResolver: Anonymous access not allowed by configuration - requesting credentials30.03.2018 09:26:36.426 *WARN* [5.6.7.8 [1522416396423] GET /libs/granite/core/content/login.html HTTP/1.1] libs.granite.core.components.login.login$jsp j_reason param value 'unknown' cannot be mapped to a valid reason message:

I have a requirement to upload the files in publisher and reverse replicate to author and forward replicate to another publisher. After reverse replicating, I need to create a project in AEM author and move the reverse replicated assets to a project-specific location. So I have a custom launcher to call my workflow class(which will create a project and copy the assets to the given location and delete them). There is a problem with this, I'm trying to avoid the race condition. The project is created and moves the asset whatever available when the launcher triggers but all the assets haven't reverse replicated yet. Is there a way to wait until the complete reverse replication is done or any condition to write at the launcher level or some job consumer something. I have a launcher at /content/vendor. I have enough info to create a project after creating data node. But I need all the files to be moved to a project-specific location. Appreciate your help. Thanks. Attaching the structure of

Hello,We use marketo and have noticed that on days we send bigger email blasts, some of our prospects/customers are using a bot to click through the email before it gets to the intended recipient. We are getting THOUSANDS of extra bot hits on our website because of this, and I'm stuck doing a lot of manual reporting of even basic web metrics.Support has suggested that I go in daily and look and see if the direct hits # has spiked, then go dig in and find the IP and block it, but that's not really a practical workaround for a small web team. I imagine lots of customers are facing this issue - the hits come at regular intervals and all hit the same page (our logo is the top left corner of the email, first click for bots) and it seems like Adobe could be doing a better job of filtering this out proactively instead of sending me in retroactively once the damage to the reports has been done.Does anyone have a better workaround or suggestions on how to make this more manageable? Thanks!

When using the queryDef method, is there a way to select all parameters in a schema without having to define each individual parameter as a node?

According to the troubleshooting page (Troubleshooting the Visual Experience Composer and Enhanced Experience Composer ), the fix is for my website domain (ISP) to whitelist the IPs for my region.I am unsure where the whitelisting needs to happen.my website has 2 webservers (AEM-based and hosted by Adobe Managed Services) and a load balancer in front (hosted in house). I have checked with our in-house team and no incoming/outgoing IPs are being blocked at the load balancer. Can you please help? thanks!ps. I have contacted Target support and they cannot tell me where to whitelist it as well. and while they have provided a workaround, it meant disabling EEC.

Hello,I'm currently using Wordpress pages as our landing pages. On the page we have a Marketo form with hidden values to track UTM parameters. The form itself is a global form used across different programs and pages. The form itself has hidden fields for Source, Content, Term and Campaign. Source had a default value defined because this form is used for the same purposes and doesn't change. However upon filling out the form, the values setup in Wordpress for Content and Campaign are not passing through. What am I doing wrong and how can I ensure that the defined values in Wordpress pass through to the lead record in Marketo?I've included 2 screenshots that might helpThank you!
