Hi,I have 2 questions. 1. I have a Fusion Scenario that starts with an Adobe Workfront Watch Event that triggers every time a form is updated on an Issue.    I'm trying to compare the New State values and Old State values and then get a list of the fields that were changed. 2.  I'm also trying to use the Adobe Workfront Custom API module to get the fields on a form that is attached to an Issue that contains a specific string.     For instance, I have multiple fields with names like:     'Marketing Distribution - Amazon'     'Marketing Distribution - DirecTV'     'Marketing Distribution - Google'     ..............     I want to use the Custom API call to get all fields that contain 'Marketing Distribution'. thanks for the help,Kelly

AI Assistant just appeared in our instance this afternoon out of the blue. Does anyone know if there's any documentation on this? I don't see anything in the latest release notes, or did I miss it? When asking the AI Assistant itself, it directed me to the 23.1 release notes but there's nothing there for it. Should I expect that all of the users on my instance have access to this? Most things I ask it give me the response "I'm sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again."

Hello! I would like to know how to disable import from MS Project in Workfront. Does anybody know this or has some tips? Thank you!

Hello thereAre there any changes / recent best practices in tracking of links in White Papers or similar? Today I have a marketing channel "Alias" and track such kind of links by ?cmp=als_xxxxxxx Question came from our web team: "Alias should not be used online due Google Malus". I failed to find any limits in tracking digital documentation, but also wondering if parking link clicks in Alias and then in Other Referrals is common practice. Thanks!

I have 2 custom forms in 1 project with 2 separate groups accessing each form. I need both groups to be able to see each form within the project but Group A to only be able to edit the fields Form A and Group B to edit the fields in Form B. The problem I'm running into is that anyone with contribute or manage access to the project can edit both forms. I've played around with the form permissions but the only why I can figure out how to restrict the access it to hide the forms from the respective group (i.e. hide form B from Group A) that have manage access to project that I don't want to edit the forms. Hopefully that makes sense.  I might be missing something simple or it might not be possible.... does anyone have any suggestions?

We're creating some custom task level fields that we want to nest on a project level form.  Is this possible or would it be best to attempt to nest this task level fields on a parent task?

I have a date field in the general format MM-DD-YYYY. Now I need two new fields out of it in YYYY-MM and YYYY format. Can this be done via text mode view?

Is Workfront capable of sending notifications when time is rejected at the project level? I'm not seeing that as an option currently but not sure if I'm missing it.

I am trying to build a Issue report which can list down all the duplicate requests/issues under every project in Workfront.(without fusion)Can someone please tell me if there is anyway to achieve this using some filters/ calculated fields? or any other method which worked for you.

Is there any portal or any saved recordings that I can access for my Workfront Fusion training? The experience league is very theoretical and hard to follow the concepts there.

I am trying to understand how the new 'environment Promotion' functionality works. For any new object it is easy to promote/deploy from lower instances to Production instance of workfront. But when its coming to existing objects like Custom forms/fields, I am very confused how the promotion exactly work. Can anyone kind enough to share some knowledge on this functionality please?

Hey all, first of all, sorry if this is the wrong place, I wasn't sure whether to post here or in one of the AEM channels. Now, I'm trying to move away from Docker for various reasons, and I'm looking into Podman as it seems to be a drop in replacement for Docker, but I haven't been quite able to make it work for me.Running script /docker_entrypoint.d/80-frontend-domain.shWed Sep 4 07:22:05 UTC 2024 Monitoring reload trigger file existence at /etc/httpd/reload startedStarting httpd serverSetting up watches.Watches established.(13)Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80(13)Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80no listening sockets available, shutting downAH00015: Unable to open logs I'm aware that (by default) Podman is rootless, and rootless VMs won't allow you to bind on port 80, so I tried to do this:sysctl net.ipv4.ip_unprivileged_port_start=80However, this seems to have no effect, regardless of whether

Hello everyone. I am quite new in Adobe Audience Manager, and I would like to send some audience I created in AAM to Google Ads.In particular, I created some Cookie - Based Audiences/Segments in AAM, and they work for all other destination but this one. Now, I think I have to create a specific destination towards Google Ads (see the attached screen 192200), but I am unable to understand if this steps are correct or not. I use an "auto fill destination mapping" with segment ID in this case.Going further on other set up options, I didn't tick any option in "Data export labels" and then in "Configuration" panel (see the attached screen 192547) I provide the following http and https URL:https:googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/-ConversionIDGoogleAd123456789-/?value=0&guid=ON&script=0&data=%ALIAS%   With in this part --> -ConversionIDGoogleAd123456789- the ConversionID associated with the google Ads account. I don't kno

Hi Folks, Good Day!I uploaded a asset in the AEM publish instance but it is not showing up as a preview. I know I should not be uploading a asset directly into the publish instance, I have done it just out of a curiosity and I want to understand what are the things behind it. Thank You.

How do I create a segment that excludes another audience joined on a field that is not an identity namespace (in our case, email address)? The current challenge is that audience builder is all denormalized or joined on the identity namespace. For example, I have an audience of former customers that could have the same email address as active customer accounts. If I email the former customers, I need to exclude any email address that matches an active customer.  Thank you in advance for any help. JeffBa4
